Alex was my service guy and he kept me in the loop of what was happening with my car.

After I left the dealership I turned on my fan and it had a strong rattle. When I called Alex he heard it as I was driving, told me what it was, asked if I could come back for just 5min. I was on my way to an appointment and couldn't return right then. We set up another time and I'll take in. No.big deal. Alex was super professional and caring.

Had a guy in the finance department tell us it costs $2500 to turn around a used vehicle regardless its condition. Even if it was purchased new the day prior. Could not explain how he reached that number. We were looking at buying two vehicles and when i argued it was impossible to spend that much doing an hour of paperwork and a 30 min inspection to prep a perfect used vehicle for re-sale, he said " Fine, if you dont like it, shop elsewhere" so we did. Ended up buying at another dealer.

They tell you that you will get maximum trade in value when you buy new from them; talk down your trade in (even if it's literally flawless or purchased new from them with under 8k mi on the odo); then turn around and talk the vehicle you traded in UP to the next potential buyer as a "one owner, local trade. Well maintained. Blah blah" . Such a scam.

My attempt to purchase a vehicle from Roseville Toyota was the WORST experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. I could go into detail of how the interaction transpired; but I will try to keep it brief. I hate leaving bad reviews of any kind (if you can t say anything nice ), BUT the person I dealt with at this dealership was all kinds of bad. I didn't ask him how long he has been in auto finance, but I will in the future. The Special Finance department s physical location and decoration (or lack thereof) is a great indicator of what the company thinks of those particular types of customers. It basically a warehouse that is made up of three primary colors: grey, grey and greyer.
The decor was a small thing compared to the shady, unethical and unprofessional manner I was treated. I completed the initial process online and submitting my personal information. I then sent electronically my documents ahead of time to ensure that if there were any issues, that would make the purchase not happen, I d save myself the hassle of someone driving me 60 miles on a Sunday afternoon. The process started on a Thursday and my appointment was on a Sunday, plenty of time for anyone with a clue to know if something was a go or not. Suffices to say, I went to the appointment as planned on time with a family member. Went over the process, was shown a car not they type I wanted for $3,000 more than I wanted to spend, and then ended the appointment with the finance guy telling me a bold-face lie and no vehicle. That would have been bad enough, but two days later and 13 (yes - THIRTEEN) hard credit inquiries later, this guy would not return a phone call. I ultimately had to send him a sternly written email to get him to reply.

Dear Roseville Toyota,

As a matter of saving the universe from your less than above-board practices, might I suggest you divert some of those advertising funds, for publications that obviously are not your target audience, and invest in ethics and customer service training for your employees. On your website you promote your dealership as honest and straightforward, unfortunately I experienced neither. In the future I will return to companies that treat their customers with respect. Such as Folsom Lake Toyota and Kuni Chevrolet in Sacramento, where my household has purchased three vehicles collectively over the past 10 years. I will also encourage everyone else that I know who wants to buy a vehicle to do so, avoiding 700 Automall Drive, Roseville, California, at all costs.

Went here a while back for a simple scheduled oil change. Had an appointment. It was going to be my first oil change in my vehicle and I had bought a maintenance package which included oil changes. I had never been to Roseville Toyota but it was close to where I live so this is where I went. The service writers were rude to me from the moment I walked in. I went into the service writers area to get my car checked in and was rudely told I shouldn't be in there and that I was supposed to wait outside to get checked in, that was only ten minutes after she stopped what ever conversation she was having with another employee, and acted like I was bothering her. Even though I was standing in line for a different service writer. So I waited outside for...I guess the porter..? to come write up my vehicle and then went back inside to the service writer. I have always owned fords and at different dealerships they do different things so I wasn't aware their service department had a porter. That is why I went directly to the writers area and waited in line. Anyways when I did get back inside to the service writer, I had told him that I had a maintenance package on my suv, and he got mad at me for supposedly not telling the porter that I had a maintenance package..how was I supposed to know who to tell? I had never been to that dealership. So the service writer began doing my paperwork and then asked how I was going to pay to the oil change. Which threw me off because I had just told him that I had a maintenance package that included oil changes, so I reminded him; he got angry. He stated that I did not have any such package and that all I had were 5000 mile tire rotations. I asked him if he could check again and he got angry again and said he wasn't here to argue with me and that I was wrong. At this point I said I know what I purchased from the dealer when I bought the vehicle so I would just go somewhere else. I left pretty irritated that I had took the time to make an appointment and go there only to be treated rudely from the start and told that I was wrong. I have dealt with many dealerships and have bought and serviced a lot of vehicles. I have never been to a service department so unwilling to help and so quick to tell me I was wrong and there was nothing they could do.

I had a pleasant experience buying at Roseville Toyota. I was assigned to Mark Montgomery when I had technical questions about the car. Mark is very familiar with the Camry underneath and was able to answer my technical questions. He took the time to show me the options. There was no pressure to buy at any time and the conversation was always professional. When I asked for a specific trim and option the next day, Mark came prepared and walked around to find the right car for me. The buying process was also very smooth with some simple negotiations. Most importantly, Mark and ROSEVILLE Toyota resolved an after-sales concern with above and beyond satisfaction. Thank you Mark!

I just purchased a 2019 Toyota Camry from Patrick Brookins at Roseville Toyota and was very happy with all aspects of my purchase. Patrick did everything he said he would do and there was none of the usual bait & switch or up charging for optional equipment. He was always patient when I would change my mind or come up with additional questions. I highly recommend Roseville Toyota and you should request Patrick as your salesman. He truly values customer service!

All 3 people (Jacob, Steve, and Marissa) were very helpful with me purchasing my new car. Jacob did an awesome job and worked hard to get me the best deal. Steve did a great job informing me about all the extra warranties and helped me choose the right ones for me. Marissa did an awesome job going over the car and all the function inside. If I get another Toyota, I would definitely recommend going to the Roseville Toyota. They are willing to work with you without all the pressure that you usually get from other dealerships. If you can, I would recommend anyone working with the 3 people I listed above.

the sale person was very helpful
but the two manger bout was very roud and treed to sale me a $10000 cost a car to $17000
i told him i did not want ,but They was very bushy people , they took my car key they did want to give it back ,the kind a hostage me .after i said several time i don want to buy they give my car key.
when i come out to the parking lot my car was dislocated and far me was difficult to fine it . i come back asked from manager, ware is my car he said in the back .way the manager take the car to the back ////////// finally the nice sales men help me and i found my and i never ever go to that Toyota dealer again and also i not re comment to any body to go this Toyota dealer
especially the two manager who call him self boss the trying to sale me with double price and trick customer
but the sale person was very nice and helpful i thing his name was MAnderson

Roseville Toyota are awesome to shop at.. I went there on July 4th because of sales.. At first I fill out paperwork to see if I get accepted and he came out told me i didn t make enough credit to show up on their system I was confused because I had credit scores I built... he told me I had to open car loan by buying used car. I was disappointed.. because I not like used car because of high mileage and repairs. So he told me to hold on. He went to figure out to help me out... he came back to me told me he found only ONE car that lender willing to accept for me to open up first time car loan it was brand new 2018 Yaris L hatchback nothing else to choose. I decided to take that opportunity to buy it. I m now own this car! It was awesome! It all thanks to this person Dalla. He does wonderful work for dealing with me.. I would recommended them to go Roseville Toyota!

Try to nickle and dime you for everything they can. I already purchased a vehicle from you guys, the least you could do is spend 2 minutes to plug in a scanner and let me know what s going on so I can have it fixed but nope. They wanna charge you for that too. If I ever do buy another Toyota it definitely won t be from here!

So disappointed with the sales tactics of this dealership. My elderly mother went in to look at an all wheel drive Rav 4 today. She was looking for a vehicle to drive up to Lake Tahoe in the snow. She was talked into purchasing a 2 wheel drive instead with the advice that she can drive the car there in the snow, but she might need to put cables on the tires. I'm sure that salesman would be super comfortable giving this same advice to his 83 year old mother...right? I called to ask what her options might be with regard to this purchase. The manager I spoke with was defensive and said they treated her well and pretty much told me she was out of luck. We own 4 newer model Toyotas, we have trusted this product and the manufacturer up until now. I certainly won't buy a vehicle from this dealership and I'm not sure I'll consider buying another Toyota again after this...maybe it's time to consider Honda.

My wife and I used the True Car app to figure out pricing and availability locally, and then we were connected with a local dealer/internet sales department. We made an appointment to visit and from that point it was a breeze. We already knew what model we wanted so it was a matter of color and trim level and options. That part is a little tricky so be prepared with questions. The whole experience from beginning to end was professional, no hassle, and no haggling. This was pretty much a stress free transaction. As always the paperwork is the worst part of any auto transaction, but this went smoothly too. Great job by Jason Seiff and the finance gentleman.

After buying a used car from another dealership, some problems showed up. My mistake. To get the repairs done by someone I could trust, I brought it to Roseville Toyota. I am not disappointed. They determined the problem, ordered the part, and fixed it right the first time.

Evan was SUPER nice. No pressure. Got us into a car we love. My only complaint is with how long the actual purchasing took. I joked that I didn t really want to buy a car cause it was already 5:30 and it was getting close to bedtime. Even tho we were assured by everyone along the way that it would be quick, we didn t actually make it home til almost midnight. I hate car shopping and buying mostly for that reason.

I live in Vacaville and should have my 2018 Toyota Tunda serviced there, but I brought my truck at Roseville and I'm very pleased to drive the extra miles because of the way that they treat customers, very professional, pleasant environment, honest and a beautiful facility. The three stooges just sat there and looked at me even though I had a few questions and was possibly interested but I guess my looks said I couldn t afford a truck. Sad I ll take my business elsewhere.

Was looking for a well-maintained Honda S2000 and saw a ad for 2004 S2000 with 37,000 Miles. Stopped in for a test drive and 3 hours later we finished the paperwork. Lots of back and forth but finally agreed on a fair(er) price. Financing was quick and easy. It was late, cold, raining when we finally left. Drove straight home. A few days later we take our first date-night drive in the little car and notice it s completely empty of gas. Most dealers make sure you have at least HALF a tank if not full. We drove by the dealership to see if this was simply overlooked. Nope! New car buyers get a full tank. Used car buyers get nothing. Strange how $24,000 spent on a used car isn t as important as $24,000 on a new car. Very bad service.

The seller was not honest with me and kept changing his word and added extra charges without telling me. After telling him I wont be paying for extra s ( on a used vehicle) he said he would remove the expense and never did. My interest price was raised at the last minute by 2% when he confirmed it would be less, then said it was only raised by 1%, so clearly he lied or doesn t know how to do math. I was told there was no recalls on car, but after researching, there was on the heated seats. The guy who helped find the car was awesome and the guy who did the paper work was awesome.

I am very pleased with the experience I had with Anish (Internet Sales Manager) & Jeffrey (Finance Manager). I was looking to trade in my 2011 GMC Terrain SLT for another SUV with low miles and more speed. I inquired about a 2020 Nissan Rogue SL via online and made an appointment to test drive it the following day. When I arrived Anish was available immediately and very patient with me as I explained what kind of vehicle I was shopping for. He allowed me to test drive 4 cars and checkout 2 other potential cars. In the end, I left with the exact car I inquired about. I got the payment amount that I am comfortable with, and I just found out they were able to get a much lower interest rate than I signed for. I am very happy and satisfied with the excellent customer service they provided.

This was based on a 677 Credit Score, 2 vehicles currently being financed under my name that were purchased July 2019 (GMC) & March 2020 (Chrysler). With a small down payment to help satisfy the remaining balance from my GMC trade-in.

I am very happy and satisfied with the excellent customer service they provided. I am referring everyone I know to Anish! I love my new 2020 Nissan Rogue SL!

From reception to the service rep to the completion of the work, all staff were polite and efficient. My questions were answered satisfactorily and the issues with my vehicle were also addressed satisfactorily.
Roseville Toyota continues to have my complete confidence and it will remain my sole source for service.

I bought my son a 2008 Toyota back last December and one of the items I was supposed to receive was the second set of keys and key fob. After call after call after call went unreturned I gave up which, now that I think about it, was what they expected I would do. Rather than spend the few bucks to provide what they promised they left me hanging without even the courtesy of a return call.
Upon having the first oil change done on the vehicle I was made aware that Roseville Toyota when doing the final check and sign off actually left a bottle of soda
in the space between the oil filter and the oil pan. I have pictures of this as well.
Lastly when my son and I first pulled into the dealership and began looking at the SUV a salesman came up and asked if we wanted to buy it. I said it was out of our price range, it listed for around 21K, and were just looking the salesman turned to me and said what if I could sell this to you for $14,000.00? I said well sure and that's how he got us into the showroom where two other sales staff bounced on us. Will never buy another vehicle from these people.

I knew the car I wanted, and searched for the best price and found it here. This is my third vehicle from Roseville Toyota...and I was nothing but impressed (once again). I worked with Jason (Schiff, or something similar) and Linh Nguyen. There was no slick sales pitch, or pretend urgency. They presented what they considered my best options...and everything they said proved exactly true. It was a positive experience from start to finish...and I love my new car. Not a hint of regret! I will save myself the trouble and time of looking elsewhere next time we are in the market for a vehicle. I m officially a loyal customer.

Ask for Alvin. He made buying our car easy and efficient. Alvin is real, easy going, soft spoken and knowledgeable. There is no BS with this guy. His information was consistent to the research we did prior to going plus he was able to add to it. He is kind and easy to talk to and not pushy. Personally, his ability to clarify issues and yet not be pushy was what helped us make our decision more quickly. My husband and I are very happy with our car, the price, and the experience we had. Thanks Alvin! We love our new car.

The initial salesman was nice I really enjoyed talking with everyone just didn t feel I get best deal granted I don t have good credit. 14% interest is really high and the car was almost empty in gas. All in all it was a good experience.

Have been using Roseville Toyota service for over 10 years. Always received great customer service until last April. The service tech by the name of Paul was rude and very impatient. He was not happy that I insisted not to do some recommend repair (like a light bulb which I told him I will replace it myself) and gave me that look and attitude that I have never experienced before. That was not it. When the oil change was completed and I was about to pay, I notice that one of recommendations was for a brake change (pretty serious thing) which he never mentioned earlier. When I questioned him, he told me that (in his own words) since you did n t really care about our recommendation, I figure you didn t care about the brake. I was furious. We are talking about brake. I ended up get that fixed. He was just not professional and feel like he is putting my life and my family lives at risk by not telling us about the brake.

Bought a used rav4 here with a cracked windshield,...

Bought a used rav4 here with a cracked windshield, was promised it would be replaced but after having my car for 3 days they had me pick it up and hadn't replaced the windshield, when returned my vehicle was completely out of gas, like ran out and shut off after pulling off the lot, the rav4 beeps at you for about the last 10-15miles before you run out of gas so this had been going on a while and they chose not to prevent me from being in a dangerous situation. My service rep laughed at me on the phone for being so upset with the situation and I havent heard anything about getting a replacement windshield since, it's been weeks.

UPDATE: After a couple more months of not having my calls returned, the sales department called me informing me that they had filled out the title paperwork on my old car that I traded in wrong but that they had already sold it and desperately needed me to sign paperwork to fix it, I said I'd sign it the moment I had my new windsheild and all of a sudden they got in gear and I had a new windsheild by the end of the week. The fact that I needed leverage to get something done they guaranteed they'd do the day I bought the car was horrifying, I already wasnt planning on using this dealership again in any capacity but that really reinforced my decision.

I went into the dealership knowing exactly what I wanted and the deal I needed. I let the salesman and the sales manager know everything up front. Instead of being honest they wasted 2.5 hours of my time talking about what they might be able to do, driving to another lot to find other trucks that they didn't even have, and all to tell me that they couldn't do the deal I needed and the one I told them in the first 5 minutes of being on the lot. If you want great personal service and a team that treat you like a person and not a dollar sign then go across the street to AutoNation Dodge. They will actually help you find what you need at the best deal they can and best of all they will be honest, not waste your time!!

Giving Roseville Toyota the 5 stars they deserve. From start to finish, my college student daughter was treated with complete respect. Our salesman was Robin, and he showed us all of the cars in our price range, never any pressure, and he stepped away so my daughter and I could discuss options, just the two of us. My daughter is THRILLED with her choice. Great experience, all the way around.
