Service agent was nice enough but that couldn't overcome the amount of time wasted thus far. Still no resolution.

Scheduled an appointment for Friday at 2 PM. Took time off from work, arrived as scheduled. The part was not in stock, but no one called ahead of time to tell me.

I was told it was possible that the part would be there the next day so I left the car and was offered an Uber home. I then found out that the part would not be available until Wednesday.

I jumped on chat online and they told me someone would contact me shortly. This was at about 10 AM today. Fast forward 3 1/2 hours, no one contacted me. I jumped on chat again and got the same stock answer and then the chat disconnected.

So far, several hours spent and a total of zero repaired cars.
