Earlier this year, I got into a accident where I had a couple injuries, including a dislocated finger. Rosenbaum and Associates was very caring and considerate regarding my dilemma. My experience was excellent from my initial contact with Elizabeth Gray, through working together with Chris Durso, whom Elizabeth personally selected for his specialized knowledge in my type of case.
One of the benefits of working with Rosenbaum & Associates was that they had several lawyers that were a good fit for my case, one of which was an outstanding fit. Chris Durso had worked for the opposition, and so was familiar with their practices and policies (how much money they could provide, what the procedure was to procure money beyond a certain point, and how best to get there). Not only that, he is well liked in his profession and has various positive connections in the field, making the settlement table feel much more friendly than the adversarial atmosphere I was expecting. Chris put together a solid case that was clearly well researched. He was smart and creative when met with obstacles from the defense. And while all the aforementioned are certainly important, I feel his tact and social awareness were prominent in securing our settlement.
Chris always answered my calls, returning them within 24 hours if he was in court when I reached out. I always felt in the loop, and was always aware of the timeline of the case. I genuinely do not feel a better outcome was possible, and I attribute that to Chris's expertise and talent for what he does. If you go to Rosenbaum, ask for Chris!
No Communication whatsoever. My matter has been them for over a year and a half. And I understand that these things takes time. But I've made several calls and Gina is always never available and her mail box is forever full. I don't believe that they do take your matter seriously. No one reaches out to your after you signed the dotted line. no updates, no reassurances, no nothing. And when you do get into contact with your paralegal she can never give you any specific on your case. Just the blanket statement that is "a letter was sent (can never give a date nor time) and we're waiting on the insurance to reply". Avoid, Avoid , Avoid.

Would not recommend this law firm at all! Never return calls! Never heard from mr. rosenbaum himself throughout even though we tried several times to contact him to let him know our needs weren t being met! Paralegal from hell that was assigned to our case was just full of excuse after excuse and just kept saying same thing I guess there all trained to say a letter was sent out ! Just keep in mind when looking for lawyer there are plenty more out there and you may have better luck elsewhere! Do I feel bad writing this review, yes, but case was small case and went on for over 3 years, they need to be more diligent and more honest of where your case lies!

The firm handled my case professionally from beginning to end. My paralegal Sam L. was especially wonderful! Whenever I needed more information or had a question I could call and/or send an email and I would have a response in under 48 hours even on weekends. She consistently called me to check on my health status and recovery process. If I ever need legal services again for a similar matter, I will be sure to contact Rosenbaum and Associates.
My prosecuting attorney was drunk through the whole precedings. Elizabeth, who worked for Rosenbsums made deals withe Sunoco which was who was at fault. Her name was Elizabeth and when I confronted Rosenlbaums, they told me nothing could be done because precedings were already on the way. Elizabeth is the one who got me to agree to binding arbitration so she could work out a deal with Sunoco. Rosenbaum's gave me 10% more from their money. They knew Elizabeth had a drinking problem. How many other cases ended like mine?
These guys are lazy. They don't do their due diligence and send out personal injury case letters to the wrong locations. I received a letter addressed to my business stating there was a silp/fall at my location. After calling countless times to get more info I finally was able to get in touch with someone by the name of Gina. From the get go she refused to believe they had the wrong location until I explained to her how to approach her client and what type of questions to ask. She finally got back to me surprisingly admitting they had the wrong location. After I told her to make sure they do their due diligence(which is what they always preach) she hung up on me because at that point she knew she wasn't getting a dime out of me so why waste anymore time. I actually would highly recommend them bc they will go to any extent to collect on your behalf; however, if you are the defendant in any of their cases I would triple check that all their information is accurate.

She contacted me regularly and updated me on the status of my property damage check as well as the status of my case.
