These guys are lazy. They don't do their due diligence and send out personal injury case letters to the wrong locations. I received a letter addressed to my business stating there was a silp/fall at my location. After calling countless times to get more info I finally was able to get in touch with someone by the name of Gina. From the get go she refused to believe they had the wrong location until I explained to her how to approach her client and what type of questions to ask. She finally got back to me surprisingly admitting they had the wrong location. After I told her to make sure they do their due diligence(which is what they always preach) she hung up on me because at that point she knew she wasn't getting a dime out of me so why waste anymore time. I actually would highly recommend them bc they will go to any extent to collect on your behalf; however, if you are the defendant in any of their cases I would triple check that all their information is accurate.
