When I first started the selection process for an attorney to represent me for the injury that I suffered due to a negligence on the street, I spoke to several attorneys from various firms. Jeff Rosenbaum was the only one who responded back to me in a very timely manner; he listened, asked questions, didn't pressure me into anything and was truly compassionate towards my pain and suffering. Chris Durso was then assigned to my case. First of all, Chris impressed me due to the fact that he visited the site of the injury to truly understand the condition of the site and how and why the injury had occurred. Every step of the way, Chris updated me with the progress that was being made in the case. He answered my questions and discussed decisions with me. Tracy Palamone and Gina Fusco, the paralegals, were also very helpful, pleasant and professional. Cathy Carine even negotiated the hospital liens that were made against the insurance claim.

The case is now finalized and I couldn't be more satisfied with the professionalism, compassion, understanding, patience and the result of the case that Rosenbaum and Associates delivered.
