Rosenbaum & Associates, P.C. Review

I've recently had the best experience at Rosenbaum and Associates. The staff was very welcoming and they seemed to really care about my wellbeing. The paralegal I was assigned to was very knowledgeable and responded promptly whenever I had a question about my case. She also informed me of all updates and whenever I needed assistance with retrieving or completing a document, she never hesitated to assist me. Rosenbaum and Associates turned an undesirable event into an experience that I will never forget. My first choice will always be Rosenbaum and Associates and so should yours.

The office didn t keep in contact as much as they should have. My calls weren t returned as promptly as they should have been. They passed my case around the office several times. My lawyer that was finally assigned to my case was assigned right before my deposition, he never reached out until the deposition date was near and he had to prep me. I Didn t hear from him again until the arbitration and it was time to prep me again in which he didn t do much prepping, for either one. I pretty much won the case myself, they didn t put up much of a fight and didn t show much concern about whether my case was won or not. If I get into another accident I will NEVER use this law firm again. They charge 33.3% of your settlement and then hit you with a bunch of fees and false doctor bills to take half of your settlement. They don t really earn that money in my opinion. I don t recommend any to use this firm. Your settlement money is paying for their billboards and tv advertisements but they act like they don t care if your case if won or not. This firm is a disgrace to the field. The lawyer that was assigned to me looked as if his office was next door to the Rosenbaum firm as if he was under another firm. That seemed very shady to me.

Samantha is very professional and made my post accident experience that much more seamless. Being it was my first accident, I did not know what to expect, but Rosenbaum & Associates made the process easier. Samantha explained all of the documents I had to fill out along with assisting me with my car insurance aspects. She also referred me out to one of the best chiropractor in town! Rosenbaum is efficient and gets the process going, thank you!

This law firm office is not good for people, who really hurt themselves because they have too many expensive and they don t keep there words and the case is going to drag for years and they don t fight for more money for there clients. they should be called the, Rosenbaum Trash Association

I was pleased to have my case handled by Casandra who was the paralegal .She kept me in the loop from the time she was assigned my case , until it was settled.
I later met Denise who was able to negotiate with the doctor s so that they would not charge me every penny they wanted to . By her doing so,I was able to bring home a nice settlement.
