No Communication whatsoever. My matter has been them for over a year and a half. And I understand that these things takes time. But I've made several calls and Gina is always never available and her mail box is forever full. I don't believe that they do take your matter seriously. No one reaches out to your after you signed the dotted line. no updates, no reassurances, no nothing. And when you do get into contact with your paralegal she can never give you any specific on your case. Just the blanket statement that is "a letter was sent (can never give a date nor time) and we're waiting on the insurance to reply". Avoid, Avoid , Avoid.
