It is a spectacular, immense Hotel. It's a 5-star luxury. I only attended one event, so I couldn't see and try the rooms, but what I've seen is beautiful and the service of the waiters is impeccable. Always attentive and efficient. ;-) I noticed, however, that in the bathrooms there was no machine to clean and polish shoes, which I also found in some 4 * higher and this morning it rained and there were no hotel umbrellas available of customers, something that I also saw in 3 * of Milan, as well as in 4 stars, also from Milan.

We got in from the States(CA)at 10:30 pm expecting to head to our rooms to sleep. The front desk person was very snobby and rude. We had our two kids with us as we did at other Hilton properties in Paris, London, and Berlin with no problems. At this property they said it was illegal to have more than 3 people in one room even though it was a bigger room. We were forced to look for a new hotel which cost us another 60 euros (on top of the 60 euros it cost to get to this hotel from the airport) and It was 30 minutes away! Most hotels were booked already so this changed our plans dramatically! I thought it was very rude to send us away at this time of night (11 p.m.) Only stay here if you do not bring your family and if you like snobby staff. 0 stars for the first experience in Italy. The property is beautiful and we were looking forward to staying there so it was very disappointing.

expensive for what it is - i am not sure what i expected for the entry fee to the pool but this didn't live up to what i think you should get for 55 on a weekday for a pool and poolside service. The food available is nothing special and very expensive. We ate an 'insalatona' [BIG salad that was the circumference of a CD and about an inch high - NOT what i would call a large salad. It was 28 for three slices of salmon and 3 small slivers of avocado on a bed of nothing special rucola and lettuce. Give me a break. My husband had a hamburger that was 30 and it was unseasoned, without any extra veggies and a bun that frankly was one small step up from McDonalds. I am sorry but to charge what they did for these items is a scandal considering they have the best chef in Rome available on the top floor to maybe get the lunch people in gear. I would have happily paid 15 for each plate but not double just to sit next to the pool.
I give the place 4 stars because the staff are LOVELY, work really hard to make your experience nice and the pool and its water are just the right temperature. But i reiterate, for what you have to lay out for a day 150+ for two people for a day at a pool [with no view by the way - advt is misleading] i think they could do a lot better.

A restaurant of other times !! with its statues, its paintings and its gardens it seems to enter a period building and to be transported to an Italy of other times. But the modern kitchen and experimentation bring you immediately to modernity. Even the super technological conveniences are of a cutting-edge hotel !! very very friendly staff, are all there for you to make you feel like a queen. Multilingual staff ready to satisfy your every request even the most absurd !!! If you come to Rome you must spend a night in the former Hilton, a hotel full of history and luxury of course !!!

I come here for 15 years regularly

The concierge is also kind and full of hospitality.
Is it a drawback that access is only TAXI?

From a hotel so elegant and refined, I expected at least the receipt for a coffee consumed at the bar of the huge hall, also because on 6 Euros for a cup of coffee, at least pay us the taxes. Fall of style.

Working dinner on the terrace. The view of the city is beautiful. The modern building hidden inside a colonial style a bit 'baroque for my taste. However effective. The menu was arranged so I can not express a complete judgment in particular on the price. The quality and presentation of the food certainly very good.

Enchanting place, staff of every order and degree very efficient and certainly at the top of professionalism and friendliness .... from the concierge to the room manager, from the Lifeguard of the pool to the floor housekeeper, in short, really and sincerely all very good !!!
They are the real fortune of this arcisupermegaextra luxurious property !!!
But why only one star ???
We are in 2020 and this place has undergone several renovations ...
but how can you have hundreds of rooms and have only one room accessible for the disabled?
Any three-star hotel has one accessible room per floor ... but here we are in a 5-star superior ... Unacceptable and unheard of, I'd like to meet and speak with a manager who has a say in giving him a nice speech, especially to tell him that today, in the third millennium era, disabled people travel and want to live like everyone else ... with the same rights!

Beautiful rooms and view of Rome. Great staff. Breakfast and pool was also great. Highly recommend. Not in town but worth a short taxi ride seeing its view is so great. 2 ladies checked us in in a special area set aside for Hilton Honors members. They were the sweetest!
Also a pool server (from Portugal) was so kind to us. Great staff at this property. 30 min walk to Vatican City making it easy.

Service was good and the hotel was phenomenal. The location was quite annoying because we had to take a cab everyone as it s far from the city centre. We were also quite upset they didn t offer complimentary tea/coffee in the room and it was quite expensive through room service. The pool are was amazing and we enjoyed our time there.

In my stays in Rome in the warmer months I always choose the Rome Cavalieri immersed in a well-kept and prestigious oasis with the wonderful view over the city to take your breath away ... I have always found everything that would make my stay pleasant, refined , and relaxing ... I was one of the first customers to reopen after covid 19 ... and despite the difficulties that may arise for us customers, the staff kept a precise and orderly line for everyone's safety ... l the only slightly negative thing is being used to a super buffet breakfast was a bit limited ... and the mini bar in the room empty ... But it still remains my location of the heart ...

If you are lucky enough to have the right room, you can enjoy an incredible view of Rome. Baroque style rooms but very large and comfortable. Great restaurant for those who can afford it on the top floor another come back super starred. Hotel with shops, gym, outdoor and indoor pools. Luxurious.

Nice hotel with nice rooms. The staff was only okay, though. We had problems in our non-smoking room with smoke coming through from other rooms. The staff didn't seem overly concerned but it was a detractor for us. The pool area is great but the hotel is definitely a ways away from the city action. This is more of a getaway from all hotel than a visit Rome type place.

I have stayed at over 1000 hotels worldwide now, this is certainly in my top 10. Everything from the rooms to the restaurants were 6*. The executive lounge was fantastic and the breakfast was great. It has a Heinz Beck restaurant which is a true Michelin 3* the chateaubriand was perfect and his signature dish is one of my all time favorites.
Location is great with amazing views over Rome. Its not the cheapest hotel but is good value for money. Don't think I will stay anywhere else in Rome now.

World Class 5 star experience. In my world wide travels this is one of the top one or two hotels I have stayed in. Waldorf Experience . Throughout! Have breakfast around the big pool in the morning sun! Reserve a cabana in the sculptured gardens. Play tennis on their real clay courts. Visit their luxury spa. Take a shot at the climbing wall in the garden. Drink wine on your room balcony overlooking the eternal city of Rome as the sun sets. Just a thirty minute walk down to the Vatican City. And ask the MaitreD how to get to the Zodiaca restaurant on the top of the hill! Wonderful fresh seafood.
