Fox Buick GMC Review

Have been driving by the dealership for months waiting for their new Buick Regal Tour X to come out which is what I really wanted to buy but realized every time that is wasn't on the market yet. I QUICKLY realized I needed a back up plan so I looked at the rest of their inventory and Paul Bernard whom I have been speaking with on and off for months educated me on the other vehicles I was interested in. Finally, it was time for me to trade in my vehicle and to buy myself a buick. I went back to Paul one last time with the mind set of buying a Buick Envision but showed me the Buick Enclave Avenir first which I test drove and immediately feel in love. Wasnt sure if i could afford it so i still test drove an envision which i loved also. PAUL was so patient with me, he sat me down and showed me both vehicles on how much each would cost with my GM discount and then the big surprise came when the amount they were going to give me for my truck. It exceeded my expectation. And because of that i purchaesd the Buick Enclave Avenir!!! Absolutely the best car I have owned!!!! Could have made this post shorter but not really. PAUL and all the other workers have been great during this long process. They made sure I walked out of there with the car I really wanted!!! I will continue to go to that dealership for all my maintenance needs and will recommend them to anyone who will listen. Lastly, a shout out to Sarah who was great with the final paperwork, she even helped me get my vanity plate that I wanted!!! GOOD JOB FOX BUICK GMC!!

This is the 1st time I've bought a Vehicle from the FOX Family of dealers. This will not be the last time. My salesman Keith Garvelink was a pleasure to deal with. Got great value for my trade in, and got great rebates on my new 2014 Sierra. If I'm in the market again, I won't hesitate to use Fox Buick GMC

As luck would have it, I had a problem starting my truck four miles down the road, so I drove to Fox GMC where I always get service but, it was after hours. Fortunately, the agents were all working on their paperwork and they suggested that I come back the next day for service. I get back in my truck and it wouldn't start. Fourth three miles from home, after hours and my truck doesn't start. I tell the agents my problem and above the call of duty is an understatement of the response I got, it was more like i was family. Since Enterprise was closed or at least not answering their phone, they got me a loner to use till my truck was fixed.
The next day I pick up my truck and it started, great... Thanks

They fixed my car. It was under the factory warranty. I appreciate the the time they took to make sure I felt safe, all of my experiences with the fox family car dealers have been awesome. So I bought a truck from them and the experience was great. The service department has vastly improved.

Went in today, August 30th, to order a 2016 Canyon. What a wonderful experience we had. They didn't try to talk us into buying something that we didn't want unlike another place we had been to on Saturday. We explained to the sales rep, Aaron Rohrer, what we wanted and he had no problem with it and explained that it maybe a 2017 depending on production. Not a problem. Night and day difference between this dealership and and the one we were at on Saturday. Like their slogan says: "Experience the difference."

Came in to look at a 2012 Buick Enclave. Fell in love with it and I must say the salesman, John Davis, and the used car manager did an outstanding job of working out a deal acceptable to us. John spent all afternoon with us (lunch included) and we were finally able to get the deal signed, sealed and delivered at about 5:30 that evening. Was a "WOW" experience for us, we felt it from the minute we walked into the showroom. It is evident that your organization is focused on customer service, appreciation, and respect. Best customer service. Usually when I think of a dealership I cringe, but they do have it right. Bought a truck, used at that, fan belt or motor went out after only a month, under warranty no big deal. They went above and beyond- my salesman and the service department delivered a truck to my work to use as a loaner, took my GMC on a flatbed so I wouldn't have to risk driving it there and it over heating. More than I could of asked for with a used car purchase. Good customer service whether its pre owned or new they won't leave you in a bind.

We didn't end up buying our care here but the salesman Tom Cuccarese was very helpful. I can recommend going here my wife just wanted a different car. We went by just to see what other similar vehicles were out there.

I had a squeak in my front end that sounded like a cricket every time i would let off my break. I took my car to another dealership who said they could not reproduce the issue, so the turned my rotors and charged me $100. The next day the squeek came back.

I took my car over to Fox Buick and they were able to troubleshoot the problem and fix it! They did a fantastic job on my car and I would Highly recommend their services.

Brought my 2004 Envoy in to Service department after business hours one Tuesday night. The Service department was booked for over a week, but they found time to work it in and my problem was fixed within 3 days. Good, honest people. I will be using them again.

Mark Edsenga was an awesome service manager. Kept in contact with me advised me of things I was not sure about And relayed to me what the tech had found. Price came in as quoted. I was worried to come when I found out nick had left but Matt did a great job and made me comfortable with continuing to have service there. He deserves a giant RAISE! I'm a service tech and I have managed dealerships in the marine industry for 21 years. Knowledgeable people are hard to find. You should definitely make sure he's taken care of. Very happy with the service preformed. Will continue to bring my vehicle there and tell anyone that's needs service to come there.. Thank you..

I have had NOTHING but a great experience with Fox Buick GMC!!!! I had a bad deal with a dealership and did not purchase my vehicle from Fox GMC but they were MORE than willing to assist me with the troubles I was having with the vehicle. The entire team of experts and sales representatives provided the BEST service I've ever received even compared to several UPSCALE restaurants!! I would recommend them to anyone new or old because your expectations WILL be exceeded!!!

Fast turnaround at service dept., friendly and provided a shuttle back downtown Gr. Payed a premium price for repair as all dealership repairs go, but the convenience was worth it to me this time since my vehicle was already there for a recall. 3 stars because I asked for them to setup my tire pressure monitoring system, which would have only taken a few minutes in their garage, but I picked my car up and the system is still alerting me of a problem. Maybe a little closer attention to detail next time; I'm not looking forward to letting 10lbs of air out of every tire and refilling back to recommended PSI at Speedway in the middle of a December blizzard. I would return in the future to do business if I had to.

Got what we wanted and they have always taken an extra step to take care of us

Paul from fox did an awesome job getting me into my 2005 GMC sierra. There was a toolbox that they didn't have a key for. Paul got a hold of the previous owner and was able to get the key for it. Awesome experience.

Prices are great as a member. I've bought my car here and every since they treat me well.

I just stopped in for an oil change and they offered to wash my car also. It only took about 15 minutes!! Awesome Service!!

Immediately after getting our car home from an oil change we had a huge oil spill in our garage. We had to return the car. They found the oil filter did not seal properly. We returned the car and it was immediately taken care of.

I've been coming to Fox Buick (formerly Fox Pontiac) for 10 years to get oil changes. I've never once paid more than $30 for an oil change, and never waited more than 5 minutes to park my car and allow the technicians to drive it into the garage for an oil change. Today I was instructed by the service adviser that I should wait in my car in front of the garage until I can drive it in myself. I waited 45 minutes to do so. After another 45 minutes of waiting in the lobby I am given my invoice which cost $35.08 after using a $10 coupon they sent me in the mail (which I have never previously used a coupon). The adviser then informed me that the day after Christmas they decided to raise the oil change rates, presumably by over 50%. They have also required coupons to be given before service, which leads me to believe that they increase your invoice cost to make up for your coupon.

Their service department was kind and speedy. They also have a great spot to be able to sit and work, while they are working on your vehicle.

Great waiting area including cookies, popcorn, TV and two areas to sit. Service itself can easily run behind even with an appointment, however that's more nature of the business. I've learned with my carthat if you buy from them, they take good care of you. Seem to be honest people and give you truthful answers up front compared to a few others in the area.

The experience of buying my 2015 GMC Sierra Crew Cab 2500 HD at Fox was very easy. Everyone was very helpful with my purchase. This was my first time purchasing a new vehicle. Rick was very attentive and helpful. He was able to address my needs and wants efficiently. There was a mistake on the color of interior but he was able to reconcile the issue to continue to make sure I was 100% happy with my purchase. Overall, I never felt pressured and felt they really cared about what was best for me.

Always feel comfortable doing business here. I rather pay the extra $ to receive great service. I had an appointment with my eye doctor during the time i was waiting for my truck get fixed they gave me a free ride 7 mins away.

I love the oil changes there. They are friendly fast and you get a car wash also. Great staff and quality service. Not to mention a coffee bar waiting lounge.

In the past when getting an oil change, they went out of their way to make it a pleasurable experience. I was disappointed this time because they did not offer to run the car through their car wash and when I checked my tire pressure they did not filll the tires to the proper psi. The associate was pleasant and friendly to deal with at the time. But noticed the previous problems after leaving the dealership.

They weren t pushy on the service requirements like the other dealership, and I really appreciated that! I would always feel so guilty whenever I did my oil change at the other one because they would heavily push towards the other things, even though I already have planned out my costs. So I really appreciated being able to leave without calling my husband and double confirming what we had already discussed thank you!

Was in and out for an oil change in no time, friendly people too!! Bought a car there too from Rick Howard, he was very helpful and friendly, high follow up and got me 2k more than another dealership for my trade in!

I have been going here since I got my jeep with no issues until recently. I few months ago I had a roll of tape left and gloves left under the hood of my car. I complained then and was told I would get a credit to my account. That never happened. My last oil change my radiator was left completely empty. The wait is also over 40 minutes each time you go here. I am done going to this location after these issues.

Aaron was awesome! He made the process stress-free and so easy. He listened to my "non-negotiables" and helped me pick out a vehicle that is a great fit for my family. I was second in line and sat in their uncomfortable waiting room chairs for an hour and 30 mins. Awful.

I placed a call to Fox Buick GMC.I was greeted by the most pleasant John Davis. Due to a misguided decision made in my early 20s and dealing with a company who clearly do not have core values that include putting the customers best interest at the forefront of everything they do I currently have a really low credit score. Despite this John expressed his sympathy for the situation I had found myself in and after being provided my information he promised me a call back after he looked into the available options. Shortly after John called back to advise that luckily he was able to find a bank that would finance a vehicle for me with a monthly payment that was in my budget. I went to visit the dealership and was greeted with a hello by every employee there and waited little to no time for John to come assist me. We sat and talked for quite sometime while I made him even more familiar with my situation and together we decided that it would be best for me to purchase a car rather than financing one. There were not many options in my price range but John remembered a recent trade in that he thought would be a perfect fit for me. I test drove the car and fell in love vehicle.

In the end I did leave with a reliable small vehicle with good gas mileage like I was looking for.

The next day I came back to finalize some paper work and again was greeted by the friendly employees of the dealership but this time BY NAME!. Not to mention you are immediately offered light refreshments anytime you visit.

I came to Fox because of the reviews I saw when I was looking for a GMC dealership to consider buying a new truck. I had done a lot of research and was sure I knew what I wanted. We met Keith when we walked in the door and that began a series of conversations that started us down the road to getting what we needed in a truck to tow a fifth wheel. I was very specific in what I wanted, but found out that the drivetrain I thought I wanted was not available in a 2500 truck. Keith helped me understand, in a very no pressure way, that the Duramax diesel was a much better fit for what I needed and in the long run, was a better option, both financially, and operationally. (That has already turned out to be the right decision) He also worked very hard to get everything else I wanted in spite of a very difficult supply challenged market of diesel trucks. He was very patient and became more of a friend than just a "sales guy". With his help, we got a truck that has far exceeded our expectations. We are completely blown away and in love with it already. The truck is drop dead gorgeous and is almost embarrassing the attention it commands already in just the couple of short trips we have taken so far. This is a great dealership with good people and we will be back, no question. Thx Keith and Fox Buick for a great experience.

This group is top notch. I will be purchasing all future vehicles from them. Everyone from the sales reps to the sales MGR, and all support staff, were fantastic. Truly they strive for excellence, and I feel they accomplished it.

Mark is exceptional, he kept me informed right from the beginning of the visit until the end! I had a horrible experience with another Buick dealership and was very pleasantly surprised. I was not pressured into anything at this dealership. My visit included several maintenance issues and was scheduled when I wanted it and completed in an appropriate time frame. As I said, Mark kept me very informed and I will be back for all of these reasons.

I just purchased a Buick Enclave from Fox Buick GMC. I an very happy with the service I have received to date. I shopped several dealerships while looking for a car and Fox Buick provided by far the best service. While they do try to hard to get the sale, they aren't sleezy about it as some others were. They were very friendly and I felt comfortable with them. I was satisfied with the buying experience and for this reason I will have my car servicing done by them also, if my opinion changes after dealing with them for awhile, I will update my review.

I had my car in for engine light issue. Mark was great in keeping me informed about what was going on. He also arranged for me to have a loaner which helped alot! Very satisfied with the work completed, the professionalism , and all service work that was done. I will say that in the past, service was failing, glad to see that it has turned around, back to putting the customer first.

I had the pleasure of working with the great Brian Gowins (ex professional football player with the Chicago Bears) and it was the most enjoyable car buying experience I've had. He is very responsive, personable, funny and down to earth. I purchased the vehicle from out of state but would be willing to purchase through them again. Joe LaVoie and the staff at Fox Buick GMC have impressed me from the start and it's why I will always go back. I've had everything from an oil change to fixing that "funny noise" to having both of our cars detailed. If you have never had the detailing, it will completely blow you away. I'm pretty sure our car didn't even look this good when we bought it!! The best part is being a "Preferred Customer". I have NEVER felt like I was being taken advantage of and have gotten an extreme value for the money. I went here for an oil consumption problem. Pcv valve is bad. Entire valve cover had to be replaced. No problem. I had them do the work. When they also recommended new spark plugs and wires for roughly $450 I was in shock! I know good labor in skilled trades is hard to find, but holy cow! I went to autozone and picked up iridium spark plugs and premium wire set for $109. Project took me 30 minutes to complete. Not sure where they derive the pricing at Fox.

We needed some maintenance because the engine light came on. The people at Fox Buick got it in right away and fixed it. They saw we had a soft tire and they fixed that too. Way to go Robin!

Kyle did an absolute amazing job getting me the vehicle I wanted, as well as a new vehicle for my wife.

This dealership does wonderful work. I have had my 2004 Saturn Ion repaired multiple times here; including a full engine replacement, a full fuel line replacement, and various other small fixes. They always offer me a loaner car to help offset the inconvenience of not having a car at no charge (except refilling the gas) and are completely transparent with their pricing and timeline. They always tell me what the price of any repair will be before doing any work and text me updates as they work on the car to keep me completely up to date.

Wonderful staff, very friendly and courteous. Fair prices and many amenities in their waiting room including some food/beverages. Would recommend Fox Buick GMC for anything from an oil change to catastrophic damage repair.
