Luxury hotel, both the garden and the interiors are very nice. Hall and common areas clean and amp. Precise and accurate wardrobe service. Very friendly staff.

Superb structure and unique in every detail .. in order and above all a lot of cleaning. The only "flaw" a little out of the hundred and not served by public transport

Probably one of the most luxurious hotels in Rome. Nice setting. Like most of Rome, you get a feeling of old but in a nice laid back way. Great view at the roof.

Very nice and extremely clean rooms. These are often prepared during the day. Incredibly friendly and courteous staff - no matter where. The bus driver from the shuttle service = brilliant ;-) / the restaurant manager (during our stay in the evening shift) sat individually on each table and could sometimes read from the lips. Despite the language barrier.
5-star plus hotel with corresponding prices but well deserved!

Very elegant stay here for two nights in Rome. The location is peaceful and just a little outside of the hustle and bustle of the city. They offer a free shuttle to town with close access to the Metro system. Accommodations were perfect and the food, while expensive and small portions, was excellent. We took advantage of a promotional raw seafood feast that was out of this world. I was a little disappointed that my Hhonors diamond status was not recognized here for access to the lounge. It did however give us free breakfast that I am sure I would not have paid for otherwise.

Luxury location that impacts with elegance, professional and courteous staff. I attend the Rome Cavalieri Woldorf Astoria for the conference and meeting rooms and the quality of the service is always good.

Great hotel but few flaws. Situated a little bit outside of the downtown. Hotel offers a free shuttle bus which runs once in an hour (until 20:30). The bus only seats 30 persons so there is always people left out of the bus. Hotel with hundreds of rooms should have a bigger bus if this is "sold" to guests. Taxi costs like 15e to downtown. The last shuttle bus back to hotel leaves at 21:00 which is quite early and always full.

Otherwise the hotel is really lovely and the view over Rome is amazing.

Waldorf.... You expect things... This one delivers on all of the tangibles and all of the nuances... What an oasis from the bustle of Roma in the summertime... Not walkable to much, but that's kind of the point.

A hotel that leaves you breathless, both for the exterior, the spacious interiors and also works of art inside, but in particular the view of the beautiful restaurant on the 9th floor. My experience has been a night for a 18th, but I must say that the place is breathtaking, the staff very professional and the food very good ... If you can go there one evening just for dinner ... Sure Prices do not they are cheap, but for one night it can be done.

We had a great night here. While not cheap even by three star standard the service could not be faulted. We had the degustation menu with wine. The food was ok and the wine selection was exceptional.

Wonderful view, charming and delightful staff place

I would ve gave it 6 only for the best employee ever. The bus driver, didn t catch his name but was the most helpful people I ever met. He s the type of person that makes me want to come back to this hotel. He was helping people find directions and always asked if the air conditioning was good best employee ever.

This hotel is hands-down the most beautiful hotel I have stayed at in all my travels. The property is beautiful from the moment you pull up, the valet is so professional and helpful, and I think it was Sabrina at check-in who was so welcoming. We were given a beautiful room with a view overlooking the pool and loved being able to enjoy the views from our spacious balcony. The complimentary breakfast for Gold & Diamond Hilton Honors members was a massive spread of food, and the service throughout the property was professional and kind. The location is about a 20 minute taxi ride from the more touristy parts of the city, which we loved! We were able to walk to local restaurants in the neighborhood and taxis were regularly available on-site. Rome Cavalieri absolutely outdoes the term 'luxury'!

They spray perfume at the reception as if they were Stradivarius!

The view from the terrace is wonderful, the staff is courteous and ready to meet the needs of customers. Perhaps a restyling would make it even more powerful.

What can I say, we are among the Top of the Hotellerie in Italy, spectacular SPA and breakfast is a real show where you will find every good thing. Internal pay parking but possibility to park for free on the adjacent avenue. The only thing I found shameful in my opinion: the TV is paid. In other words, you can't make me pay 500 per night for a room and then I can't turn on the TV because the same is paid separately with a daily rate. I find this simply inconceivable for such a structure. But the fact is that I don't want this to interfere with the evaluation as I personally don't have this need to watch TV (I never watch it at home) and I spent a wonderful weekend there anyway.

Fantastic full service hotel with great views. Note: only one side overlooks old Rome. A complementary shuttle takes you to downtown Rome near the sites like Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon. Convenient.

Location surrounded by greenery in a protected park on the mountain of the city beautiful swimming pool very well kept gardens rich collection of works of art wonderful spa kitchen excellent service perfect impeccably easy to reach magnificent view of the upper town hotellerie.

My newly-wed wife and I stayed here on the first night of our honeymoon because we were looking for a place in Rome that could really take care of us in case anything went wrong during our travels. Not only were they able to attend to our needs but they offered the first night of blissful respite after a stressful week of wedding festivities. Treat yourself to at least one night here if you are in Rome. It's worth it.

Also if you are at all concerned about staying outside the city center, a free shuttle is offered every half hour.

Gorgeous hotel sitting on 15 acres in the hills overlooking the city. Great little neighborhood. The hotel itself has incredible rooms with gorgeous views. The beds are super comfy, the rooms are large and have am excellent sitting area. Absolutely too notch hotel with top notch service.

The pools and spa are incredible and the food although a little pricey is excellent. Don't get the poke bowl, it was basically a bowl of rice with some tuna. The pizza was incredible!!!!! Overall this hotel is amazing!!!!!!

I almost forgot to mention one of the best things, the grounds are incredible with plenty of walking and running paths. It's just a relaxing and tranquil property. I highly recommend it.

Elegant, exclusive, sophisticated, in one of the most beautiful areas of Rome, from where you can enjoy a spectacular view. The detail of the "Cupolone" illuminated at night. A dream place where you can find restaurants, markets, exclusive rooms for receptions, birthday parties, dream weddings. As soon as you enter the hall you are pampered by the present staff, available at every request. The only word I can use is "wonderful".

In this hotel there are 3 outdoor pools, with Rome in the background they are really beautiful !!! The main pool is surrounded by a green area and also has a bar, then there is the pool dedicated to the little ones and also the swimming pool with whirlpool !! The entrance to the weekend is not really for all budgets ... but it's worth it !!! I advise!!

It is impossible to be disappointed at the Cavalieri. Accommodations take pampering and service to a new level.

I attended an event organized by AIS (Italian Sommelier Association) and by MENSA Lazio at the Cavalieri Astoria. Exceptional location, from the welcome to the service in all the details.

On our honeymoon and we have a terrible view! Asked to move rooms and they say they need to charge me 90 euro per night! Very disappointing was expecting more from this hotel.

Loved every minute of this hotel! Claudio could not have been more kind and accommodating taking us around Rome, can not wait to go back and see him!

Continuing to do congresses here is a suicide for customers and exhibitors. Otherwise ok but only 1 star

Wonderful stay from start to finish. Staff very polished and courteous. Spa was very well appointed and my wife thoroughly enjoyed her treatment. Not many food options outside so booking one of the hotel restaurants is recommended. Upon checkout the doormen arranged a fixed price 50 Euro Mercedes rather than a regular taxi to take us back to FCO which was quite thoughtful.

The bar sandwiches are delicious.
Everything else is perfect, great professionalism, beautiful rooms, fantastic location, kindness and superlative room service, my compliments.
