I left the salon disappointed. I discussed the color I wanted, showed pictures, but still didn t get what I came for. When I called to make the appointment I asked for the highest level master for blonde hair. This salon isn t what it used to be.

This place in unbelievable!! Everyone is so kind and friendly !! For the first time in 18 years I have found a color specialist that is so educated within her profession. Maddie!!! She has given me exactly what I have been looking for !!! I m beyond thrilled with her knowledge, kindness and attitude on life! Then..... there is Dion, another one in a million!!! The best stylist EVER!!!! He is also the most upbeat, positive, happy, person I have ever met. You leave feeling so good inside with a fabulous haircut!!! I m so happy I have found Rolfs and these wonderful people!!!

I have fine, highlighted blonde hair. Faye has been doing my hair for years and she does an amazing job!! If you have delicate, fine, processed hair- SHE IS YOUR GIRL!!!
Very few stylists understand how to take care of fine, bleached hair like she does. She s AMAZING!! My hair is healthy, and shiny.

Absolutely HORRIBLE. BEWARE THIS OVERPRICED WANNA-BE SALON.

Overall bad experience, have had to switch stylists so many times, and been cancelled on almost every other appointment. Not reliable as a hair salon. I will not be going back to rolfs.

Second visit to this salon and I was unable to get an appointment with the stylist who first cut my hair. I should not have settled. It was by far the worst haircut I've ever gotten. I have fine hair and she over conditioned the top of my head and couldn't style it because it was so flat. A person who is experienced should know that you should condition the ends of a person with fine hair. The haircut was so unbalanced and one side of my hair has long layers and one side doesn't at all. There is no shape. I don't expect miracles but at least have some sort of skill set. What is the point of complaining if they will just send you back to the person that screwed up to fix it.

I have been to many salons over the years but Rolf's is by far the best experience I have ever had! My daughters and I have had many appointments now for hair cuts, make up, coloring, facials, and evening hair style. Every visit has exceeded our expectations. Rolf's people are professional, caring, and with-it. Rolf's has my highest recommendation.

I have been coming to this Rolphs for over 10 years. I will admit the beginning of the covid emergency was scary and unpredictable but as soon as it was deemed safe for these businesses Rolphs made all its customers feel safe in returning. I feel completely safe and comfortable throughout my entire service. Immediately you can see their concern for the welfare of the clients and staff. Temperatures are taken more than 6ft distance is all throughout your experience... etc. and through all of this never once is the clients experience and end result ever anything less than exceptional. Ava and Lucia have tamed this head of hair of mine into one that always makes me feel and look my best

I had myself and all of my bridesmaids and my mom (9 people total) get their hair and makeup done for my wedding at the new Gainey Ranch Rolf's Salon. I was very impressed with the salon environment and my service. I had a trial and felt very comfortable to share the likes and dislikes. They were able to make all of the changes for my big day and I was very pleased. While I was in for my trial and the day of my wedding, Rolf himself stopped in and was SO personable. I felt very special and the staff definitely perked up. I had Emerald for my updo and Victoria for my makeup... They were both great, experienced and very sweet! I would definitely recommend both of them. This salon also reached out to me once they heard about my venue foreclosue on the news and offered to do my bridal hair and makeup for free!!!! What amazing customer service! I definitely took them up on it! The girls all had a great time and loved their final looks.

The only negative experience was that booking everything was through their corportae office and I felt like they had little communication between corportate and the store/ locations. On my tiral date and the day of the wedding the salon tried to charge me and I had already paid in full for all of the wedding services, minus tip. They made it a little uncomfortable at the front desk with verifying and finally spoke to someone at corporate to verify that I had already paid for everything. I also upgrade the girls makeup to add fake eyelashes and apparently it went from evening makeup to event makeup (with that one change) and ended up costing me $300 more... Not super reasonable but I wanted to treat my girls and it was my wedding day so I wasn't going to agrue. Overall, it was a very postive experience and I felt very taken care of from Rolf, Emerald and Victoria. The payment situation was the only poorly handle thing- they should have had better communication for such a large party bringing in so much $$$.

I personally stopped in and set up an appointment for Saturday the 26th two weeks in advance. Then, I called back on the Tuesday before to confirm the appointment 4 days ahead. The day of the appointment we even showed up 10 minutes early.

They told told us that we missed our appointment and that it was scheduled for Friday. They didn't try to reschedule it and the lack of attention from the receptionist was appalling. This was supposed to be a surprise and instead we were shocked. It was pretty sad since we had drove down from Sedona and we were expecting superior service from a place like this.

Great as always . Always fel good there . Ream ( spelling unsure) did my eyebrows yesterday and today did my hair. She did a great job at both ! Very satisfied .she is very friendly and capable. Liz Smith

Rolfs is amazing! I feel confident that I am not only getting the most beautiful hair possible but that I am also supporting a fantastic, charitable institution. Rolfs takes care of their employees and customers like they are family.

Maddie my colorist is simply amazing, had my hair cut and blown out the experience was excellent everyone is very friendly but professional.

Wish they were more honest in their pricing .
My wife just had her hair cut. Online they advertise $44 . They charged $100 as the person cutting her hair was higher level stylist. No mention of this was made prior to getting hair cut nor wher there any price lists to indicate pricing.
If you are going to charge more then advertised why don't you say so.

This salon is so beautiful and clean the staff is friendly and accommodating. Deon is an excellent hair stylist he does a thorough consultation with you before he works his magic I have gotten so much compliments on my hair he is awesome and Faith is a great colorist as well I am on love with this salon they also are always asking you if you want tea, coffee or a mimosa

I came here for full highlight's and cut since I just worked next door. So, it was more out of convenience. I don't remember my stylist's name, but she did an awesome job, and I loved my new look! The price was what was expected, but it was worth it!

Everyone here is so incredible! From the front desk to the colorist to the hair washer to the stylist, it's amazing all around. It's a true spa style experience with incredible customer service experience. I can't see myself ever going anywhere else. Maddie and Michelle are simply the best!

Rolphs has very experienced stylists and the staff is professional. The whole experience is always top notch. They follow strict cdc mask protocols. 5 stars!

Awesome...stylists actually listen to your wants and explain your needs. I felt like both Faye and Lucinda were able to hear what I said, did what they needed to give me the result I was looking for. This will be my team that takes care of my hair. Thank you all

From the moment you enter Rolf's Salon, you're greeted with super friendly and professional staff. I cannot speak highly enough of my colorist and stylist, Faye who consistently provides exactly what I ask for. She does fabulous Easi Hair Extensions and goes over and above to make sure my fine, natural hair underneath is not thinned out as the quickest way to blend it. Faye is exceptionally talented and takes the extra time and steps to accomplish this. She also magically highlights my hair to the perfect shade of blonde :-) I d also like to compliment stylist Lucia and Connie on the scheduling staff. I've been a client of Rolf's for 15 yrs and this is the best and classiest salon in Scottsdale.

Gwenn is spectacular. She is sharp and extremely attentive. I receive compliments about my hair all of the time. Rolf's is beyond hair. It is a Spa experience.

I had lighter highlights added to my dark hair. I was a little nervous but Maddie and Michelle helped me get through it. Wow!! It came out better than I expected and I couldn t stop saying WOW! A big thank you to Maddie my color specialist and Michelle my master stylist for reassuring me and guiding me through process. VERY happy and satisfied!

First time trying this location. I live almost an hour away and I will never step foot at any other location. This salon is stunning and peaceful. The staff is impeccably professional and kind. From the manager to my stylist to my colorist and reception. They did a beautiful job on my cut, color, hair mask, and blow out. The stylist also consulted me on hair products and tips for my natural waves. I purchased the products and hands down the best I've used after trial and error of numerous products that failed me. Thank you for all your hard work and kindness, I look forward to returning!
