I personally stopped in and set up an appointment for Saturday the 26th two weeks in advance. Then, I called back on the Tuesday before to confirm the appointment 4 days ahead. The day of the appointment we even showed up 10 minutes early.

They told told us that we missed our appointment and that it was scheduled for Friday. They didn't try to reschedule it and the lack of attention from the receptionist was appalling. This was supposed to be a surprise and instead we were shocked. It was pretty sad since we had drove down from Sedona and we were expecting superior service from a place like this.
