My husband was seen there this week! The staff was exceptional! Huge thank you for your care and attentiveness! Rn Mary was great! She kept me posted on my husbands progress and was very thorough! Front desk staff was also fantastic! Thank you for the great care!

I went in with mental health crisis. I had seen my psychiatrist last Friday. I may have misunderstood her directions for starting new medication.
One of my old medications has severe side effects if one should stop taking it suddenly.
The doctor missed this with me.
The staff was not well trained, It was made clear they resented what they interpreted as rudeness while I was in a mental health crisis!
P.s. I did not call names or swear.
They offered a cat scan for possible diverticulitis and a urine sample.
I went home researched side effects of withdrawal from Effexor and solved my own issue.
I will follow up with Psychiatrist tomorrow.
