Eventually blinds were installed, however every step in the process was poorly handled. Installers showed up with the wrong size whether because it was measured incorrectly or because it was not manufactured properly is hard to know. They regularly and routinely showed up three to four hours after the time that they promised to show up with no advance notice. On one occasion they showed up six and a half hours late at the wrong house and ended up causing our neighbor so much distress that two of our neighbors called the police, meanwhile there was no contact with us when they showed up at the wrong house. Frankly the installation process was probably one of the worst experiences that I can recall in the last 15 years dealing with contractors. I'm giving it a two star just because the actual product ended up being fine if you could tolerate creating consternation in a neighborhood...

We ordered the vinyl plantation shudders and are completely happy and satisfied with the process from start to installation. Their representative who came out for our initial consultation was very thorough and knowledgeable. I was surprised by how quickly the installation went. It took maybe an hour. The installers were very experienced. We love these shudders and their employees.

We got 10 blinds for our new house a few months ag...

We got 10 blinds for our new house a few months ago. 5 of them were very wrinkled and a few had holes in them. We asked for them to be replaced (which was like pulling teeth). They came to install the new ones, but out of the box had the same issue. We had to reach back out multiple times to get them replaced again. We are now scheduled for our FOURTH install this week. The company is refusing to give us a refund or allowing us to get a different product. It s been exhausting and disappointing. One good thing is the sales person, Shannon, is very understanding but is handcuffed by leadership on making any accommodations.

Had Rockwood install shutters on my previous home ...

Had Rockwood install shutters on my previous home and my new home, 2 installations in under a year! They always make the experience so pleasant and their installer, Phil, is just a saint. The shutters really brighten up all of our rooms and do a great job keeping light out overnight too. Couldn't be happier :)

I wish I could give them ZERO stars, as this has been the worst purchase of my life. From the moment of the consultation thru the quality of the product has been horrible. At the consultation I didn t receive details and I was under the impression that if it was cordless they will be pulled up like they are advertise at the store. Ends up been that I have to bring them manually all the way up. The material started ripping from the sides in less than a week and it has lines from wear and tear since 2 weeks after. When I complained, they sent me a picture with the know issues after the fact that can happen, I wish they had sent that picture before I spent more than $3,000 on product that is so disposable. I spoke to Hilary V. (She was pretty good and helpful) and she transferred me to Asreale H. and she has a horrible attitude, like if they were doing me a favor. The installation team left some covers broken and they tried to cover them up. I caught one the next day of installation and the installation team was so dishonest that instead of saying that they broken it they glued it. Anyways, I will highly recommend NOT spending (wasting) your money on this horrible blinds.

Worst experience ever! After being charged and waiting 8 weeks for shutter installation, the day the were supposed to arrive, they texted me to say they painted the door the wrong color, so I had to wait ANOTHER 2 WEEKS!!!! before my next install date. The job was a complete mess!!! The casing too large because they literally built a box and attached it to the outside of the door. The installation tech left huge holes in the frame where you could see the wood and screws. The hinges were installed the wrong way. After weeks of working with Kristin, I finally get a call indicating they could send the tech back out to close up the holes. WELL YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!!!

From the consultant coming out to discuss what I was looking for, to getting my online quote, to the installer, it was all a pleasant/easy experience. The lead time was a little long (6wks) but to be expected due to COVID. I love love love my new shutters and they make a world of difference in my home. Plus, I know I'll make the cost back when I sell because they definately add value to my home. I even had neighbors messaging me as they were being installed saying how "beautiful" they look as they drove by! I would suggest this company! (Plus they come with a great warranty)

The concierge service reps are super nice as they are apologizing for having to reschedule another appointment. It's been almost 5 months and they still haven't completed installation. After 2 installation appointments, we have a few good shutters, a few with paint overspray, and a window without a shutter due to it being broken (several pieces) when the box was opened. They have called to reschedule appointments on the appointment date or the day prior on a few occasions. We were supposed to have another appointment today between 9-1 but their guy didn't show up.
