Dreadful company. Appointments for boiler repairs cancelled 3 times. Wrong parts ordered twice by Robert Heath. We're not even told about one of the cancellations!

When..... Which is often the hard part.... They arrive the engineers are great.

absolute shambles, after a multitude of canceled appointment by R,HEATH who will happily leave you waiting around all day/morning/afternoon only to cancel a few moments by tx message prior to allotted time passing , they will then leave you without heating for almost 3 weeks in winter,(apparently your not meant to be left any longer than 48hours) will tell you they was to busy to attend an emergency
weekend call, however when there engineer attends (finally) he will state he was on call all weekend but never got a call out from R Heath, (the mind boggles ) if you can avoid at all costs there a joke, absolute disgrace. would give no stars but have to give something

Absolute 2 bob company. Took over 3 months to finally install new heating system that worked. Damaged my personal belongings. Turn up when they feel like it without any appointment. Shambolic company
Appalling. Don't tell you when coming. Then say they've made appt so you prepare, move stuff, wait around, with tub u der leaking boiler for ages, and apparently they aren't coming, but don't tell you, seems they decide to book you in in over a weeks time instead, but don't let you know.
And this boiler has leaked, had issues, and broken down, so many times, it ought to have been replaced really. We had 3 months of no heating or hot water the winter before last, lots of visits, including a chap from 3 hours away, until finally one of them actually sorted it. Although it's still losing pressure all the time and leaking in 2 places. Nobody has let us know they're not going to come today as the engineer said. Or that they have booked it for next week instead. And we didn't know they were coming last week until I had a text "reminder".
We have to move lots of heavy stuff out of the boiler cupboard for them to come. This is far from the first time it's been pointless. Now its6all over the dining room in the way, for no reason!
Brilliant service - a gentleman came out to us on Christmas day and managed a temporary fix for our boiler... saved the day!!!
