Julie was great in h helping me put together and order a marker for my recently departed pet. She was very kind and compassionate and explained everything so that I knew what my options were. I really appreciated her follow up on the progress on the order through phone calls and emails. The marker looked great after it was placed! Norman's Memorials were great and I would definitely use them again!

Very happy!! great service friendly, staff and the way they treated us was amazing. They were very thoughtful & respectful during these difficult times. Julie helped us a lot, she explained everything and kept us updated on the process from start to finish of my mother s memorial. After checking with other companies and being told that the memorial would take 12 to 18 months. We choose Norman s Memorial because they offered a great quality and less of a wait. We ordered our memorial back in March this year and was finish within seven months thanks a bunch!! This is a family owned business and I would recommend this company to anybody for their excellent service.

I don't have enough words to describe how wonderful the people, especially Julie, at Norman's Memorials are. I lost my step daughter last year and when we called Norman's to inquire about a headstone, Julie welcomed us with open arms, walked us step by step through the whole process, explained everything in detail to make sure we got exactly what we wanted on my step daughters headstone. Julie made us feel like family through the whole process and I can't thank her enough. She was very professional all while sympathetic and comforting to our situation.
Thank you again Julie and Norman's Memorials, we appreciate you more than you know.

I had already purchased headstones for my Dad and my brother from Norman's in 2011 and 2012. The people were very nice. However, I had not met Juli on those occasions. When I lost my son in April 2018, walked up to Norman's, Julie came out greeting with such a gentle approach. She helped us with the most beautiful headstone, she was very sympathetic and understanding on our needs in such a most difficult time. She truly made us feel comfortable and provided a soothing atmosphere. I Thank her deeply for all her help.

I lost my daughter July 22, 2017 and my mom found Norman s Memorial. I had an appointment and not really wanting to go. When I walked in, I was greeted by Julie Calvetti, her kindness, gentleness and compassion made it easier picking out my only daughters stone. Thank you Julie and Norman s Memorial making a beautiful headstone for our daughter, truly thankful!

My husband and I ordered a bench for my mother-in-...

My husband and I ordered a bench for my mother-in-law and brother-in-law January of last year. We are fully aware that this was manufactured outside of the United States. Our contract says 8-10 month delivery time with the exception of acts of God and other causes beyond the control of the seller- that I understand, but 14 months later. In the transportation world there are always trucks carrying items over state lines- can't understand how "they" were waiting on a truck from Georgia to Colorado. We have had the same issues of things getting misplaced, info on the proof being incorrect, no communication when it comes to any updates unless we called. We do understand the leave of absence of Sue, we were well aware since she was who we had dealt with and then it was handed over to Warren, who we understand had little to no knowledge with our order but for the price of things and the business that they provide, I would think that there would be more professionalism. Today I called and left a voicemail for Warren to call me back-explaining that we had questions on the balance due and why our bench sat in Georgia for so long, as my husband said" we could drive there and get it faster'" A few minutes after my call to Warren the office manager called me. Maybe I'm from a different era but I left a voice mail for who I thought was the boss not his secretary. As in any business I feel it's better to give a longer estimate of delivery than cut yourself short, and if it arrives before the cut off time then the company looks better. I'm not sure just how long Norm's has been in business but they have 3 locations- so it's not like they haven't experienced these issues before- so it would only be professional to tell your customers everything up front. Remember the majority of time your clients have just went thru a devastation in their life and really don't quite comprehended all the info.
