Friendly, professional staff. Efficient turn time on finalization of order. Good quality product-ie, business cards. One point, however, I would like to mention. It would be beneficial to the customer knowing at the onset of ordering, that editing of proofs will add additional charges to the order (or if editing exceeds the limit of what would be included in producing the final proof). Knowing the allowed amount of editing, or what would cause additional cost to the order, would be helpful knowing that upon presenting an initial draft/proof. All in all, service was very good and staff was very easy to work with.
We have recently redone our school logo. When we ordered new school business cards and notepads, we needed a number of revisions. Sue was so accommodating and helpful as we went back and forth multiple times in the revision process.
