My youth ATV was fixed quickly and staff was very friendly as usual. The cute little 4 wheeler was even washed for me!

They have a friendly and knowledgeable staff with a great selection of beautiful bikes.

I have been dealing with Rob's since 2008. We have purchased three ATV'S and two Can Am Spyders from them. The whole team at Robs are great to work with..From sales,customer service and service itself. I would not take my business any place else.

I bought a used motorcycle from them and took it in to have a minor repair done. They told me I would have it back in a week. It took them over 4 weeks to finish it, and I had to call to ask on the delay 3 times. I was never called back on the same day after being told they would call me back, and once they never called me back. I asked to get reimbursed for the cost of insurance since it had taken so long, and I had to twist their arm to get them to consider it. But in the end, they only reimbursed me for 20% of the money I was out, telling me they can t stay in business if I gotten the money back. I bought a motorcycle, helmet, and bike cover from them, and that s how they showed their appreciation. They will never get my business again and I will advise people to look elsewhere, because any other place is better.

I am not a customer of Rob's but rather a Transportation company that delivers Seadoo products coming from South Texas. In my dealings with their staff I have to say they are top notch. They are extremely courteous and professional. If they treat us in such a terrific and respectful manner I can only imagine how they will treat you as a current or future client.

Took about a week to replace a radiator on my KTM 690 Enduro R, which made for good timing as I dropped it off during my days off one week and was able to pick it up the next. Labor cost was reasonable. The radiator cost far less than originally quoted, which was a plus.

Great people, they know there stuff. I was in need of my tire done like asap and they made it happen with no notice they jumped on it. Love these guys.

just picked up my new sled yesterday . this was not my first new motor sport toy purchase . however my first from Rob's . even though i was not buying the most expensive unit they have Aaron my salesman treated me like i was . all my questions where answered we went through the whole machine top to bottom . overall a very personalized experience . other places in the past have bean like here's the keys good luck . even though i was ok with that sort of . it was nice to be treated like my business is truly appreciated .

I bought my R1 here and from start to finish everything was awesome. Everything happened in a quick and timely manor. From the first time I called to inquire about the bike to me signing paperwork and leaving. The bike was just as clean as it looked online. Big thanks to Mike (sales manager) he got me set up with a brand new helmet right before I left too! Love the bike! You guys rock!

Was considering even the 1 star. Absolutely horrible service from the beginning. We hardly use our ATV, has under 200 miles and is around 7 years old and they tried to get every dime out of us. Everything was apparently wrong with it, yet it runs just fine for us. When we arrived to pick up the ATV, which they said was ready!, we waited and waited for about 20 minutes. Then, they begun to shut the garage door with our ATV inside and told us that some darts from the body panel were missing so they would be out with it soon. How does a business just forgot something like that? Totally disappointed and will not be coming back. Would not recommend for any performance enhancement or performance checks. They are not professional at all.

I Just had my first experience at Rob's and it was great. I took my KTM in for service and Drew explained everything in great detail (very communicative) and answered all my questions. I am very happy with the service I received and would go back without hesitation.

The crazy deals AR what I'm after! These guys do everything and everything they do is awesome. For example... They even said they would rough up a fella for me in the back real cheap. They did not have an accessory bag big enough for a body but said I could gladly have a box a snowmobile came in to use. Now that's great customer service

Was looking to buy a new or used atv yesterday. Rob's is the closest to my house, so i stopped in around 11 am. There were 2 customers each with a sales person. A lady sitting at a desk on the left on my way back to the atvs said "Hi" i responded. I made my way back to the 4 new hondas and 4 new can ams. I saw 6 employees around me, I'm guessing 2 were part guys? I walked around looking at all 8 atvs for 10-15 minutes. No one even looked at me! So i walked outside and decided to look at the three used atvs right outside the door. Just to see if anyone would approach me. Nope! One other time i went in for a honda fuel filter for an older lawn mower i have. I understand u had no part number and they don't deal with lawn mowers. Parts guy wouldn't even look in the back for me. Took a chance ordered a filter off of a 500cc honda online. Same filter! They must not have fuel filters for honda foreman 500!

Hi I'm Vince Woehrle. I was looking for a 2017 KTM 350 XC-F and had called a lot of places to compare pricing and no one could come close to Rob's. Taylor in sales is an absolutely awesome guy, he was able to get the pricing down to where he wiped out the competitor's prices, that's why I drove 4.5 hrs one way to work with him. Taylor walked me through everything I needed to know on the bike as well as the paperwork that I'd need to fill out. The paperwork was very very quick and easy. Taylor even helped me load it up and strap it down in my truck and said if I ever have any questions to just call him. My overall experience with Rob's Performance Motorsports is fantastic because of Taylor, he is young but don't let that fool you, he knows his stuff. A day or two after Taylor called me directly and asked if I tried out the bike and if I was liking it, truly awesome customer service.

I just bought a motorcycle from them over the internet, trusting their word that the bike was in great shape. They were VERY easy to deal with, relaxed and laid back while still being very promptly responding to my questions in a courteous manner. When the bike was arrived it was everything they described and more. I would happily buy from them again!

Have been going here for the past 3 years after numerous attempts to find a decent, honest Ski Doo dealer. I was having issues other dealers close to me couldn't fix correctly and they took care of it. When it came time to retire that sled, I figured I would give them a chance since they treated me so well before. I was impressed with how they were not pushy and extremely helpful with my purchase. They were the only dealer I have ever bought anything from to actually explain and setup everything when I picked it up. It was actually ready like they had said. I have gone back for routine service and parts and can't be more happy with everyone that works there. They are not the closest dealer to me but they are the only dealer I will deal with. They have earned my future business. Thanks

I had rocks damage our jet ski s impeller. Rob s service rep (Clint) allowed me to drop off after hours on Saturday and they repair this major damage in one day. It was important to me to have done quickly because of the holiday/vacation plans. I m VERY impressed.

I spoke with Taylor at 9 p.m. at night letting him know I would like to pickup two new dirt bikes in the morning, and the Rob's team without any hesitation let me know they would have it handled. Had my Can Am Spyder in for service this week. I was provided with a firm estimate before agreeing to the work. All work was performed and completed when promised, at the agreed upon price. Like always, I was completely satisfied with the service at Rob's. Highly recommend them for any service you might need.

I bought a new sled from rob`s last year and could not be happier with the whole experience. From the salesman to the parts department and service everyone at rob`s is top notch and committed to making sure their customers enjoy every ride. I was so impressed I think I will be in this spring to order another new sled!

My experience with Rob's Performance is nothing short of amazing. They treat you like family not only before you buy, but during and after the sale as well. Our family has bought several power sports "toys" from them and each time is as good as the last. David Price gets to know his customers and after talking with you he will help put you in what you need and not just what you want. Was quick and simple, asked for a 1090 and they politely told me there was a hold on it. He then sold me on a 1290 adventure. I highly recommend coming here for a KTM instead of Woodstock KTM....

I recently had service done to my outlander max. While waiting the staff was very nice and kept asking me if I needed any help. The technicians working on my atv answered all my questions and gave me helpful information. I live in Kenosha so it's a little bit of a drive ,but we'll worth the trip. I highly recommend Robs if your in need for service or repairs.

Bought a helmet at an amazing price for black friday. Was in between 2 and Morgan was very helpful in explaining the benefits of both. Big dealer with small family feel. I'll be back for sure.

Was just about to buy over four hundred dollars worth of parts for my sons 04 KTM 50 and the parts guy was all huffy he had to do some work and "look up every part number" I Was willing to pay the extra for good OEM and support local business so a guy like him could work. He told me at one point bikes that old aren't worth fixing. Dude must be racking in cash for a guy working in the parts department. Not every old bike (04) is a crashed up pile.
P.S. My best friend got a valve adjustment at Robs last year 08 ( junk old) CBR 1000RR with a lot invested into European real moto GP parts on this bike and he takes outstanding take for it and makes sure they know take your time I pay extra for good work. C.W. Actually said that. Long story short got it back and someone burnt there boots into his brand new Austin Racing pipe. Think it cost about 2 grand. Then this guy comes over about to spray some aggressive cleaner on it. Finally as he is riding home the plastics come lose in the wind. This place needs some harder management. Just cuz you work a dealer shouldn't mean it's ok suck at my job. Probably just few bad apples but I've had one every time I've been there.

My family and I had a great experience working with Taylor and Rob. They were excellent in asking questions to truly find out what UTV would be the best option for us. I felt very comfortable with the entire process. It was even delivered to my house less than an hour after I purchased it. Thank You!

I had taken my 2017 KTM enduro to Rob's Performance to be serviced. When I recently took my motorcycle out of storage, I noticed my front brake fluid was low. I returned to the store to see if this could perhaps be service related or the cause of something else. The gentleman who helped me looked through the service reports and noted that a brake fluid flush was not done at my service interval. Nonetheless he filed a report to ensure that in the case it was service related it would be covered under my warranty (I had two days left). He also sent me home with a container of motorex DOT 5.1 brake fluid free of charge. This is the kind of service that creates repeat customers, and I would not hesitate to buy a recreational vehicle from them.

WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT EVER!!
Dropped my bike off (was not running like it should) also need tires. After 2 days I was told the reason for the rough running was it was not firing on 2 cylinders (they were right) To fix this problem and to have tires bought and mounted they wanted 1500 dollars. That is a crazy amount of cash. I backed out told them I would be picking it up in a hour or so. Got there to pick it up and it took them a good half and hour to bring it out.

Went to a mom and pop repair shop in Fort off of Rockwell street cost me maybe 500 for everything. So if you want to get ripped off and spend a massive amount of cash on nothing then go to Robs.

Had my quad serviced there 3 years ago as well and that was a 800 dollar job.
After the valve adjustment I still had the loudest valve tick

I went here to buy a new helmet. (first helmet for first bike) I watch over 8 different people on RPM shirts walk by me as I stood there looking clueless. They all seemed to try to keep their distance from. (Guess I didn't look rich enough or something) I waited over 20 minutes for help. I'd give them a one star if it was for Steve. I watched him help another customer and when he was done and return from the back room, he was the only person to give me any time. (Not even the guy sitting right by the helmets on the computer. He did his best to ignore me.) Steve took his time with me. Answered any question I had. Made should the helmet fit and I was happy with it. The rest of the RPM people should learn something from him. Then the real kicker was when I get to the parking lot. 4-5 of the people who didn't have time for me were in the parking lot taking pictures with a blue Mustang cobra. I guess pictures making this shop money. I'll never go back to this place again unless Steve is my salesperson. Hard to believe this place has been open if this is their business standards. Never have I felt like I'm nothing important. News flash for you Rob my money is as green as everyone else who got help as I was ignored. Hired people who aren't shallow and judgemental. Steve thank you though for being a professional!

I recently purchased a motorcycle from Robs and could not have been happier! Tom W spent a good amount of time with me first on the phone, again when my family and I took a visit to Johnson Creek to checkout the bike, and again for a few hours when I picked it up. The team went above and beyond when I needed further help after bringing the bike home. Outstanding customer service, deep knowledge and expertise of motor sports - and relaxed purchase process. Would absolutely recommend Robs Performance!

As a non-customer I'm extremely grateful and as I mentioned to Aaron I did consider school training to ride as Rob suggested but would have to drive to Beloit/Kenosha several days and I felt uncomfortable with that, Gateway used to offer in Elkhorn but stopped as I understand.
