Stopped in to look at Honda and BRP side by sides , The owner rob explained the features of both , Then said give me a minute and I'll bring up both machines outside so we can test drive them . The dealership has a small test track on natural terrain so you can get the feel of how the shift , steer and their suspension feel . Other dealers I had went to just let me sit in them in the showroom and then said call me when you're ready I'll be around . Give rob's performance a try if you're looking at Honda machines or the CanAm machines . They will help you to make the right selection

Outstanding knowledge base, honesty and quality of work. Rob the owner is there everyday and is easy and willing to you about anything. The guy must work about 80 hours a week. By far the best place to by a BRP product.

Brought my 2017 GL1800 in for a cruise control that quit working. I was prepared for the bike to be there for up to a week. They called the next day saying it's fixed, and the repair was covered under warranty. Super fast service! I have always had great treatment and service with any motorcycle I had serviced there. Thanks to the whole crew, you guys ROCK!

I bought a 2017 Ski Doo Renegade Enduro. The salesman David was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He answered all my questions and there was no pressure. The office manager Kory took care off all the paper work in a likewise professional manner and was very pleasant to deal with. Thumbs up!

I've been routinely underwhelmed by the ability of the staff to ever "call me right back."
For having a parts department, almost all of the parts for my KTM have been ordered in, AFTER I drop it off. My bike has been at the shop for a 8 days for new tires, and brake pads. Thats like 3 hours of labor at most.

The actual work has been done to standard, though.

I'm not going to use them by choice.

Service is super. Had my 2018 MXZ XRS in in for upgrade to the 2019 clutch ventilation system. Clint asked when I needed it back. I said as soon as I got it back, I would be going up North to finish my season of riding. I had it back and headed North in a day and a half. Great job Josh and Clint. I will tell Rob to buy you guys lunch. Or maybe a bonus would be better.

Every time I visit my friends at Rob's they're willing to listen and help you with decisions and help with trying on any clothing and making sure that you feel comfortable in it for the Long Haul.

I have an older bike (1982) and had a problem with vibration in the front-forks. They fixed the problem and replaced a tire for a very reasonable amount. The service was fast and friendly. Definitely will go back again.

Worked with Tom on the purchase of two 2020 KTM 790 (Adventure and an Adventure R). Tom put together a great deal for us and ensured all the additional parts and service items where complete and ready to go when we arrived to pick up the bikes. Finance and payments were handled quickly and professionally through Dom and Kory who were responsive, friendly and knowledgeable. The store had a nice selection of high quality gear and accessories in stock which was very refreshing! I highly recommend Rob s Performance and especially Tom for your adrenaline junkie fixes! An example of their personal engagement occurred when a routine pickup of my snowmobile for service resulted in a conversation with Rob about suspension and handling. He not only answered our questions, he took the initiative to show the differences on different brands, designs, and models, by reviewing the 3-sleds in my trailer. Purchased two bikes from Taylor. Good service and easy to work with. Took a part to them today to see if it could be repaired. Got a call back within an hour saying it was fixed. Saved my season this year.

Spoke with Clint in service about a 2008 ski doo rear suspension problem.Clint could not have been more polite or helpful.

From the moment I spoke to Taylor on the phone, I got a good vibe about this place. When I arrived at the store, I was greeted by Chet, Taylor s dog! I have to say that pup was the highlight of my day! Taylor took the time to explain my new 300 XC-W to me in detail. From start to finish, he made the transaction smooth and easy. Unfortunately I recommended Robs to my brother to repair his sled. They proceeded to hand him a bill for $3K. They did not fix the problem, confirmed this, and then told him they would no longer do any further work to it. The worst service department and management in WI. Stay away unless you like being cheated.

Robs Perfomance has a serious problem with not approaching people. I have had countless occasions that the staff would just ignore me and the other people in the dealership for no apparent reason. Really sucks for them because they missed a few thousand dollars worth of sales each time. Also they want $300.00 a piece to winterize sit down jet skis! I can take it to another dealership and get both of them done for that price. Robs is truly only in it for the profits.

The staff here are awesome, and they go out of there way to help support local rider groups

We own 2 2019 sleds bought from a different dealer. I blew a fuse to my visor shield a few days ago and have a trip up north planned this weekend. We were unable to locate fuse location (long story). Called Rob's Monday evening and explained situation. They were able to get sled in the following day and made necessary changes. Awesome service department. Thanks for getting it in and ready for a fun weekend.

Sales experience:
Tom is awesome to deal with and has a lot of great insight and background in motorsports racing; especially with on road vehicles. I had came in pretty well aligned with what dirtbike I wanted already doing extensive research prior; but still provided guidance on the bike. Also, with the family coming from a background on motocross racing helped with this big time on parts and bike set up support.

Service Department:
Got my TC250 assembled same day on short notice. Went above and beyond to get that taken care of for me.

Financial Department:
Dom was also a pleasure to deal with. Rob's as whole is extremely transparent on pricing and associated fees upon purchase of a motorcycle. This is a dealership you can very confidently calculate an OTD price on with no BS. More than fair market pricing as well. They were 2k cheaper than the local competition with so much more value to offer on parts and racing support. Offered fair value on trades as well; given their market presence and customer base

Rob's Performance will be my dealer indefinitely for all my KTM and Husqvarna needs.

Bought several units from them, from ATV, UTV and watercraft. Extremely happy with the entire store. Needed parts are readily accessible and parts staff is knowledgeable. Service staff was fantastic, fast and knowledgeable. I am not going to any other dealership for anything related to powersports.
