I liked the hotel very much. About the price, it deserves more than enough. I have already seen very nice service by the pool or something was incredibly good. Obviously I liked.

In short the best hotel in Antalya, the rooms we add are very nice services Fantastic views Fantastic breakfast Very friendly staff, offers a trip and free admission to Land of Legends

It is a hotel which deserves five stars with its service in the most beautiful location of Antalya.

Very bad hotel, overrated, impolite receptionists, impolite translator, refused to call his manager, then all in sudden he changed to be polite, tasteless food, dirty swimming bool, wild cats in between legs and feet while sitting on the outdoor part of restaurant, I don't recommend definitely to anyone else

The garden was very hot but the food was very good. it would be nice to take some more air

The rooms are getting old and the breakfast was below my expectation.

The hotel is scrumptious. Rooms were handy and comfortable. Employees are concerned. The food is delicious. The scenery is worth a visit.

I liked the room layout, the view, the pool. The hammam was also pleasant and clean. Staff was concerned. I didn't like the food. The vegetable dishes were very few. The meat is mainly from chicken to fish. Olive oil was particularly insufficient. Various kinds of stuffed stuff, but I didn't like the taste of broccoli, artichoke, brussels sprouts and various olive oil. There is a reserved room on the beach, you can use the hotel but you can pay for food and beverage

Not so good. The beach is not their place it is open to public.

Sauna bath The pouch foam massage and the friendly staff would highly recommend to anyone in a very clean sterile environment a great place to throw away the tiredness of the day

The hotel was fine but certainly not a rixos quality.
There are cats all over the hotel, which can be frustrating after somewhere.

Great rooms. Food good. Pool great. Only reason this hotel didn't get a 5 star was purely based on the lack of activities for my 10 year old even though there are signs up to say that there are daily activities, this was not the case.

Very rude front desk receptionist and public relation .cagatay Karapibar is the worst public relation manager i have ever seen. The hotel is sooo old need renovation. Dirty poor service. Bad service. Poor .and cheap quality food. I dont recommend for any one. SURE I WILL NOT COME BACK

I had a Wonderful stay , i had the the suit with a terrace which was a very nice choice after all , great pool , sea view, nice wide balcony, great room service, food was good and diverse , prices are reasonable

The best of all in Antalya. Boutique hotel with everything you can look for. N3ver eeen such great customer relstins department and Ali us really a gem . Enka tours cancelled the tour last moment which i thought would have ruined our purpose but than came Ali who arranted us a tour to the land of legends owner by Rixos

Spacious rooms, good beds, large rain shower, right amenities, slippers, bathrobe. It's all there. Large buffet for breakfast and dinner. Nice pool, large gym with sufficient equipment. Yet most important: Friendly staff, loyal and very attentive

For staying in the city rixos downtown is always number 1

The hotel has begun to succumb to years. But if I'm still staying in town, my first choice. On the other side there is a serious arab children's problems. Arab families leave their children basibos hotel.gorevliler as much as they can. But great distress.

One of the nicest hotels I live in Antalya in terms of service, comfort and recreation and the distinctive services they offer from meals, trips and privacy I recommend it frankness.

Waiters could be better. Restaurant is small, no entertainment. But other services and use areas are very nice. Especially the garden and pool. The residential area is spacious and spacious.

The cleanliness of the landscaping of the rooms is highly recommended, nothing to do with the staff. I could not say anything about the food we have made a 1 night stay but the hotel is definitely recommended.

In terms of scenery, the service was excellent, buffet breakfast and dinner were excellent and the all-inclusive service with an all-round extra food drink at the prices was amazing.

Lovely but busy and the receptionist was not helpful

Lousy hotel. It's not clean, no hygiene, our vacation sucks. Street cats in the hotel, everywhere in the restaurant. The restaurant also had left a plate on the side table when the cat eats at the table gone. My wife's cat and I have allergies to dust. We told the staff we do not leave cats for their own coming or the guests said alio. They said sorry we can't do anything. Hamamin had bugs in the lounge. I'il add the photos. I gave the petition (I'll add here) for the reception took me by the reception opened. 3 rooms have changed. One was in the dirt, one was the elevator floor (the elevators were maintenance free) you couldn't stop the sound and the air conditioner was broken. Frozen until done. Last room was fine. We couldn't even make a celebration for your wedding anniversary. The staff didn't inform the other when the shift changed. No coordination. I called three times 2 times I went and talked. In the meantime, it's out of suppressing. I don't go to a rixos because of downtown anymore. I will also seek the ministry of Truism. They're 5 stars, but they don't.

This hotel is in a very good location, but I saw that the tourists coming to the pandemic do not fit, they walk inside the hotel without wearing a mask

It is nice but it can be much better if renewals are made

The rooms are large and have a view. The facilities in the hotel are also very complete. You can go to the Mediterranean Sea when you are out of the hotel. It is a good place for a holiday.

Previously at home and abroad as one of the Rixos hotel I have stayed in many different hotel chains break open the Downtown Antalya, I would say that this is the worst hotel. If a previously Rixos your expectations about quality when you come here before you have thoroughly branch or reduce the frustration you experience. The hotel although 5 Although the physical conditions in the star quality of service required to get even worse than the average 2-3 star hotel than a motel. Besides the taste of the food is very bad, the employees in the food department are extremely uninterested and rude. You need to order at least 2-3 times for a plate of food. furniture in the common areas and the rooms are very old and dirty (especially full of stains on the carpet and seats). After seeing so much dirt, it is not possible to lie down in bed at night. They also offer something like no sound insulation. The hotel's price / quality ratio at this level (we paid more than 1,000 pounds per night per room) is not like a hotel at all. A hand throwing a contingent of the Rixos hotel management. If they close the hotel for a moment before the renovation that they will not get at least the value of the brand further damage.

I really liked the hotel, quality food, friendly staff, a beautiful beach, although pebbled, there is also service on it, they will always take a deck chair and bring towels) A big plus is that visiting the land of legends park is free, like a transfer (daily at 10.00 and back at 17.00) and the entrance to it! The location is excellent, near the oceanarium, and you can go out into the city, take a walk) Also in 20 minutes on foot a large shopping center Migros. I advise everyone to visit this hotel !!!

I'm in the pool bar right now. The hotel is full. We're here. Breakfast was terrific. Every place is full of chefs, all of them with food, one-to-one with the guests. Dinner is very very very successful, constantly freshening, sweet sour chicken, noodles a, mezesere, Turkish sweets, I love local and international cuisine, everything is perfect and taste freshness ..
An immaculate hotel, the staff is mostly experienced, helping you judge your business, ..
There is a resort where I enjoy my stay, there are not many children because there is no waterpark minipark, this is the reason for good rest for adults ..
It is recommended, city hotel ..

What you might not know: you can get a SPA membership (for a day, month or year) and use the hotel facilities (pool, beach incl towel service, drinks from pool area, Hamam, gym) for a decent price!

During our stay, the reception staff Rutkay and Ali Bey, Tolga Bey from the restaurant section, and even all the employees gave us a very pleasant experience with their polite smiling and perfect services. All the measures taken about the pandemic process were also very satisfying. You can come safely and have a peaceful holiday.

A very nice place. The hotel is full of luks. I don't use the pool katien as the water isn't a problem. Net.

Rixos Downtown it is the Best , all staff is very helpful and hotel is very hygiene , rooms are very comfortable and great service, very good meals, i will suggest if you travail in Antalya. They have a very nice private beach and also we had spend a great time at land of legends. We really enjoyed!

The hotel is a very special place and this is the best hotel, the room is good but the furniture is very much consumed and the rooms are air conditioned on the mood .. The mattresses are not clean, the rooms are amazingly beautiful in the shape of a panoramic sea and mountain .. 3 star hotel type

An uncertain start which turned into an amazing experience. We arrived late in the evening and were checked-in and quickly shown to our room. The room was nice and clean, although slightly dated. As it was around 9pm we got changed and headed straight out for dinner. After finding our way around, working out what was what and where the notable points were we headed to the Tropic bar for some drinks and music which was a nice way to end a long day travelling. It was only the following morning we realised our room did not have a sea view which we had paid for. There were also works in the room next door which started early and were very noisey. I spoke with guest relations and reception staff, all of whom were very understanding and extremely helpful, advising they would move us as soon as another room came available after check-out. After a day of exploring locally we came back to the hotel and found our bags had been moved to a much nicer room with a beautiful view of the ocean and mountains. Now the holiday could really begin! We spent at least 7-8 hours per day down by the pool, enjoying not only the weather but the poolside service. Coffees, alcohol, ice creams, fruit & various treats brought round by the wonderful waiters, one of which on roller skates was super helpful. The all Inclusive buffet, though sometimes repetitive was always delicious and plentiful regardless of the time of service. The external bars are nice, we chose Sundowners for a more peaceful evening as Tropic can get loud & lively. The shisha option is good and much cheaper than in other countries I ve visited. Something else quite wonderful which we were completely unaware of is the cats, there are dozens living in and around the complex, healthy and friendly and cared for by the hotel. All in all we both loved the Rixos and have made a promise to ourselves to return around the same time next year for a late second holiday.

Amazing experience the true 5 star experience. Great food selection and the full meal buffet (breakfast, lunch and dinner). A super clean beach nearby and an outstanding concierge. A beautiful city warm and welcoming towards people. Extremely kind services highly recommend!
