Great service, delicious cuisine, modern and elegant design + natural nature of the Northern Pearl of Kazakhstan!

Nice place, clean and glamourous. But the price is too expensive. Pies and desserts at the bar are not fresh. Italian Espresso is good.

Loved it!! My view was stunning!! The staff is excellent, if you want a lovely vacation, this is the place to go.

Long settling, renting rooms even longer. The room is very dusty, clean bad. That's what's great because the food, great selection and everything is very tasty. I liked that the rooms have a kettle, though the bar is paid and at inflated prices. The beach is terrible, not well maintained, the bottom is rocky. The territory is clean, but everything around is paid. To the left of the hotel there is something like an ethno-park, I advise you to take a walk there. I put 3 for the price-quality ratio.

Very helpful hotel staff, cleanliness. We took a full board for 3 days - everything is very tasty, a variety of breakfasts, lunches and dinners. Everyone will find a dish to their taste and will not remain hungry.

Excellent cuisine, friendly staff, a great playroom room for children Rixi. The renewed pool and saunas were very pleased. Such tasty fettuccine with cream sauce has not been food for a long time. I also really liked the Indian Restaurant. I highly recommend it.

A very fancy hotel. Lakeside was hoping even though it was well past summer. Rental equipment was easy to manage. Restaurants were delish, but service was lacking. Fun pool, workout room and sauna.

The best hotel in the resort "Borovoye". Prices corresponding to the segment "Lux". There is a casino. Horseback riding, quad bikes, tennis, and in winter there are also rides on slides, reindeer and dog sledding.

The pool is rude to the gowary and nothing is worth it. The rooms are not worth the price. RESETSHEN is not polite, everything is for show!

When the weather is calm, everything seems to be normal. But when the wind is outside, the windows "whistle" that it is impossible to sleep. I got up all night, trying to put the squeeze on them, but it was useless. The room had 2 windows. And both are whistling. And this is 5 stars))).

Excellent family run hotel. One of the best in the CIS.

From Activity and facility: a long bobsleigh slide, cheesecakes are provided free of charge. On the hill, employee Danil is on duty, very welcoming to the children and will help with a cheesecake and push with Veterok on the hill.

On the lake you can rent skis for classic ski tracks (you lay the tracks yourself), skates from size 33 (they clean the ice rink, on the lake) - all this is free. From paid: riding on a cheesecake attached to a cable 1000 tenge and snowboarding on a snowboard 3000 tenge, a very patient specialist Almaz will teach both adults and children. They give out helmets, monitor safety.

Spa. From 8 to 23x. Hamam, swimming pool 25m, children's pool, fitness room, 2 saunas, steam room, yoga / pilates / games in the morning and afternoon - free of charge, it is possible for children accompanied by adults. Excellent welcoming very caring spa reception: Katerina, Valentina, Tatiana - very helpful specialists. Once they even spotted us in the cafeteria to warn of a change in the yoga schedule I attended. Alena is a very friendly, punctual coach. The spa provides bathrobes for children and adults, towels and slippers (small children). Swimwear, swimming circles - can be borrowed for a fee. A Lifeguard is on duty at the pool, but children alone are not allowed without adults.

Kitchen. Wonderful Kazakh-Turkish cuisine. Delicious kebabs, kebabs, shawarma, samsa, dishes in Kazan. Baking can be even better. The cakes are mostly mousse, delicious, only decorated with fondant with bright colors. There are a lot of different meat dishes. Vegetables, cereals - less. Try home ayran. The waiters are great. If you are with small children, help the children to choose and put food from the buffet. Delicious Turkish hour.
Waiters and administrators that we especially liked: Bagzhan, Tatiana, Julia, Aida, Ainura. Thank you very much for our serene breakfasts, lunches and dinners with 3 fidgety kids.

The main thing is the reception is the only thing that is not so good against the background of the hotel's services. A bit lazy, not helpful. For example, when our 4-year-old kid fell ill, we asked the reception if it was possible to bring her and my mother food to the room, because it was hard for her to go to lunch (temperaura and weakness). The reception answered: "only for a fee and from the menu of the room service" (Then we ourselves interfered with the question with the restaurant positively). And there were 5-7 such moments for 7.

Children's room. One of the best. From 4 years old. Up to 4 with parents. In the children's room from 10:00 to 23:00 an animator is engaged with the children, for example, they bake cookies or conduct first aid trainings. There are toys, constructors, a large TV and a console for computer games. My children are not lovers
Det rooms, but here they stayed with pleasure. The animators really take care of the kids and do their job well.

Near Riksos is Lapland of Kazakhstan within walking distance. There is the residence of Santa Claus, and riding a husky and your own skating rink, a tour of the tents, cafes and much more.

3 rooms with 3 extra bed were prepaid. On the day of arrival decided to remove 1 extra bed, as there was no need anymore. Talked to Reception and agreed that the difference can be used as a deposit for extras. However on the day of departure 31.08.20 Aigerim answered that the amount is already refunded and she doesn't see third extra bed in the billing. After small calculation I can see that nothing was refunded back. Super nice front desk agent is insisting that it "supposed to be", even with the fact that she can't provide Credit Card sleep of refund.
At the end Aigerim concluded that the amount will be refunded but only tomorrow, because the finance department is closed on holiday. Why we can't refund it now - I have the CC slip with the code, you have CC machine??? ...mystery
Final dialog with the reception agent convinced me to avoid this hotel forever:
-will I get point for this stay?
-I don't know
-what does it mean?
-it is suppose to be added after check-out.
-can't you check if my loyalty card number is attached?
-yoh didn't ask if it is attached. You asked if the points will be received.

The whole conversation the agent showed how she is tired of people surrounding her.

I didn't ask to pretend that anybody is happy to welcome a guest in this hotel. But there is no welcome amenities for loyal Accor member. No smiles.

Amazing hotel and staff. Room was tidy and spacious. We've enjoyed our stay there.

The nature and location is excellent. Kitchen and cook sucks.
