And also the manager is rude, but other employee is good and respectful.

This is a criminal organization at best. I had to formally report this franchise run by Fernando and Walter Croce in 2017 to both UPS executive leadership and the US Postmaster who both took action. Hopefully the positive reviews I'm seeing are a course correction as a result of my whistleblowing. Leading up to the incident that caused me to create a formal escalation, I once witnessed Walter Croce perform a transaction for a young lady. The transaction was over $20 but she lacked the additional funds to purchase a stamp to mail her mom a Christmas card. After watching the two in a standoff; Walter was not going to even slightly give into sympathy, I went into my own pocket and blessed her with the very minimal funds. So much for patronizing the local small business owner in an attempt to build a sense of community. SMH. I highly recommend not patronizing this location. There are other corporate as well franchise locations within a couple of miles in any direction.

Extremely rude and poor customer service at this location. I ve been to this store many times where I ve been told I can skip the line to drop off boxes for return. When I did that today, the employee said as I was walking out thanks for cutting the line . To make matters worse, I m 8 months pregnant and it s nearly 100 degrees out. No manners and a blatant disregard on how to treat customers. Please get these guys some training

Dropped off a few packages, the staff were friendly and helpful. Great customer service, 100% better than the rude manager @ the location on Monterey.

The only issue at this location is the shared parking lot. It's not adequate to accommodate the other retail stores and restaurant.

I went to this UPS store today to mail some packages for work. I actually drove pass a closer ups store that I had been to a week ago. I did this because the service at the other ups store wasn't great. It was a good decision drive a little farther and deal with this store. They were pleasant and very helpful.

One of the best UPS stores in South Bay. They print receipts for Amazon dropoffs without charge and without needing to ask. Place is very clean and organized. Clearly, the owner cares about customer service, not just profits.

So I literally was just asked to leave when I called out the sales rep for saying UPS might lose the package. "How can you tell me UPS will lose the package, that is a terrible salesmen." This location will overcharge on everything if you don't catch them.

Management changed about 2 years ago, so the old reviews should be ignored. The new management has brought in outstanding staff members who provide very high quality service. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and very efficient. I use a lot of UPS-type services around the country, and this is the best service center I have ever used. Antonio and Fernando are particularly helpful.

I just had the worst customer experience at one of the locations in San Jose, CA. I expect this to be addressed as soon as possible.... Description of Complaint: I came in to this location on Saturday morning (August 22) a little after 9am. I was coming in to drop off a package to go back to Amazon, I had already had the pre-printed postage ready. The guy was very nasty and said, we charge 50 cents to tape your box. I was a little taken back because I have been coming to this location for the last year, and it was never stated as such. I asked him if there was a sign somewhere, and he stopped what he was doing, walked behind the register and pointed to a small sign, out of plain view of a customer walking in to the store. He then said, "consider this your LAST warning" as if to threaten me. I told him I would be sure to remember for next time, and that I did not plan on coming back because of how he was treating me.I also made the suggestion he should move it to the counter, and he said "thats what my finger is for" He then asked me if i wanted a receipt, to which I said "yes" then he stated, "i should charge you for that too" I asked him why he was being so nasty as the receipt printed. He then went to hand it to me, as I went to take it, he held on to it...making me have to pull harder to get it out of his hands. As i left the store I told him that he should not be treating people this way. To which he responded by giving me the MIDDLE FINGER AND KISSED IT. I was completely baffled by this mans behavior toward women. It was disgusting and needs to be addressed immediately.

This store has a limit of 3 customers at a time. There were two groups of customers in the store, a single lady and two other ladies at the counter. I waited 15 minutes outside, and it became clear that the 3 of them were sorting through long term projects that were tying up the store. They had binders in front of them and they had their heads down intently going through their decision process. I asked a person behind the counter, if I could drop off my Amazon return package. The answer was yes, on the scale in front.. Later in the afternoon I called to check on the status of the package. The man on the phone was supercilious, arrogant and answered a simple question with a question! If you have any options at all, never use this store, it's personnel are rude and don't deserve your business!.
