Totally unsatisfied with the service. Slowlest internet speed ever. Never ever try sign up for their service. Waste of time and money.

Do not use this company. Gives 1 month notice about disconnecting adsl service when my building only has been connected to nbn 2 weeks earlier. No previous correspondence about this disconnection even though they said they made some decision a year earlier. Will be complaining to the telecommunications ombudsman for sure.

Internet so slow. Phone line not good never fix. Only call and question don t do everything because they don t know how to fix.

Poor speed. On a 100/40 I get under 20. Joke of a customer service. Happily terminated my contract. Paid extra but was worth it. Don't sign up.
