I do not like to criticize too much, but there really it hurts; I filed a housing exchange file, I followed to the letter what was asked of me by the RIVP: filing of a complaint with the police station, plus 2 certificate from my attending physician for depression for neighborhood nuisance that lasts for years of work not far away the window of my room which lasts since 2015, a camera installed just in front of my room to monitor the site which emits a sound noise imagine the evening when we are getting ready to go to bed the sound that It emits, it has serious impact on the heart and the mind; construction which starts from 10 p.m. to 4 a.m. impossible to sleep so that the next day I go to work.
finally I received a letter from the RIVP refusal of exchange, of course I may have chosen the departments that rivp does not serve but I sent an email to specify that it also suited me if I was offered an exchange of accommodation in paris and I will spare you the details of the facts ...
today at work of the roller my mental state is only getting worse.
what saddens me that I receive all my file in an envelope even all my effort, my cries, my efforts and my torment is summed up in an envelope without a phone cut behind to try to help me out , this is not accommodation

Only social in name! No listening, no empathy. Do not speak of humanity to these people! I have never seen this! We can live a catastrophic situation they do not care! You have to put a star to post a review so I put one! Impossible to have a constructive dialogue: refusal on their part! We are nothing to them, only file numbers! We pay rent, we do not pose a problem, but when we want to share a problem: no exchanges possible, no answers! SHAMEFUL from a lessor who claims to be SOCIAL! Does absolutely nothing to help a tenant in difficulty! The RIVP has total contempt for its tenants! But don't forget that they work thanks to tenants! In short, I stop there but shameful behavior on their part!

Dirty rots. My mother was expelled despite her fragile situation, a degenerative disease and no more resources, they were fully aware of it but they chose not to take it into account, following that I had to declare her disappearance since 'she found herself wandering the streets of Paris for 2 months, homeless, I almost lost my mother because of these monsters. I prepare you a salty complaint.

It's been 2 months since my kitchen is out of order (no more hob) and is threatening to collapse. This is a fully equipped kitchen that is in the rental lease! I call them every week, they do absolutely nothing and never call me back. Shameful.

I learn by mail that an accommodation has been offered to me for allocation by the lessor RIVP, but the latter has never contacted me. LAMENTABLE.

I do not recommend this landlord to anyone, if he offers you accommodation, run away! it's a source of endless stress and trouble!
It accommodates you in indecent accommodation, does not regulate the charges (no water bill for 2 years since the installation of the remote meters!)
Their clientele managers change every 6 months, are incompetent and rude!
In short, I am living a real nightmare!

Lamentable no response to requests to set up a recharging terminal for my 76-year-old mother who needs to switch to electric.
No incident management. It wasn't like that 40 years ago or even 20 years ago.

It really deteriorates! avoid the RIVP which plays it digital with a website where requests are not processed.
The repairs generate new nuisances (once completed) and it is difficult to see your home maintained.
I have come to tell myself that I am putting my rent in receivership.
