Lost $4k because of Transferwise. My Transferwise transfer is marked as complete on Oct 24. I haven t received the money. My money just vanished into thin air. Or something fishy is going on?

TransferWise are scammers.Dont trust this company.Ive sent money to my friend and replied for questions they asked via email.Then they just deactivated my account and after I sent them all photos they required they told that it will be sorted in 10 days. How can I get my money back now? Who they are to take our money with no reason ? How dare they do this in such a difficult time for everyone? Wish I ve read all the bad reviews about @TransferWise before I ve started using it.Dont trust them.They will steal ur money. Shame

This company froze my 3 accounts in April 2019, for no reason, they have not refunded my money and are refusing to communicate with me by email or phone. I attach one of the lies they sent on 24/5, they have had this info and in OCT 2019 they have not refunded my funds. there are many customers in the same boat.
I am taking them to the small claims court.
The pics show the lies

they lie about speed of transfer.. if it says seconds, it will take hours.
if it says hours, it will take days
etc

I enjoy using Wise to send money conveniently and instantly back home. Thank you for great service

Blocking accounts without any warnings. And also not sending account money back. Customer service doesnt anwser at all! If you dont want your money dissapear you should strictly avoid this junk!
