Good location, the motel is next to the water, you can relax near the pool and have your breakfast listening birds which is really nice.

: cleaning, we unfortunately had lot of hairs in our room, stains on bedsheets and just a sheet with a duvet with no cover (everyone can touch it, not great considering the covid situation), coffee machine not cleaned, I saw them using a broom, it doesn t take much time to use a vacuum and really make sure everything is perfect to welcome customers.
The water of the shower is not so hot, it would be nice to have the option a bit warmer.
Overall: good value for a rental place in the Hamptons, ok for one night,
I wouldn t have stay more, can be improved for a better customer experience.

We are glad we decided to spend a night here while in the Hamptons Bay. Great location in terms of vicinity to beaches, restaurants, vineyards. The clubhouse was perfect and cozy with many options to keep busy, or just relax and catch some sun. Definitely hope to spend time here again.

The rooms are nice and it also has a good view, the hotel potential, but the place need better maintenance .

Good things:

I. The views to the bay are amazing.
II. You can take the boats and paddles to go around the bay.
III. The swimming pool is pretty nice.
IV. The beds are comfortable.

Bad things:

1. They charged me an additional 3% fee without notice. I complain to Booking and, at first, they refused to refund me. I kept complaining and booking made them refund me.

2. The toilet flush was broken and although we kindly asked for it to be repaired, they did not (it was half functional).

3. There was a lot of goose pop, which is understandable, but they did not clean it in three days.

4. Due to COVID, they are not doing room service unless you agree, but they did not inform that during the check-in, they just call you unannounced when they are cleaning the rooms. Since I received a ton of robocalls, I never pick up unknown numbers, so they did not clean the room the first day. Besides, there were stains in the beds. They said it was due to a new cleaning product but it looked weird.

5. The BBQs were extremely dirty. We had to clean them ourselves and it seems that there was dirt from weeks of usage without cleaning.

6. The pictures do not show that the cars are just in front of the room's door.

All these are understandable if the price was much much lower, but the price is insanely high for the service they provide.

Checked in for 2 nights. It was over $700. Got there late and immediately went out in search of dinner without checking things out. Came back after 9 to find out the refrigerator wasn't working ( our food was warm inside) and the tv / cable wasnt working. There was so much ice built up in the freezer that we couldn't even open it. We called the desk and someone was sent down after about an hour. He swapped out the cable box and told us that room 23 always has an issue. Then proceeded to tell us that the fridges are all that way. We insisted they bring a new one which was too big for the space intended. It wouldn't be a big deal if this was an inexpensive stay but it clearly was not.

Love it.. very neat and clean. Right by the water and very relaxing. Friendly staff...

Everything about my stay at Bayview Resort was perfect. I recently stayed in a Balcony Bayview Room and it was just lovely. I was alone and felt safe during COVID 19 and although packed everyone was following the rules and wearing masks when they were supposed to plus social distancing. It s in a great location and affordable for the Hamptons. Dan the manager goes out of his way with Hospitality to give it a homey feel. It s right on the Bay with a dock and beautiful view and a Salt Water Pool with tons of comfortable lounge chairs and tables to relax. You are immersed in nature and tranquility. There are also canoes and bikes, a club house and well equipped gym. Rooms are spacious, modern, renovated and comfortable with coffee machine, refrigerator and mini refrigerator. It s easy to check in and out plus parking. It s right near shops and restaurants and the main beach and they have passes. They help you with what ever you need and are more than accommodating. I rebooked for next month and can t wait to go back and will come every year now.

Just got here. Beautful views. Very friendly staff. Very satisfied so far.
