The studio feel of them I liked clean and lots of space

Omg! I visited my friend here and i wanna live here now! It's so nice inside. I love the loft they have in there.

It was clean and quiet but needed some curtains on the windows

Room are great.
Staff not always available.
Laundry area located in office which is locked when staff is absent

I didn't stay here overnight, but the rate seems good. Full kitchen is nice. Walls are thin and rooms are a bit dark

Had a great month stay here. Credit card/debt cards user be aware they will take the funds out of your account 30days later. Paid for my 1st week on 7/15 and they took the funds out ta my account 8/16. Other than that great place to stay if your working in the area. Will definitely stay here again but will pay cash next time

There was no one on location when we arrived at 4p and or confirmation letter stated we could check in at 3p. We had to go to their main location 4 miles away to get a key. Once we paid for the room and got our key the room was a mess and it wasn't even cleaned from the previous guests who had stayed there. We went back to the main office. They apologized and gave us another room key for three room next door. We drove all the way back and entered the room and that one was filthy as well and not cleaned from the previous guests. We drove all the way back to the main office and said sorry and that someone was in the office now at the motel location we were staying at and to speak with them. We again drove all the way back and spoke with the person in the office and gave us yet another key for a different room. No apology, no offer to make things right, nothing. The room we stayed in was clean but unfinished. There was no carpet in that room, just concrete floors. I would not recommend to anyone to ever stay there.

Booked a room 2 months in advance to attend a music festival in St. Peter. Only to find out by a VM. left @3:45 pm they overbooked there rooms. We called and talked to a gal, she said we would have a room ready for us when we arrived. Guess what we showed up after the festival 10:15pm to find the office was closed. We ended up calling a friend and stayed at there place. I would never recommend this place. It's a fricken pole barn with rooms. Thanks for nothing!!!

Stayed here for 2 months. Great choice for extended stays. Nice kitchen. Always plenty of hot water.

Good rates..big lofted studio short term rentals. ....parking in front of studio. Pet friendly. Have to provide own kitchen supplies.

Nice place, comfortable bed.... but the housekeeping needs work the shower curtain was dirty with build up & walking barefoot made my feet black and dirty make sure you bring a pair of slippers.

Plenty of space, fully furnished with a small fully functional kitchen, concrete floors and bathrooms but over all like this particular hotel. The sister location was a bit sleazy when we rolled up late last night. We check in across town at the sister location where the local hookers have posted up based on a very ODD conversation while waiting for check in. They initially gave us the wrong key, came back and the cops had shown up at the check in location for some reason. The clerk seemed a bit... tipsy tbh. You know: Slurred speech, impaired judgment/coordination for simple tasks. Over all the room it's self was well prepared and clean. Believe we were just victims of poor timing and circumstances.

Super clean and very nice. Will definitely stay again if in this area. Very spacious. Loved having he kitchen. Worked out great for a long weekend. The boys loved the loft.

Posting an honest, accurate and fair review is important to me, otherwise I won't post anything at all. I stayed at the RSS's for a extended period of time and this is without a doubt one of the most poorly run businesses I have ever done business with. On one occasion I woke up to 2+ inches of water on the floor, I called the office and never received a response, my fiance and I ended up doing the necessary clean up ourselves. Because of the flooding a number of our belongings were destroyed, and even though this happened 3 more times over the following week. Their 2 responses to this entire 2 week situation was dropping off a couple of sandbags by our door and also 1 time one of their maintenance guys stopped by to see what was going on. He explained that they have numerous other rental properties that had also flooded and they were very busy but would be back ASAP to help with the clean up. Long story short...no one ever came back and the one thing I still can't believe is that not even once after calling numerous times every day for 2 weeks did they ever reply back to my messages....not even one time. Because we had paid for the entire month my fiance and I had had no other choice but to buy fans, towels and other necessary cleaning supplies and do the clean up ourselves. On other occasions I would call when the toilet would act up at times and not flush, never once did they respond. The TV in our room over time started to lose its picture, I called numerous times....no response....and I could go on and on. There is no staff on site and no amenities are available to the guests. If you do need to contact them for whatever reason you have to contact a sister hotel who rarely has anyone available who can leave their position at that business and come to your location to help you out. It's because of these and other reasons that I would not recommend this establishment to others.
I do apologize for the extended review, but I felt details were necessary to properly explain the reasoning behind my opinions.

I stayed there for Vikings training camp and Ribfest. The motel itself was OK for the most part however you need to bring your own cooking utensils , coffee pot etc, THis place does not have the basic things as most other hotels/motels have. I guess I would stay again if this was my only place to book another room. Parking is not available on one side of the motel and you have to walk from the parking lot if you have one of these room. Housekeeping was non-existent.

Rooms are fine. Service couldn t be worse. They lost our reservation we had sent in a week prior, so when we arrived they acted clueless. After an hour of telling the staff we had a reservation they finally said oh here it is. WiFi works maybe one day out of the week and is slower than just using a mobile hotspot anyways. Kitchenette but no utensils or pots/pans. Only had my call answered from staff once out of about 10 tries. No messages returned. Tried to get invoices, but as usual there was a note at the office that referred us to the other location. We d go to the other location and they d refuse to help us because there was SUPPOSED to be someone at the first office. Returned to the first office only to find no one there as usual. Don t stay here unless you dont need anything other than a place to sleep.

Warning you have to go to a different hotel to check-in since no one has been at the desk for a long time. Okay for one-night stays but obviously is for longer than one night. Other tenants are allowed dogs so be warned when you hear constant barking through the night. Otherwise, it's not a bad place for a cheaper option.

Hotel has only been open a year so everything is up to date. Rooms are very affordable for everything that they come with.

Although they are newer, they were built cheap. I hear the neighbors talk. I heard them farting on the toilet. I have never had such thin walls. They shake significantly when the neighbors close their front door. The sheets are too small for the beds and they come off every time you get in bed. The floors are concrete and feel sticky. We always wear shoes. This would be a nice place if they had not gone cheap.

My kids loved the loft space and thought it was the greatest thing. Us adults loved the fact they had a grill on site that was available for guest use. Definitely will be coming back!

Nightmare experience! We reserved our room ahead knowing we had a 6 hour trip and wouldn't arrive until early a.m. Not only did we arrive finding they gave away our room, but let a stranger check in under my name and credit card information! THEN, only offered us another room at full price! It was 2:00am with my wife and kids in the car! We were repeat customers until then. NEVER AGAIN!

The rooms where nice size and comfortable bed. Also nice size t.v and refrigerate. My dislike was no shoveling or plowing in the parking lot, crappie internet kept on getting kicked off .the customer service could of been more available too.

It might be a nice place to stay but I wouldn t know...NO ONE was here to check us in and NOBODY answered the phone!! Are you kidding me??

Taked to the nicest woman at the desk. I have to stay bunkered in but she was so pleazant. Recommend this place to anyone

I am currently staying here for an extended time and they allow my dogs, they have a loft, it feels like a cool apartment.

Love the room. The loft was an unexpected surprise but well worth going back.
