Nightmare experience! We reserved our room ahead knowing we had a 6 hour trip and wouldn't arrive until early a.m. Not only did we arrive finding they gave away our room, but let a stranger check in under my name and credit card information! THEN, only offered us another room at full price! It was 2:00am with my wife and kids in the car! We were repeat customers until then. NEVER AGAIN!
