Rooms are fine. Service couldn t be worse. They lost our reservation we had sent in a week prior, so when we arrived they acted clueless. After an hour of telling the staff we had a reservation they finally said oh here it is. WiFi works maybe one day out of the week and is slower than just using a mobile hotspot anyways. Kitchenette but no utensils or pots/pans. Only had my call answered from staff once out of about 10 tries. No messages returned. Tried to get invoices, but as usual there was a note at the office that referred us to the other location. We d go to the other location and they d refuse to help us because there was SUPPOSED to be someone at the first office. Returned to the first office only to find no one there as usual. Don t stay here unless you dont need anything other than a place to sleep.
