Posting an honest, accurate and fair review is important to me, otherwise I won't post anything at all. I stayed at the RSS's for a extended period of time and this is without a doubt one of the most poorly run businesses I have ever done business with. On one occasion I woke up to 2+ inches of water on the floor, I called the office and never received a response, my fiance and I ended up doing the necessary clean up ourselves. Because of the flooding a number of our belongings were destroyed, and even though this happened 3 more times over the following week. Their 2 responses to this entire 2 week situation was dropping off a couple of sandbags by our door and also 1 time one of their maintenance guys stopped by to see what was going on. He explained that they have numerous other rental properties that had also flooded and they were very busy but would be back ASAP to help with the clean up. Long story short...no one ever came back and the one thing I still can't believe is that not even once after calling numerous times every day for 2 weeks did they ever reply back to my messages....not even one time. Because we had paid for the entire month my fiance and I had had no other choice but to buy fans, towels and other necessary cleaning supplies and do the clean up ourselves. On other occasions I would call when the toilet would act up at times and not flush, never once did they respond. The TV in our room over time started to lose its picture, I called numerous times....no response....and I could go on and on. There is no staff on site and no amenities are available to the guests. If you do need to contact them for whatever reason you have to contact a sister hotel who rarely has anyone available who can leave their position at that business and come to your location to help you out. It's because of these and other reasons that I would not recommend this establishment to others.
I do apologize for the extended review, but I felt details were necessary to properly explain the reasoning behind my opinions.
