Thanks to Alejandro Orta this was a wonderful experience.
I will say they do have some people working there that truly don't understand that when you're staying at a hotel like the Ritz-Carlton it's not just to sleep (there are plenty of Holiday Inns for that) it's for the experience, and it's regrettable that they have people working the front desk that will tell you "we can't change the room, there's nothing we can do for you".

Like I said, thank God for Alejandro! He made us feel not only heard, but appreciated guests! Thanks for a wonderful stay!
