The room was really nice and clean. The amenities are really good. There's a little shopping"village" you can visit with a few different choices of restaurants and shopping. The views are nice as well.

I was treated badly during the check-in process, so I ended up canceling my reservation. Check-in is at 3:00, I showed up at 3:30 and was notified that my room was not ready(I made reservations days in advance). There weren't any other accommodations presented to me. I was told that I had to "wait around" until a room became available. It felt like I was being discriminated against. The night before checking in, I stayed at the Venetian, so I ended up going back to that hotel.

Nice enough resort, but it's pretty dead so not all amenities were open. The nearby "village" was even more empty with mediocre restaurants and almost no shops. If you're looking for a lively atmosphere, don't come here. It was good for us as a home base for day trips to Death Valley, Valley of Fire and Black Canyon.

Had the opportunity to come and check out the Hilton Lake Las Vegas Resort for the weekend before Valentines Day. The resort was absolutely beautiful with amazing customer service and wonderful ammendities. We were lucky enough to get a room on the bridge, so it was right in the middle of the lake.

My husband and me stayed here for the weekend I was expecting more from a four star hotel. Our room was on the 7th floor which would be nice if they air conditioning worked better the hallway was hot and smelled awful. Our room would not get cool. My husband looked at the air filter and it was horrifying it looks like it has never been cleaned. I had nose bleeds all weekend from staying here. The bed was severely uncomfortable we woke up feeling like we were hit by a truck, the pillows felt like someone put a few socks in a pillow case. As others have mentioned it is outdated in decor but that is a minimal complaint in comparison to the other details. There was trash in one of the chandeliers by the salon meeting rooms. This resort is in a great location however id rather air bnb or pay more for an upscale hotel.

This location is so beautiful. Unfortunately it's very run down. 7 years ago we were there and there were stores, restaurants and a casino. This time around the casino was closed. There were no stores. It was like a ghost town. There were still 2 restaurants open. Location is so beautiful with a natural spring in the desert. Golf course looked well maintained from a distance.

Good overall experience. Room was clean and a pretty good value. I found it odd that there wasn t a binder of info in the room with attractions or dining options. It was a good quick getaway for a local.

I was here only to see what all the hype was about. I am glad to report that the place is beautiful and worth any type of visit. It is a resort based near a man made lake. It has incorporated shops and restaurants in a small area named "The Village". I did not stay at the location, only toured it and the surrounding locations.

Wow I've never experienced a Hilton like this one....

Wow I've never experienced a Hilton like this one. The van they use to shuttle guest back and forth to the airport and strip is worst than riding a roller coast! The van has serious issues and not a vehicle I would feel safe putting or driving any guest in. The driver himself commented to the 6 passengers after they all spoke up about the van seeming to be falling apart while we were driving on the expressway that "he had let the hotel know that the van had issues but he guessed they had other priorities". I immediately after the ride called the Hotel. First, I talked to Amanda who was very concerned when I let her know my concerns. She let me know Whitney (a hotel manager would call me back immediately). When I spoke with Whitney I repeated my concerns and asked that on my return trip back to the Hotel that another vehicle be used. Whitney let me know that was not going to be possible and the Van just had an oil change and was checked at the dealer recently. I asked her to talk to the driver and rent a van if they did not have another vehicle, but do not put another guest in the Van before it was checked. I also told her if she could not take these steps she did not deserve to work for Hilton. She let me know immediately that she didn't appreciate me "taking my concerns to this level". She was correct, I was out of line with my comment. After my call I called Whitney back to apologize. I let her know I was sorry and out of line with the personal comment but had real concerns with the Van and the safety of the guests. I begged her to talk to the driver and ride in the Van herself. She said she would talk to the driver but was "too busy" to drive in the Van herself. Again, I stressed not to put another guest in the Van before having it checked out as it was unsafe to drive in. Just an FYI it's 8:30pm in Las Vegas and unlikely the Van could be checked tonight. I also asked Whitney to email me before my scheduled 10:30 pickup that the Van was safe. She agreed. If I get that email I will let you know and update or delete this post. Also FYI,!Whitney never once during our conversations said she "was sorry" or let me know that she shared any concerns. She just always let me know the Van was recently checked out during the dealer "Oil Change" . Amanda however, showed a high level of concern when I spoke with her, appreciated me letting her know my concerns and was text book in how to handle a concerned guest. Please make your own judgement if this is the type of hotel you would want to stay at when the leadership of the hotel lacks basic customer skills. Please also note that it is only my opinion that Whitney could of handled this better. I'm hoping to update this with Whitney took the Van "out of service" until it could be checked by a professional. If I do not get the email from Whitney that the Van is safe, as she promised, I will be taking a Urber back to the hotel.

Absolutely beautiful grounds, fantastic staff. Everyone went out of their way to help us, including someone helping us out with a future event that was outside of her scope. Couldn't be happier with our stay.

The rooms and service were very nice. Be warned that their hallways are very long do be sure to ask for a close room if you have trouble walking. The walls are fairly thin so loud people in the hall woke me up a couple of times.

I always enjoy coming here with my Dad. It is not too crowded and it is located away from the Strip in Henderson, Nevada. The hotel was formerly a Ritz Carlton Resort. The casino here closed a while ago. The hotel also has a spa that contains a whirlpool, a steam room, a sauna room, massage services, and a relaxation room. The hotel is located next to a town that makes you feel like you are in Italy. The staff are also very nice, especially the breakfast staff. I want to give a shout-out to Luis, who has made us feel very welcome at the hotel during breakfast. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this hotel if you are staying in Las Vegas, without a desire for the noise.

Absolutely love this hotel. We get suites here quite often and they are beautiful. Tons of space in the suites, balcony views of the lake, bathrooms are gorgeous, everything is perfect. Outside is even more amazing with their perfectly trimmed grounds, fire pit, spas and bars, and lake. The price is high depending on the weekend, but never insane.

If i could give negative stars i would . We booked and paid for a room with 2 beds . We showed up and they said they didnt have any left . Upgraded us to 1 king bed and tried to charge us more . The suites look like every other hotel room . Rooms are filthy and the room service is garbage . STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE

I love the quiet here. The scenery is beautiful and all the fun is not too far away, unless 20 mins is too far for you of course! The rooms are very nice and I absolutely love the rooms with a view of the lake. Repeat customer, and I love this place!

Nice spa, beautiful locale, wonderful staff. Bed was really comfortable. Room was fairly warm at night and I woke up a few times sweating, even though I had lowered the temp on the thermostat.

I toured the Hilton as part of a Destination Wedding Planner Group. Lake Las Vegas is a very nice setting for both weddings and events. The Hilton has an amazing spa and some breathtaking views of the lake. They have a dedicated Chapel so they can perform Catholic Weddings on site. We didn't have a chance to tour any of the rooms.

Ray at the front desk absolutely ruined our experience at the Hilton Lake Las Vegas. I have never met a representative of any hotel chain who was so rude. He really upset my wife, and he actually seemed to be amused by our shock and surprise at his behaviour. He knew he was out of line, because when we asked him to call his manager, he flat out refused. He was alone at the desk that night, so he figured he could say and get away with anything without his manager finding out. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Went in with a friend to grab drinks and some food at one of the buffets. We had excellent service and everyone at the resort is always friendly and welcoming. We didn't get a chance to check the rooms out but i love it
