Personnel is very friendly. On check in mentioned, it s my son birthday is going to be. By the time we reached room, kid tent was set, balloons, cake, small gift. My kid was so happy and said I m very special in Ritz Carlton.
We got executive suite, room full with all gadgets. Very comfy.
Breakfast is yummy. You can meet chef as well. Smiling and charming. Only we had delay in delivering coffee to the table. I guess, because many guests and staff is busy.

Went to Admiral's it looks like an old comunist restaurant, food it's ok though...

Simply exceptional, staff are great and the views are amazing. Only one caveat was that there seemed to be a bachlorette party going on next to our room from 6pm to 4am which made sleeping hard & unfortunately reception didn't answer when called. Other than that perfect.

Outstanding customer service! Cannot fault the hotel or staff. Every single person we met provided top notch service and went well above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our experience. We truly enjoyed every moment, experience was great under all aspects from the moment we were picked up at the airport where we experienced wifi in the private car to the moment we checked out of the hotel. Staff is very attentive, buffet breakfast and room service are superb. Thanks to the pool staff who promptly offered to take us to the private beach with the club cart!

The service in this hotel is so unique, we've chosen this hotel for our wedding night and the arrangements they fit the room with were really cozy and nice (I had to request and pay for the honeymoon setting).
What made me really happy with my experience is that my wife got a little sick that day and we requested some hot drinks (which they send with a touching note), and later the next day all other members from room service were asking and checking if she got better and if there is anything they can do to help. You feel as if everyone at the hotel are at your service.
Unfortunately we couldn't use the beach because it was under renovation but the weather was too humid to enjoy it anyway and it didn't affect our pleasant stay.

A super hotel, grand, luxurious, professional staff, 3 dream restaurants.

Restaurants are lacking in variety of cuisines. Great ambience though. The Marina has excellent service but no fuel dispensation for boats.

The rooms were very cozy and bed was very soft and comfortable. The breakfast was a let down as there was not much in terms of variety. Overall it was a good experience.

As an experienced traveler the service of the Ritz Carlton in Doha, Qatar shocked me.
The hotel asked me pay an excess above my room rate for additional services. My credit card was charged the same day. I didn't use additional services and was told at check out that it will take 2 weeks to refund the excess paid. After three weeks I reminded the hotel that I was still waiting for the refund. No response. After 1 month I wrote a formal complaint. Even after the complaint it took Ritz Carlton 1 week to refund my money. No reason was provided for not refunding my money in time. My advice to any traveler: if you still consider to sleep at the Ritz Carlton, please don't pay no excess above the room rate!!

Even though it is one of Doha s older hotels, the Ritz-Carlton retains an air of ornate elegance and exclusivity. It s also a great choice for well-heeled families as children are treated like royalty here - pink marshmallows for dessert, anyone? Rooms are spacious and in-house restaurants are available. Lagoona Mall is nearby for guests who want to get a bit of shopping in or grab a quick bite to eat. Ask for a room facing the lagoon so you can see the sun rise in the morning. The outdoor pool area has some of the nicest landscaping in Doha - I especially like the waterfall and surrounding bougainvillea and palm trees. There s also an indoor lap pool and, of course, a spa.

Good place with large landscapes. Beautiful long digital screen in the conference hall.

The one complaint about the otherwise fabulous food here is that due to local taste it can be very very greasy.

I've stayed in this hotel on and off for much of 2020. I really love it. The hotel staff is very friendly without exception. They also go out of their way to try and accommodate my requests. Indoor pool is brilliant, restaurants are great including the buffet breakfast.

I also recommend the spa. I had a 30-minute back massage with a gentleman named Valeryan. It was a superb experience. Highly recommend this hotel.

Wonderful hotel and quality of service. The only issue is that around the beach zone there is lot of people with jetskis and it's really annoying

Stayed here for 2 weeks, got to know real luxury hotel and excellent service. Food was excellent too. Ambience is to warm and invigorating.

It has a port and many sports and the swimming pool is large for swimming enthusiasts

Beautiful location even if decentralized. Beautiful pool. Great service, although sometimes a little intrusive. The only real negative, the beach was not accessible due to works in progress and the news was not available at the time of booking nor was it communicated with any of the numerous emails of congratulations for choosing the hotel received before the stay. A vague promise to let us use the adjacent hotel beach was not followed. We still consulates in the almost deserted pool where we were pampered by the numerous staff on duty.
Pay attention to the temperature difference between inside and outside.

We booked for two adults plus two kids, only after checking-in at 00:30 we found out that beds for the kids weren't set up, as they need to be paid separately at the check in. So we waited until 00:50 to put kids into bed.
The room was a little bit dirty. In the bathroom there was only one teeth brush. Continental breakfast was ok, but not unforgettable.
The employees were always kind to us and available at any time. Rooms are stunning.

Very good brunch "Eid extravagance." A very varied choice of dishes from the world's cuisines. And the children have fun because they have their own menu and an animation team is busy entertaining them (makeup, balloons in the shape of flower or sword etc.)
