The reception has could been better. We lost hours for few requests. Moreover the reception has done many calculation errors.

The end of year dinner 2018 for guests with full board who have not joined the dinner organized by the hotel is an insult to their intelligence.

awesome stay . you can stay at Ritz Carlton Doha if you are planning for any special occasion. i would recommend Ritz Doha. Room cleanness, decoration and special arrangements for anniversary, breathtaking view ,Room dinning, Dinner, Breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Truly A memorable experience .

A beautiful hotel and 5 ngroom overlooking the sea, where there is a women's salon, a gym and a coffee shop

This is everything a 5 star hotel should be... amazing facilities.. world class fitness pool and spa.. over the top helpful staff and a multitude of wining and dining choices

Woderful. But fake fire alarm after midnight was terrifying and a letter of apologize wasn't enough.

The hotel is classy and respectable.
The rooms are beautiful and have views of Lusail and West Bay.
The breakfast buffet is varied, very good and quiet on weekdays.
My only problem is with the service.
Employees are slow, careless, and often careless.
As lobby lounge staff and room service staff.
The reception staff alone were excellent.

Stayed here for nearly 7 months, and the club lounge staff and guest services/valet staff were absolutely phenomenal. Comfortable, clean, up-to-date hotel with a focus on customer service. Fully equipped gym/fitness center. Excellent service from Elsie, Tristan, Janine, Shafini, Gracy, Chef Gulsum, and Nicholas from the club lounge staff as well as Asker, Soleiman, Vikas, Ryan, Salam, Michael, Habib and rest of guest services staff. And Raju from housekeeping is meticulous, thoughtful, and has wonderful attention to detail.

Wonderful peaceful rest at newly renovated hotel. Powerful rainshower. Cool climate control /air conditioning. Good view of the city and sea from the 16floor. Wonderful Front desk who sent us to a great Lebanese restaurant at the pearl. N espresso machine in room. Many bottles mineral water. Huge soft and comfy bed. Total blackout curtains. Great buffet breakfast from 630 till 1030.

Thanks to the AMAZING staff @ the hotel for making my birthday extra special today. Even though I'm not a guest @ the hotel they went above and beyond. Special thanks to the spa receptionists and my masseuse and the staff working in the lounge. Will definitely stay there next time I'm in Doha and would highly recommend the hotel from what I've seen over the last few days.

Went to the Lounge on the harbour. Great location, friendly staff, good drinks and food. Lovely place indeed

Amazing service and quality throughout, breakfast superb and room was ultra modern.

Some of the best views of the Doha city . Close to the Pear, for good food and times. Pool area might be the best part of the hotel, and excellent service.

This is just amazing, everything is spectacular. A true luxurious experience. The only issue was the renovation that made most restaurants closed.

This is a beautiful and wonderful hotel with a playground, a swimming pool, a beautiful view and an excellent location close to the Pearl, Al Wasail Project and Katara Beach

I loved the hotel. Everything was really good. They have group classes for workout which is great. Food options were good also. I loved their club lounge.

Shown around the facilities and briefed on their promotions. Fantastic setup with lots of new dining and bar areas and excellent equipment. A little jewel that feels isolated from the rest of the city.
