Ritz Carlton Dallas Review

One of the best Ritz Carlton s in the nation. Friendly staff, conveniently located in the very trendy uptown neighborhood, and great vibes. The spa and gym are also amazing. And don t forget to make a reservations at Fearings downstairs!

Fabulous service, gorgeous rooms, comfy bed, Nespresso machines in room, comp gaucamole and margaritas shooters in the lobby in the evening (very memorable!). Best hotel in the area.

A great venue for hosting events with a staff that is very attentive.

I've been staying at the Lumen off and on for the past year and a half. The staff ALWAYS goes out of their way to make me feel at home even while on the road. It has been an absolute pleasure to stay there.

The private room and dinner were fantastic, the quail with pork belly salad was great. The chef made it a point to come out and say hello to us and generally excited to prepare our dinner.

I stayed here during a Dallas Starz Hockey Event and loved the service along with the exceptional ornate decor! Like that is it a convenient Uber Friendly area, along with the placement of the structure of the - convenient to walk around restaurants and highly recommended!

I was at the Ritz getting drinks with a friend. It's a very nice property and very convenient located in uptown.

No matter how many times I stay at a Ritz, I m consistently stunned at how well they form that first impression. Not big stuff like an upgrade or drink coupons. Just genuine service.

Had dinner at Fearings and it was pretty good. The 5 star rating is really for the spa. Had a massage and it was the best I've ever had and my wife said the same.

Excellence and attention to detail you would expect. Fearings restaurant is definitely a food destination not just a meal.

I love the people here! The rooms, not so much. They just can t keep it clean. Shower tiles are often moldy. Curtains have stains and shelves are falling apart. This seems to be consistent on all the floors we ve stayed on. However, I don t know of a better hotel in Dallas other than the Mansion. I love the Ritz location, so I ll continue to visit.

The people are above and beyond pleasant. Everything is meticulous. Never would have stayed here if it wasn't a part of the travel package but don't regret. It's a once in a lifetime experience probably for me and surely rememberable.

We ate at Fearing's for Mother's Day. Chef Fearing was amazing and the food was equally fantastic.

Nice hotel. Good sized rooms and service. Walls a little thin.

The room was spotless and well-appointed, with a luxurious bed and bathroom. The service was great, including turn-down service in the evening. The bar/restaurant has a nice atmosphere with decent drinks and helpful bartenders. Staying here is a pleasure.

The hotel was beautiful. All the staff was very attentive and the food was good. Very comfortable beds and convenient location. Best hotel I've been to thus far. Only negative I have to say is bring your own toiletries/shower gel. The shower gels and soaps don't smell too nice. Otherwise I was blown away with my experience here. Super nice.

No need to look anywhere else, STAY HERE!!

Valet parking was nice however the large crowd caused long delay at the end of the event. Food was good on par with other hotels similar in the area(portion was a bit small). Overall top notch.

Very expensive services. Had a great massage but thirty minutes $220? Ugh

Overall quite nice...service is superb..food is very good..menu is just a tad limited and the dessert menu did not catch our eye. Not cheap by any means. Did not feel rushed at any point...busy but not too busy....drive up is a bit hectic but managed well

Fabulous! The Dallas staff were wonderful from door man, wait staff to bell hops. Everyone was thoughtful & helpful, especially the team for a private parties, Jeff, Lou & Deb. A weekend of precious memories.

I was there for a baby shower the staff was excellent. Someone was always there to serve you.

Overall beautiful building and very clean but feela a bit dated. The gym is very good and the outdoor pool is on the smaller side but it's a small hotel.

Amazing service from the second I pulled up my car. One of the bellhop guys walked me to the reception, gave me a bottle of water, and a big smile. Everyone at the hotel were cordial and friendly. Didn't get to try their food but they make great drinks at the bar.

The clientele is definitely on the older side so the good news is that things are fairly quiet. But the room door isn't insulated well and you can hear the chatter from the hallway which woke me up the next morning.

If I'm traveling for business I'd stay here. For personal trips I may try Zaza or the W.

Wait staff is very kind, but the place is as you would imagine. Full of obnoxiously rich individuals. Not a bad thing if you're accustomed to that lifestyle

Excellent service and rooms. Is it worth the price? Depends on if you prefer the value menu when eating fast food.

Where do I even start, first off the hotel chain is exquisitely know for their quality of care in every regard (and their waffles and milk are amazing for room service), but the entire property is exceptional from the event spaces (which I've experienced for weddings and seminars) to the restaurant, and even better the Rattle Snake Bar.

Starting with the Valet Joe and Isaiah are spectacular, to the bartenders at the Rattlesnake bar - Brian and Jaime are my favorites and I'm drawing a blank on the sweet and wonderful bathroom attendant.

Needless to say, this is a top notch location located directly across from the breathtaking Crescent Court and blocks away from the Harwood/Victory Park/Uptown/Downtown/and has easy access to either interstate 75/35/30/ or the tollway to name a few.

Enjoy your stay, be respectful, and tip each staff member more than they deserve!!!

Food isn't all that. I've been multiple times for events. The rooms are nice but the food isn't. I would rather order a pizza than eat their 5 course meals. The breakfast is just ehh as well.

Great room. Excellent staff. The meal place closes way to early on Sundays. I was there at 1050 and they stopped serving food already.

Valet entrance was a little hard to find, but service was fantastic and breakfast was excellent.

This is a wonderful place to hold a formal dining event.

I stay in the Ritz when I want to treat myself. The staff kiss you all over, the rooms are clean, beds comfortable, their club level is full of gourmet food, the fitness, pool - everything they offer is of a royal quality. I never get disappointed. Last time it was in Key West and it made my trip very special.

Super classy bar area. People watching was fantastic, all these older gentlemen and the occasional 'lady of the evening' that they would disappear with for a short while, all to be repeated again with another older gentleman of well off means.

Impeccable service though the room was a little smoky. Very kind staff.

When we arrived, my fiance found blood on a bathrobe that she put on. Really disgusting. We made the concierge aware of this and they replaced the robe but that was it!! At a normal hotel maybe that's fine, but this is the Ritz! Was really expecting a lot more in terms of service. There were also a few other problems like broken drier and weird stuff with the keys where there's different keys for different parts of the building. Highlights were really great pool and gym area and food, cool decor in the ballrooms where we were for a wedding, but other than that it's pretty unimpressive. Concierge gave us a super bad food recommendation for nearby Mexican. It seems to be failing a bit on the most important aspect, service, and really is not anywhere close to worth the price. You can essentially get this level of luxury and service at many many other hotels, though maybe not quite as nice of a pool.

Ryan and Isaac are fantastic, enjoy the times we are there.

Fantastic experience at the spa! Had a wonderful relaxation massage with Tori Ribas. She did a terrific job and I would highly recommend her to anyone! The spa amenities are great as well and include a steam room, sauna, and salt water jacuzzi tub. The staff was very friendly and accommodating! I will certainly be back!

It was great! Ate brunch at Fearings and the food was amazing!
