Can't say enough about this place. The people are amazing. Went to the Fearing's and had a ridiculously delicious meal.

Saturday afternoon charity luncheon that was very well done. Great venue in the heart of the Arts/Uptown District of Downtown Dallas.

Gorgeous hotel. The king suites are fantastic. One of the best setups. Only thing that could be improved upon is the view and entrance area.

Just had dinner at Fearing's, dinner was fantastic.

Only problem is public parking or they handle you about dropping ladies off

Stayed here while we were in town to go wedding dress shopping for my little sister. Great hotel - super clean! The beds felt like you were sleeping on a cloud which I very much appreciate. I will for sure stay here again!

Everything was good till the bellhop decided it was a good idea to argue with my Lyft driver. The bellhop at the door put my luggage in the trunk of the car and the driver simply asked the guy to be careful of his speaker (he had a speaker in his trunk for his sound system). I would expect the bellhop to be just as kind as he was to me and say ok or I'm sorry or something. But instead he got an attitude and said "WHATEVER" and walked back towards the hotel door. The driver said he only asked him to be careful and that it's his personal car, to which the bellhop again got cocky saying "WHATEVER" . The driver remaind calm and though and decided it's not worth his time, getting in and starting my ride.

The bellhop was completely unprofessional, especially given the circumstances. I will not be coming back to this hotel.

Was my first time at the Ritz. Everything was nice but there was a checkin fiasco. My wife's cousin was getting married there and we were all staying. They didn't even get most of the family in their rooms until after 4 or 4:30 and we had wedding events starting at 5. Spending that much for a wedding, you would think that would be a priority. They didn't do anything to make it right either. Everything else was really nice.

The venue was spacious and high class, with stilted performaers greeting guests. The service was prompt and even snuck us some alcoholic shots! The only quibble was meats were not kept hot, and we essentially just fancy cold cuts.

Service was excellent and to the point. Room smelled like lavendar, and the hotel was spotless. Every hotel employee was courteous and struck up just enough conversation to be personable but not intrusive. Great experience overall.

Went to the restaurant for a family lunch. The food was excellent and the staff friendly. However, it did take an unreasonable amount of time for our entrees to come out. However, the staff was courteous and held us over with some additional appetizers and very apologetic. Besides that snafu it was overall a good experience and I would eat here again.

What can you say this is that place that you enjoy every moment of your stay here no matter how short or long it's just fabulous

Nice room and hotel but dark. Dark hallways, dark rooms, dark lobby, dark restaurant. I am sure it's for ambiance but it make it hard to see / read. Also, if you're a Marriott rewards member don't expect any special treatment. "Free internet" as a Marriott Platinum Elite member. Wow! I get that at Fairfield Inn.

Being in the hospitality business , what stood out the most were the small touches by the room service crew

We went here for a meeting on the conference rooms. The valet parking was very convenient and already paid for by the company. The food was great and the meeting rooms were very nice. If we have a chance to come back for a similar meeting then we will be back.

Everyone at the restaurant was very friendly and welcoming, food was tasty, best mashed potatoes I've ever had! As a new England boy, not so sure about nuke-frying lobster

This hotel was everything I wanted it to be. My boyfriend and I stayed in a standard room with a king bed for our two year anniversary. The luxurious bed was wonderful... Goose down everything! My favorite part was the spacious bathroom with a tub and separate shower. Marble everywhere!

The staff was really pleasant and not snooty at all. The bar made excellent, STRONG drinks... We went back for more from our room :)

For shuttle service, they can give you a ride anywhere within a three mile radius in a Bentley... It was first come first serve, but we got our town car immediately. I really enjoyed this luxury!

Everything was so clean, so spectacular that I will never forget this experience. You will absolutely get what you pay for. It is the Ritz Carlton after all!

Very nice hotel, one of the best in Dallas. Has nice hotel bar, but can get crowded in the evening.

Great hotel, beautiful. Parking for a conference however sucks, it's valet only and when 500 people leave at the same time..... It's not a good time.

This is our go to place for special occasions. The service is top notch, rooms are beautiful, everything is just fantastic! They go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and happy. I cannot say enough great things about The Ritz.

From the minute you walk in you know you will have a great stay. I happened to have suite which only added to the experience. Bed was very comfortable along with the pillows, good water pressure in the shower and complimentary shoe shine was the person way to head to my meetings. Always a solid choice when staying here.

Amazing! My wife and I stayed there on our wedding night and our 3rd anniversary. Always have a great time when we visit Fearing's downstairs. Dean is a great guy, and I love sharing stories with him when we get a visit from him to our table.

Staff is courteous and professional. The stay was clean, fun, above and beyond!

We had drinks at the bar, service was slow, but it was crowded. Overall it was meh....

The weekly flower installation at the entrance is beautiful. The rooms are large which is expected for such expensive tariffs.
4 stars because I somehow found them to be short staffed. My room service requests would often take 20 minutes or so.
The conference halls are beautiful with high ceilings but windowless. sitting there whole day felt like being in a dungeon.
The outdoor pool is useless in bad and cold weather. In such a premier hotel I would expect an indoor heated pool or atleast a hot tub.
The price charged doesn't justify the service and amenities.

The food at Fearings is great. The service is great too. There are actually several options that are not terribly expensive

The RC Dallas is an amazing hotel. From the minute we valeted our car the service was perfect! Food at Fearing s was fantastic.

It was an exquisite stay.The food was lovely and the massage was absolutly dreamy.

So far our stay has been pleasant and welcoming. A nice place to stay for vaction.

Great location. Great service. The nightly guacamole event is not to miss. The margarita samples are very interesting and tasty. The bar has great service. Staff was extremely helpful. If you need a place to stay in uptown Dallas seriously consider the Ritz.
