Terrible customer service and totally unprofessional. Do not trust this bank, I would rather store my money at home than give it to Bank Muscat.

IF YOU WANT ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE NEED AT LEAST NEED 1- 2 HOUR

IF YOU WANT TO CLEAR YOUR CHEQUE IT WILL TAKE 3 DAYS

SO SLOW KINDLY SPEED UP . TIME IS VERY COSTLY FOR EVERY ONE .

3 days to clear there own chq, till today not cleared deposited on 30th June

Good & Supported Staff...only few staffs are taking too much time on cash counter cause of non professional discussion on window.
