Beautiful hotel, great service. The restaurant and 24 hour room service are top notch. The bar is generally very crowded and rowdy, but good wine/liquor selection and also good food. They have someone making fresh guacamole and margaritas in the lobby every evening.

I thought the rooms were great and the service was solid. The guacamole at happy hour was some of the best I have had. The one downside was room service was very disappointing not only in the quality of the food, but the timing of how it arrived. Overall would stay again, but not order room service.

Wonderful to have your staff be so attentive to food sensitivities. Thank you again!

I attended for a business dinner and the service was perfect.

Upscale bars on both the outside patio and inside. Occasional live music. Usually consists of the stereotypical upper class Dallas crowd. Not really my scene but my buddy is friends with the staff here and they make good drinks. Apparently you can get your image printed on top of a drink too with their special printer.

Awesome experience! Our children got us a room for our anniversary. It was an indulgence that we lived. The room was very extravagant. The hotel was impeccable. We had brunch at Fearings as well and it was decadent. We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel.

The venue was decorated for a Sikh wedding and was absolutely beautiful. I had a question about the tea being served and one of the banquet attendants did not know so he went and asked then came back to find me and told me what he learned. In a room of a couple hundred people, it's easy to forget who asked the question, so that was impressive. The food was absolutely delicious and the chef was available to answer questions about each dish. The only negative would be that valet was on the pricier side at 10 dollars plus tip.

We ate at Fearings. There was plenty to chose from in the lunch menu. The food was good and the service and atmosphere were excellent.

They have tons of prostitutes that pay managers off here work out of here. Its disgusting. Women watch out if your husbands are going here often its def. For a reason.

Stayed here this weekend to and SOMETHING to do after being cooped up. The staff here have an authentic interest In making people comfortable and happy. Food was amazing at Fearing s with no rush and wanting for not. This is a true 5star joint, Covid safe, and dog friendly. I ll be back when the time deems it necessary again. Cheers!

I didn't stay at the hotel but one day I will. I visited the restaurant Fearing which was an amazing experience.

I travel several days a week all over the country and typically stay at four and five star hotels. The Dallas Ritz is probably one of my top three hotels. Rooms are large, well appointed and comfortable, fitness center is large with great equipment, food and room service top notch and the service is awesome.

The service was outstanding. Robert our concierge and the front desk staff did everything right and made for a wonderful weekend.

Now this is the way life should always be. I super love this place. All of Uptown is really cool, but this hotel just rocks. I can't wait to come back

The filet with chicken fried lobster tail at Fearing's was delicious!

It s okay, I got way over charged through my Amex charge card. I thought it would really help me with the price and some perks but I basically got a charge for 2x normal price with a $100 spa Credit (I will take advantage of this). $944 charge went through on my Amex and I m pretty sure I could have booked the room through another site for under $350. Sucks but hopefully people will read this... I have a buisness and reviews really hit us where it hurts.

The bar here is a great place to hang out or meet new friends. The service is exemplary and the drink list is thorough. No one does it better.

Went there for dinner and a drink. The food was really good. Huge wine selection. Of course, since it's the Ritz, it's pretty expensive. And the drink selection is good, but the mixed drinks were pretty standard. The signature drinks were not that spectacular. It's super fancy, and fun to visit. Free Valet parking.

Epic...service is epic. Food beyond epic! The club level rooms with food and drinks are amazing. This is our go to place to do creative work! They really take care of everything. First day we had issues with noise next door they transferred us to another suite. I mean just amazing. Also location is amazing, really good in the middle of everything!

The Ritz treats you well. Top rate service found from all the staff. Never had better. Ever.

Had dinner at Fearing's. Very down to earth feel from wait staff and I appreciated the chef cooking to speak to us. There were a few slight hiccups by wait staff but not enough to remove any stars. A very nice and relaxed dinner with wonderful food and a very nice/quiet atmosphere. The food was spectacular. I would definitely consider going again.

Amazing service and ambiance is exactly what you need to relax and enjoy your time. And the food was exactly what I wanted.

I'm visiting Dallas for a few days so I chose the Ritz for its ideal location and caliber. After walking into this Hotel's grand entrance, reception gave me quick Check-In. I was so tired from my flight so I was happy to discover a very crisp and nicely decorated room. Even though their Bar and Valet was really busy both were very chipper and helpful.

The best part of my stay here was their Spa which was must do after my long flight.
It was very clean and cozy. The Champagne on arrival and lockers were a plus.
Very attentive staff and good massage therapist. I had one of the best massages ever.

Overall, a very nice stay. I will definitely come again.

Fearing's is one of my favorite restaurants. The food is always delicious and the service is top notch. Great, vibrant atmosphere as well. Perfect dinner spot for a special occasion, whether for 2 people or a large group.

Was here for a conference. The hotel is beautiful of course and the staff were top notch. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and they made everything seamless.

Beautiful views of Metropolitan Dallas from the room! Excellent service, location, food, and large health club. We stayed for a weekend and plan on returning very soon. Drinks and live entertainment on the patio were world class!

From valet to checkin to club suite to checkout, my husband and I could not have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend this hotel! We have stayed at many hotels in the Dallas area, but this is our new favorite.

It has a very elegant atmosphere, but a few things I found were.... Let's just say I would much rather stay at an Embassey suites or JW Marriott. I feel it's a much better value for the money spent..

This was a great experience staying at the Ritz Carlton Dallas! We may never want to stay at another hotel. We stayed on the 7th floor which is club level. The food in the club was excellent along with the staff. Teresa was super nice as well as the gentleman...I think Robert. We normally eat out on vacation but kept going back to the club for food. The room was spacious and very clean. We had lunch at Fearings...was excellent!! The service from the entire hotel staff was A +++!

It s the Ritz...what else can I say? Incredibly clean, perfect environment. The wine menu at Rattlesnake Bar downstairs needs a few additions, but outside of that, highly recommend!

When we first arrived we were not helped or treated kindly the least but mainly because we were in sweatpants... kind of sad they judged a book by its cover when we are regulars with the other ritz. After that we have continually been treated as second class with bellhop jumping in before us having us wait for an elevator... I know it might sound picky but when spending that amount for a night you would expect some courtesy and class.... had continues problems until brought to management attention, after the front desk looked us up on LinkedIn we were treated fairly.

the room is very nice however waiting over 4 hours for my room to be ready is a bit upsetting. then being ignored by one of the concierges is a bit annoying too. considering the caliber of this hotel, i was expecting better than what we received. i won't make the same mistake on staying here twice.

Went to grab drinks with a friend at the bar here. Service was great and the atmosphere was fun. I would recommend for happy hour.

My husband and I came here for the 6:00 Guacamologist experience! We ordered a glass of wine from the bar from our server, Ryan, who was so kind and personable, and then we had the best guacamole of our lives! Tiffany, the food and beverage supervisor, was serving along with the guacomologist and they were both so kind and attentive. Will absolutely be coming back for an extended stay! Thank you Ryan and Tiffany for a fantastic first experience!
