Somewhat overpriced FirstClass hotel with heated outdoor pool idyllically located on Lake Beetzer!

Weak performance!
Birthday table ordered - was forgotten
Something solemn table deco announced - was left off.
Small gift to the birthday girl announced - fell out.
Food was ok but too expensive.

Clean area, very friendly staff.
Are all helpful and accommodating.

Friendly team, modern clean rooms, offering excellent, varied, light and delicious food. very nice and quiet.

Were the staff loud and in front of other guests and corrected, because we had criticized the unbearable sound in the restaurant.

Precisely because of our long-term loyalty we can judge the development of the last few years, which did not always consist of positive experiences for us.
A piece of broken glass in the Bircher muesli, which was already in the mouth and was almost swallowed, was just a "highlight", which was neither a regret nor an apology.
There were times when we highly recommended you, including within the company for exams. But the area manager has long since decided against your house.
It remains to be clarified: We were not transferred to any other table.
For breakfast we had always the same place, for dinner we sat on the second evening just a table - and that, because our "favorite place" in front of the aquarium on the first evening was already occupied.
Since on the 2nd evening the unbearable sound was even louder than on the first evening - which could be understood as a provocation - your service was addressed.
This immediately fought it off in a goofy outrageous way, a proposed down regulation would be completely impossible, and besides, one would not be able to go through the whole playlist on every song that does not like it. The genre was not changed, even though she admitted that this was not "hers" ...
In addition, she became very personal ("they always have something ...") and deviated from the matter.
A little later, when we were sitting alone in the room, she shouted loudly into the room, she would now have pulled the plug, whether that would be in our favor.
She was made aware that we are just eating and will talk later about what then wg. Their absence was no longer possible.
Who did not deal with whom "respectfully"?
With the "cordial and dedicated staff" you can only mean the lady at the front desk who took care of 2 broken doors in the spa area during the short period of our premature vacation, filled empty facial tissue boxes and even drinks at the outdoor pool Served, as in the restaurant area - again - no one answered the phone. Also, she always found the right words.
A real "lucky hit" for your hotel!
"Always at our side" she could, however, wg. the shift change not be, what else was not necessary.
Nevertheless, we wish you all the best for your "philosophy"!

Pure relaxation for adults
Unfortunately we were disappointed with the kitchen this year. The evening buffet was not round.
It was always well filled and everything was fresh, but the individual components did not harmonize with each other. Our 14 years of experience were such that you could always combine the individual ingredients and thus always went off the table satisfied. The selection of salads was also larger, we had probably caught the lens week. Too bad

I was there at a seminar. Everything was first class. Excellent staff, all were super friendly. Great rooms, first class food, great ambience and good seminar rooms.

Good wellness hotel with small flaws

Room appealing, especially the basket with the note that you can take this into the lawn / spa area, I found nice.

Breakfast was quite good, but you should, especially if many guests are there, with the refueling a bit faster.

Dinner was good, otherwise as at breakfast.

Service is friendly, with one or the other a bit quiet (I do not want to say listless) came over. A smile to the guest would do just fine.

The wellness area we did not use, only the outdoor pool and lawn, as the sunny warm weather just invited.
The offered provision of drinks in the spa area was good.

Today I took a break and visited the wellness area there for only 25 euros. Two nice saunas, an outdoor pool and an indoor pool. If you want to go to the indoor pool, you shouldn't forget your swimming trunks. The sauna has a small tea bar (free of charge) and you can nibble on crispbread with jam or an apple. Bathrobe and towel included
Only the steam bath was so hot that all those present only went in briefly and stepped out immediately, but it could only have been today. Oh well, then there is a small Kneip water footpath. Very pleasant after the sauna!
Lots of loungers with warm blankets. Everything worked out great.
If you are not a hotel guest you should call first to make sure that you can get in. Unfortunately, if the hotel is fully booked, that won't work.

We spent our 45th wedding anniversary and were pampered by the entire excellently trained staff. You can only congratulate the management on these employees. This cleanliness in the room, the nice welcome at the reception, the nice and competent staff in the spa area, the staff in the service everything is only the finest. We look forward to our next visit.

Very nice, family-run wellness hotel near Berlin.

We have been coming back here with great pleasure for years, most recently with our little mouse. Small children are not allowed in the wellness area, but are otherwise very welcome. Very comfortable travel cot, high chairs, no problem. You can also take dogs with you.

The rooms are good, clean and have everything you need. Good, firm beds and thick pillows. The hotel has been completely modernized, here and there you can still see traces of the 90s hotel culture. In interaction with the new, however, it gains its own friendly charm.

The wellness part is well thought out, offers three sauna rooms, a large relaxation area and is open from morning to night, the pool even until 10.30 p.m. The hotel is quite spacious, with separate areas for the restaurant, wellness and rooms. As a result, you always have the feeling of calm and relaxation, even when the occupancy rate is high (on the weekend and during the bridge days), you see few other guests.
An outdoor pool with a sunbathing area for the summer is also available, but I like the sauna better in cold temperatures.
Massage and the like can be booked for a surcharge. We have always been very happy with it.



I would particularly like to emphasize the very friendly and genuinely amiable staff, who always tried to help us out with all sorts of things, most recently with a night lamp for the baby.
After all of the experiences you can take with you from other hotels, Sommerfeld is really amazing. You are received very positively here and not processed as usual. There is no stress here.

CONCLUSION: Unreservedly recommendable. Sommerfeld is not the Grand Hotel Budapest :-) but it is a great hotel with good wellness, great food and very nice staff. It's just a stone's throw from Berlin and is ideal for a quiet stress-free weekend to get out of the city. Hope to see you again soon in the summer field.

How do the Naujokat family and the staff manage to create an atmosphere in which we could relax immediately?
How can you offer the guests more service, despite cumbersome "Corona measures", even though the opposite happens in many hotels?

A very nice, quiet and secluded feel-good hotel. Bathrobe and slippers included. This brings you to the SPA area completely changed. Finnish sauna and excellent steam sauna that is really hot. Outdoor and indoor pool.
Everything is of the finest quality. The right quantities of the best quality at lunchtime. In the morning and in the evening, the responsibility for the crowd rests with the guest. There is a buffet.
For a sporty balance, I recommend a hike or a run around the lake. Forest, meadow and water perfectly coordinated.

The staff are very friendly and knew us by face quite quickly, we only stayed 3 days and were gone most of the time, so that is pretty good. The food was good and ample and all the amenities (in and outside pool, sauna's and outdoor furniture) were clean and kept neat and tidy. All in all a very good hotel just outside of Berlin.

Good conference hotel with spa area. Last lap at the bar at 0:30 I found too early. For the majority of the audience but certainly no problem.

Absolute recommendation. Room and bathroom in a state, as if the first guest. From the kitchen something for everyone including high quality. Service staff very friendly, respectful in dealing with the customer with the necessary level of humor.

Family unfriendly. Unfortunately, in addition to the SPA area, the outdoor pool is also blocked for children under the age of 14.

Unfortunately, then one notices the lack of generosity, which distinguishes the house from a feel-good hotel.

We were there for the girls weekend and felt very well. The staff is very authentic, above average attentive and has on us 4 silly chickens very well admitted and was very professional in dealing. The food was delicious and creative. Price-performance was absolutely right. We will be back and I recommend it.

Family-run hotel with heart and soul at the highest level.

The hotel is essentially in good condition and, considering these aspects and the very good cuisine, deserves more stars. But since it is a SPA hotel and explicitly advertised with it, it was a big disappointment. We arrived on Sunday to be able to use the sauna and the massage offers and were disappointed across the board. The massage area was closed with the message "It was Sunday and we could make an appointment on Monday morning at 9:00 am if this area is occupied again". On Monday, our day of departure, the wellness u. The massage area at the entrance door is closed until 10:00 despite different opening times. It was similar with the sauna. It was also closed on Sunday evening. Reason: It's Sunday.
It is a well-kept hotel, but definitely not a SPA hotel. The wellness / massage / sauna area and the associated services do not exist (at least on Sundays).
The conference rooms are right next to the restaurant. During our stay there was a meeting of the Brandenburg Ministry of Economics. The breakfast has thus taken on a strong train station character, since large numbers of meeting participants continuously walked between the tables. That was very annoying, especially for a SPA hotel.

Very nice hotel. Not too big, which I personally think is very nice. The wellness area is sufficient for all guests. We always got beach chairs. Staff very nice and friendly without being overworked. Food also good. Something for everyone. Breakfast buffet is very good. Who wants can even take champagne. What more do you need. :-) We'll see when we go back.

For us it was a stay on the occasion of our 15th wedding anniversary.
We felt absolutely comfortable from reception to check-out and met nice staff everywhere. Despite the Corona times, everything was very relaxed and everyone was considerate of each other. If only it were like this everywhere ... A special greeting to the kitchen, who spoiled us with excellent dishes every day.

Easily accessible at the gates of Berlin and yet quietly secluded hotel for relaxation. As a small group, we would warmly sweeten the planned hen party. Great service both at reception and in the catering area. And I was very satisfied with the furnishings in the rooms, ... tasteful and contemporary. We could use the bedtime look and swimming area almost exclusively for ourselves, I really enjoyed the exclusive silence. Many thanks to the whole team for the short, intensive break. The bride-to-be was blown away!

Great hotel with a great restaurant and an even better wellness area. The rooms are clean and very nice and even have a balcony. If you want to enjoy absolute tranquility, this is the right place for you. There is also a comprehensive range of massages that I can highly recommend. The small lake, right by the hotel, invites you to take a walk and then relax by the pool with a cold beer or an iced coffee. Very worthwhile!

Excellent wellness hotel for older guests, no children. This family-run hotel is ideal for special events such as New Year's Eve. The offered 4-day program is absolutely recommended. The staff are all very friendly and accommodating, the kitchen shines with creative offerings that taste very good. The spa is extensive, very neat and not crowded, here you can really relax.
Of course, a free parking lot belongs to the object. We can recommend this beautiful hotel without reservation!

I'm here for the 4th time. Am beautiful hotel with the best service. The rooms are very nice and quiet. The food is excellent. In my opinion highly recommended. The staffing is also consistent, which testifies to a good working atmosphere.
