If you're serious about becoming fitter by spinning, rowing, or TRX (resistance training), this is the place to go for folks in Oakland and Piedmont. Excellent instructors and top-notch equipment that is well maintained. During my 18 months there, I've made many friends among the staff and clients. When you come to CRUfit, you're not just working out, you're joining a fantastic community!
Great studio with friendly vibe. Love the challenging cycling classes- serious cyclists train here for races, so you will definitely get strong coming here.

It s a great place to work out (rowing and biking, as well as TRX). If anything, I d criticize the lack of more options for working out (they could have more free weights).
