They do not look after their staff... cutting of hours and pay is not on...all staff have been loyal to this company just to get this and no increase for how many years. Totally thinking of their own pockets and do not give a dam about their loyal staff that have been hard at work for many years... How do you expect families to eat with such a pay decrease. Really not acceptable.

I improved and gained some knowledge about a rail jobs that I didn't no them.

Had the opportunity to see the process of how railway wheels are forged to final product.

Ignore not worth while to do business with. Late deliveries and quality is not a priority
