Charmaine was super helpful and the rates provided were excellent, very easy all done via email, didn't need to wait for anything in the mail. Highly recommend. No issues.

I worked with Candice Hillier on an issue and she was able to take card of it immediately. Her helpfulness and knowledge was above reproach. Overall, another great experience that I ve come to expect from Riders Plus!

As a first time rider I "knew" insurance was going to be hard to get. At least for a "reasonable" rate. BOY WAS I WRONG!

Charmaine and I chatted on the phone this morning for about 15 minutes and I got quoted 25% of what my current insurance agent quoted me.

She also made sure to go through the specific details of the coverage and explained what each portion covered and why!

For what I thought would be a nightmare of a time(I tried 2 years ago to go through this process and it took me a few weeks to get an actual quote) I am totally walking away from this experience feeling positive and enlightened. I cant wait to ride in the spring!!!!!

I just obtained Insurance through RiderPlus with my M2 license. The price of my policy is fair. It's the best price on insurance I could find being an inexperienced rider with a learners license.

My experience with Leon Archer was probably the best customer service I've had at any business. He went far out of his way to get my policy in place and a liability slip in my possession in a days notice. Even when I was being really impatient customer as I was rushing to get my bike registered and plated before the MTO closed at 5.

Leon maintained a professional and courteous attitude and served me well.

So the other day I got a quote, my broker didn't listen to a word I said, quoted me a price for something completely different then I requested, bought the bike, call back , insurance wont cover my bike cause it has ABS ?? but they have sister company ( of course for $1000.00 more ) who will. Dorothy was HORRID to deal with , could not answer ANY questions , I asked for a manager, get a call back little over an hour later, this girl WAS NOT A MANAGER and let it slip. Im so horribly disappointed with what had happened and the way I was lied to and treated. Really hard to write this because they were decent ?? not sure if they changed there hiring policies or training procedures but they will NEVER get anything from this house hold ever again.

I had an issue with an nsf fee that I believed was extremely unfair. I spoke with a gentleman who could did nothing for me. After asking to speak with a manager I was lucky enough to speak with an incredible caring and understanding woman named Angela. Without any hesitation the issue was rectified. Called in to get some information on my current insurance situation and a couple quotes.
Cole gave me an extensive explanation on every question I had and also broke it for me so I could understand. He also sent me requested by me quotes right after the call.

Everything's great when they collect your money, then you ask one question about the premium or ask them to assist especially since there is a pandemic, they tell you "why don't you shop for insurance elsewhere" - they could care less about their clients!

I just renewed my home insurance policy as well as the revenue property and was very pleased with thaw service and professionalism displayed by the agent (Debbie) I have dealt with this broker for many years first with my motorcycle insurance and in the last 3 years for my home and automobile insurance. Debbie patiently reviewed the entire policy and was able because of recent updates on the policy a savings of more than $100.00 I was very happy with te service Debbie was patient methodical and most of all very knowledgeable. Wow, I have been with the same insurance company for so long, I wish I d found Riders Plus years ago!
I ve been in tech for over 30 years and its atrocious that it took 45 mins on hold for me to finally look outside the box...I m so glad I did.
