Judy helped me to pick a tenant insurance a while ago. For some reason CAA does not have a direct payment so I asked her if she could help with it. It took maybe around 10 min to process the payment. Much better than sending it via mail.

Called Riders last week for a quote on a new vehicle I was picking up, spoke to Ashna Sodha, she was amazing and explained everything well and picked up my car today. It all went so smoothly. Thank you Ashna and Riders Plus.

I have never had a problem with Riders, they have been a professional company since Day 1. Candace however is exceptional!!! I had received several emails and calls indicating my card was declined and my insurace was on track to be terminated. Candace took the time to investigate based on my certainity that the card should have gone through.
She contacted Accounting and was able to determine that my card number was actually mis-entered on their end. Whew! problem solved and I can get back to what is important...getting my Ducati out and about.

Called to get a quote and the rates were decent but customer service is very subpar. Wouldn't reply to emails and took forever when they did after I had to follow up. Ended up going with a competitor as I was worried what would happen if I needed quick help for a claim. Advice - when people want insurance don't make it harder than it has to be, should be a quick and painless process especially for new business clients.

Saved us several hundred dollars on our home insurance - fast and simple to deal with.

Scott was quick to respond and really saved me as I was just about to purchase a bike that nobody would insure for a reasonable price. It would have been my second to add to a policy and still it was far too much.

Motorcycle insurance renewal came in higher than last year. One call to Riders Plus (Charmaine) and found a lower rate. Very pleased with response time and knowledge of policies and options. Would recommend Riders Plus for insurance needs.

Maria from Riders Plus is so professional and so helpful, she promptly answer my questions and spontaneity help me lower down the premium of my bikes. I went through couple of Insurance companies like State farm and one medium size Insurance Brokerage, yet no one able to bid Riders Plus. Now I can enjoy to ride my 2 bikes at a cost of one,.... almost, at least I don;t need to give up one of my bike. ( 1200 GSA and a AN 400 scooter)

I dealt with Leon A and he was great, when I called him to go ahead with the policy he answered the phone unlike my home and auto company. he was also quick to reply to my email and the process went great. look forward with dealing with him anytime.

I received excellent service from Leon Archer and a fabulous price too. Having not had a motorcycle on the road since last year,I expected the run around but that was no problem and my 40 clean riding record actually seems to mean something to Riders Plus. I am excited about putting my pristine 93 HD Nostalgia Softail back on the road!

Riders plus is completely out of touch with the insurance market for home auto and motorcycle. I started with them for motorcycle insurance 4 years ago and they have consistently jacked my rates. 58 year old to insure a bmw 20 year old r1100rt the minimum policy...o claims in 40 years of driving, 1500 plus...absolutely ridiculous. So I thought I would bundle my entire insurance program, two cars, motorcycle, and my home...no claims on anything...at least 30% higher than I am paying now!!! Go elsewhere or be gouged. Example of being out of touch, I where a one piece riding leather suit armour and shoes gloves and full face, even in 90 degree weather...they claim that the majority of my premium is for medical rehabilitation, but do not even consider safety precautions! They like if you put snow tires on your autos though for that one or two days a year you might drive in snow. Ridiculous! No problem for that casual new rider with short sleeves cut-offs and sandles though. And yes they are condescending. It s a vintage bike it should be cheap to insure

Judy is a superstar! Anything that I need done with my policy she takes care of almost immediately and her communication is top notch. You have nothing to worry about when Judy is handling your file, she's the best!
