Haven't had any claims with them but I must say that their customer support staff have been great. I talked to a certain Charmaine St Louis and she was absolutely amazing with guiding me through canceling a policy and getting quotes/starting policies for a bunch of other bikes.

Ashna was very professional, pleasant, helpful and very quick to help and got me what I needed. She had all the answers and she knew what she want talking about. She made me feel at ease and she gained my trust so I referred my co-worker right away and I will be bringing my auto and home insurance to her very soon. I have no fear and doubt referring her to all my friends and family

Had a great experience with Charmaine. Completely forgot to register online and Charmaine walked me through it and I had my liability certificates in minutes. Now I have the app so no more paper! Thank you so much!!

This company is a joke! I m 21 I pay $186 a month with them on a 250 ninja. I actually call other insurance companies and they gave me a rate $100 less then what I m paying now. Avoid this company go somewhere else.

Charmaine from Riders plus picked my call for cancellation of Insurance. She listened intently to what I needed and acted upon it very responsively. During these tough times, her positive attitude was refreshing.

These guys are miles ahead of the competition in handling and executing the implementation of my policy.
I tried several other companies and can't say enough about Riders Plus .

Worst place I have ever dealt with, staff were incompetent and basically screwed up any and all info and payment info they were given, I would hate to see what a claim would be like when they couldn't get basics straight. Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere!

Professional and courteous service over phone, but were unable to insure my classic motorycle and offered exorbitant rates on a Triumph Street Triple (even with a perfect record) on the grounds that is was a 'performance motorcycle'. I shudder to think of the quote on a real litre-bike!

Have been using Riders Plus Insurance for several years now and have found them to have very competitive pricing and easy to contact. I would recommend them based on my experience. I've insured a 2008 Triumph Bonneville T-100 and a 2011 Moto-Guzzi V7.

Wasn't going to insure my bike this year but reconsidered. After speaking with Charmaine at Riders Plus, I was very quickly and uncomplicatedly insured and even had a great conversation with her. Riders Plus "+ Plus"! That's what they should have called the company...
I was recommended about 10 years ago with my first motorcycle to try for a quote from R.P., which I did and "wow" what a price difference from my existing policy at that time from another insurance provider! The R.P. Agents are very friendly, they always had the time for Q&As whenever I called in. Also, they really dig deep to determine which policy that will fit your needs at the most affordable price with different insurance providers at one time they would contact them.

Pros:
8 years ago I had a bad motorcycle accident, and I was with one of their popular Insurance Provider (no names mentioned). They paid for most of my rehab for a limited time period, and paid out more than what my motorcycle and gear was worth!

Cons:
After 6 years of not riding, I decided to buy another motorcycle again, and knowing that R.P. will always have the best quote in town. I immediately called them, this is where the issue lies, the insurance company that I had my accident with, gave me a quote that was totally outrageous. However because R.P. is there to help new riders or riders that wants to get back on their motorcycles. They got me a even better deal with another Insurance Provider...Yahoo!

Other thought:
Riders Plus really goes out of their way to get the best quote for your motorcycle...I know, I've experienced it!

I'm an Ontarian in my mid 20s... Motorcycle insurers either deny me coverage because I'm too young or charge a substantial premium. While I have not experienced settling a claim (touch wood!), their premiums and customer service reps are great. It is highly likely that I renew my policy with Riders Plus next year.

Dorothy was an extremely helpful and knowledgeable service provider. I was very impressed with the professional and friendly interaction, which is something that I have found to be something of a rare find in the insurance industry. Definitely makes me want to stay with Riders Plus.

Leon Archer was who I was dealing with, was responsive and professional. It was quick and easy. Did everything via email.

This by far is the best place to acquire motorcycle or even home and auto insurance. I am a rider under thirty and no other company could come close to their prices for the amount of coverage.

I have always got a knowledgeable and personable agent every time I call. Definitely goes beyond the typical insurance agent experience. My experience prior to finding Riders Plus is that most insurers for motorcycles are genuinely not interested in insuring a younger rider. Riders plus agents helped me find a good policy and suggested ways I could reduce premiums without reducing my coverage.

Easy to get in contact with. Went from no policy to insured and on the road in less than 24 hours.

I'm giving Rider's Plus 4 stars for now as I've just signed on and can only rate them based on Leon saving me $445 in a matter minutes. Which is almost a 1/3 less than I was going to pay for the same coverage through my current brokerage . And my new policy was all setup within 24 hours.
My hope is I never have to make a claim and find out if they deserve a 5th star ; )

As an older, new driver, my insurance premiums were going to be nightmarishly high. Ashna at Rider's Plus was nothing less than amazing. She was very thorough in finding me an insurer that was going to give me the coverage I wanted at a better price than I would find elsewhere. In the course of finding me coverage, she also found ways to help me bring down my premium substantially. She was pleasant and helpful throughout the process and a consummate professional.

Had the pleasure of getting a quote from Dorothy Colaco for a second motorcycle. A real professional, cheery lady with an old school sense of humour. Refreshing to deal with a normal person during these so called progressive times. Made this old man's day.

Shouldn't be called riders plus. Maybe riders minus sport bikes. All the bikes are on the website and allow you to waste you time going through it only to tell you to call, and then waste your time calling only to tell you "no sport bikes aren't eligible" , really? Is it not a bike, am I not riding it, are you not riders plus. Not really all about riders. More about how much money they can keep in there pockets. Great service guys

We had no incidents to be able to review Echlon s claims process. The reason we changed is we found a cheaper rate at another insurance company.

Switched vehicle insurance to Riders Plus as TD was significantly higher than the prior year; Ashna was prompt, thorough, and professional and at the end of the day my insurance was about 40% less than with TD...and for a lower deductible! It would be difficult to imagine a better insurance buying experience....highly recommended

A seemless and quick experience getting cheaper motorcycle insurance with Leon Archer. Happy at the fact that I didn't have to wait long to connect with him. Very professional.

A pretty straight forward insurance company who knows there stuff. Tried to get insured from TD just to be given an astonishingly over priced quote, just to get me off there back. As a new rider (dirt fresh new) I enjoyed the fact I was able to get a decent insurance (still bit much in my view but at least it's not $5-7k like some others wanted).

Defiantly will recommend and enjoy the nice brokers that usually able to give me some pricing margins on variety of motorcycles (I called in few times now :), evil me).

Overall without any bullshit, sugar coating and other unicorn stuff this is a pretty darn goon company for new riders to get a decently reasonable insurance coverage.

I was gonna get insurance policy for my bike and they told me they will charge monthly .However they tried to take 3780 at once from my account. When I talked to them they said this is how their process is .I just laughed .They should be joke ! I haven't seen insurance company like that .They are terrible!
