She also provided tips and pointers for me on what to expect on having a motorcycle insurance.

I've been with Riders Plus for a few year and always found their service to be excellent. My renewal came in with a unexplained substantial increase from the carrier and they were able to explain that the carrier had changed it's rating process and they moved me to a new carrier for about the same premium as last year within minutes.

I started with Riders Plus in 2018. They were very quick and easy to deal with, any question I had got a response in no time. After two years I was looking to bundle a new vehicle and tried using my other insurance company which was a trainwreck and I ended up with no insurance for the bike at all. One quick call and within an hour I had an insured bike at a cheaper price, and a very sympathetic ear to my insurance woes with the other company. Thanks Charmaine for all your help! Definitely going to be switching my car over too!

After wasting my time trying the online quote and then trying to send a message to them on the same site and it not working is not my definition of fun.I now wonder if I'll have better success when I phone them?

Great service from Charmaine St Louis at Riders Plus in finding me a new insurance policy for my motorcycle and $300 cheaper than my previous provider.

My experience with RidersPlus has been nothing but Amazing!!!....I recently had an Awesome Customer Service Representative named Charmaine, she helped me out tremendously, She has Outstanding Customer Service skills, & dedicated to the customer.
I had sent her an email regarding my bike Insurnace at 9pm not expecting a reply until the next day & around 10pm -ish that same evening a reply came in. I feel Charmaine goes above & beyond for the customer. To top it all off, Charmaine has a great sense of humour, & an awesome personality. I highly recommend RidersPlus

Called for a motorcycle insurance quote, was told they don t insure sport touring bikes. How can you call yourself riders plus insurance and not insure all bikes. Extremely disappointed.

I always forward my request to Charmaine St Louis and receive excellent friendly service within a few hours not days as has become the norm. I highly recommend the staff and service at Riders Plus .

This team is still top notch. Charmaine is always on top of things, and makes sure that she conveys the information to you quickly. I will never go elsewhere for my motorcycle insurance (or car for that matter if it becomes applicable)

The lady I spoke with ( Dorothy Colaco ) was very helpful, professional and peasant. she responded quickly and in detail. It was a pleasure dealing with her.

Tania was very helpful and quick in getting my Insurance coverage re-established on a new bike..I would recommend RidersPlus and have used them for a few years.

They transfer you around until you're sick of waiting on the phone. Not helpful.

They claim to be the motorcycle insurance specialist but will not insure a 2001 CBR 600.

Charmaine was totally totally professional and helpful beyond i teased her about being a pro and that's why the dig But she was great ask for her and enjoy a professional lady.

Usually you want to interact with insurance company as little as possible, but when you do you want it to be as effective as possible. And in my opinion Riders Plus is exactly that.

- Really like their online document tools - easy and fast signing and sharing of paper work.
- On call customer support is also good. Had a very nice conversation with Sarah McCallum who was extremely helpful.

I would recommend them just from this standpoint.

I have been riding for 10 years and recently got a new Policy with Riders Plus. Leon Archer was super helpful and helped me complete the whole process by email or online in 48 hours. Price and coverage were better or equal to previous company. I highly recommend anyone looking for Motorcycle insurance give Leon and the team at Riders Plus a chance before going with anyone else

Best place to go for first time motorcycle insurance. Not the best on auto, but definitely the best for motorcycle!

Super happy with my new policy for my bike! My agent, Leon Archer did a fantastic job and got me a great deal so it was a no brainer to switch. It was super easy and all online.

I called riders plus after a few atempts at finding motorcycle insurance and the guy I spoke to was nice and helpful but unfortunately they have a 30+ policy for sport bikes so again I have to keep looking. All I wanted to say was I encourage everyone to ride safe not like idiots because there are good experienced riders that can't even get a quote now...

I've always had a great response when contacting Riders Plus. Most recently got off the phone with Charmaine to discuss implications of a claim and she was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and most of all friendly! She knew the answers off the top of her head, and didn't have to state "oh I'll have to look it up" or anything similar. Definitely a great experience and I'll continue being a client for a long time!

absolutely a joy to work with, especially communication wise

Having just finished my course in October 2018 and having only an M2 license finding an insurance company to insure me was very difficult. Some wouldn t even give me the light of day and others just gave me extremely high quotes. I called Riders and spoke with Scott Telfer and the rest is history! He listened to my concerns and gave me an incredible quote which was on average $500-1000/yr less than the other insurance companies I spoke with. Riders plus truly works for motorcyclists. I am extremely happy with the service I have recieved from Scott. Great communication the whole step of the way, clear instructions on what was needed to move forward. I have my motorcycle and car with Riders Plus because they are the best. The customer service is fantastic with all reps I ve dealt with, and the prices are very competitive compared with other brokers I ve used!
