We just moved from BC to Ontario and I needed insurance for my precious Harley. Leon from Riders was super-efficient and professional, looked after me and got me what I needed. Given how many stressful things are involved in a cross-country move, Leon's helpfulness was very much appreciated! Thank you!

Bought a Honda Auto, scheduled two days for the final closing. Auto insurance was not really on my mind until the last minute closing day. Oh!! this became a last minute rush, my bad and the pressure of maybe not getting Auto insurance and making the closing time became real. I reached out to other insurance brokers, it seems there is not much of a deal offered from other brokers. Riders Plus Insurance has given me about 11 years + trouble free service in insuring my 4 motorcycles. I like that within a very short time Rider Plus can e-mail you a printable Insurance slip. I called up Riders Plus as I heard they do Auto Insurance now. Spoke to Tania and I asked her with all respect I am in a extreme time crunch on this and I know it's not Riders Plus's problem. She assured me, she would work on this as a priority. Tania explained in perfect detail on what was required from me relating to filling out the application. It all worked out, I was able to print my slip and pick up the Honda. I am sending Tania and Riders Plus a special thank you for making this a great experience. 2.5 months into my policy and still have not recieved my package in the mail, i'm on my third temporary slip...still havnt been charged any money....fail company. They don't care about the vehicle at all, where its stored or how secure said place is, insurance rates are the same if its parked on the street or in a climate controlled garage. fail. they also use 2 of the WORST companies Echelon insurance and Intanct insurance.

Pleasant and knowledgeable agents that know the motorcycle insurance side of things inside out - they were more than happy to give me multiple quotes for a variety of bikes I was considering and answering many questions over the period of many phone calls. They also offered a discount for having completed an accredited motorcycle training course, even giving a 30 day window after initially insuring me to complete it.

I was looking to renew my bike insurance (which I let laps last year due to Covid Lockdowns). I called up and a friendly gentlemen answered the phone during Covid, surprise! Sounded busy but took the time to take my information, quote me a price right then and there. I agreed and the next day I got a call saying that he could do better and he emailed me the documents to sign right over. I had insurance within 24 hrs just in time for the long weekend. I appreciated the service and will continue to use Riders plus.

Frustrated with these guys. Since I might be selling my motorcycle this season I confirmed with them that if I needed to cancel my policy I would only be on the hook for the policy that I used. This was confirmed by them via e-mail.
When I was ready to pay they refused to give me insurance and said it was because I was seeking "temporary" insurance. I was quoted for a year policy and already confirmed via e-mail that if I sold my bike I would only pay for the policy that I used. Not happy at all with them.
