I've worked with Jeremy, Ed and team on several projects, and in each case, the Richter Studios team has exceeded expectations. I have worked with them on both animated explainer videos as well as live action case study and brand videos. I was part of a Chicago video production that told the story of the wonderful transformation that is presently happening with the Chicago river. Richter Studios creatively captured the essence of the Wild Mile in a way which inspired and motivated people about this fantastic project. They have a unique ability to capture the joy and energy from the student at the British International School of Chicago, and distill that down to an exhilarating piece of film which leaves the viewer excited about the future of the project. Our team was especially impressed with how the film captured the whole vision of the Wild Mile in a way which reflected both our vision of urban habitat and the impact that it had on the children who are helping build the project. This piece has become the best way to explain the Wild Mile to the community.

I work as a Marketing Manager at my company and was tasked with producing digital content in lieu of the annual in-person National Sales Meeting.

That sounded easy ...then our creative agency's video vendor fell through - with only 2 weeks until we were set to launch the meeting.

This is where Richter and Co came in. I reached out to them to discuss the project, identify our tight timeline, and their ability to pull it off. Jeremy was energetic, knowledgeable, and most importantly: asked the right questions that made me feel confident his team could pull it off.

They had a pre-production meeting, toured the filming locations, and arrived in a timely fashion everyday of filming. Ed & Nick were indispensable throughout the process and made all of our talent (internal employees) feel comfortable being in front of the camera -- this really showed in the final product.

Post-production was even more impressive and made me feel confident as they started sending cuts. They responded to our feedback and made changes in real-time, had us on-site for more editing and to see their awesome studio, and took us to a sound studio which was an incredible experience.

Overall, Richter Studios is who they say they are and if I had to do anything over again during the experience -- it would simply be to worry less!

Our experience with Richter Studios was unforgettable. First, the studio is easy to find and had great parking nearby. The moment we entered the building for the first casting we were greeted warmly as if they were waiting just for us! We were offered something to eat or drink and the waiting room was comfortable and clean. We immediately felt welcomed in the studio. The building itself has a great layout and made it easy to want to stay a while. There is a pool table, snack bar with drinks, a kitchen, full dining area and large, clean bathrooms (plural!) with separate areas for hand-washing or changing. This is so rare to find in Chicago studios but is so appreciated when coming in from out of state after driving for hours for a casting! Aside from the wonderful physicality of the building, the people at Richter are truly what made the studio amazing. The midwest friendliness and ability to put you at ease are what we value most and will always remember. We were given video examples of what to do on set as well as a detailed handout and verbal explanations. We were thrilled to be called back! By the third visit for the fitting we felt completely at home with Richter. The day of the commercial shoot was absolute magic; the team was a well oiled machine. They were so organized they had details written to the minute yet seemed completely at ease with the execution. The professionalism was evident and they were also having fun and made the day so enjoyable. The owner of Richter Studios even took time to talk to me as a set mom (even though the set had around 50 people). He gave us T-shirts and hats to remember the day! I could only give 5 stars but they deserve more. In short: Richter Studios is the absolute best in the midwest; we truly hope to work with them again!

First of all... what a fun team to work with! Richter Studios is a Chicago based video production company and they are excellent. As a director of business development and marketing I had alot of ideas. Richter Studios brought those ideas to life. They filmed and animated a series of 3 - 2 minute videos for our trade shows. All I can say is the videos were a total hit. The compliments were non stop and our competiton was asking who shot the videos? I told them "an exclusive company from Germany" so they couldn't match the creative quality we discovered with Richter Studios.
