I hired Richter Media to be a part of a 5 month long process. They have gone above and beyond the call of duty for me and my company. They are extremely professional and made working with them a breeze. We just received our first cut of a new testimonial video and my team and I are speechless. This video has nothing we need to fix, which is a first for our company. We are used to having to complete many cuts due to the sensitivity of information we work with. But, Richter has picked up on these nuances and created a first cut that needed minimal to no adjustments. We are excited to see what our other videos come out to be and hope to work with them plenty in the future as well. Thank you to Jeff, Eric and their team for being a great to work with.
