It is an over price hotel needs a major renovation. Management is the worst. No one speaks any languages beside Turkish. They need to hire better qualifying people. I would start overhauling from the general manager.

A terrible place .. Spa staff after the massage for 200 TL half an hour to enter the pool demanded $ 130 - possibly prepaid downloadgandi !!! Also leaving the hotel a staff run from behind and stopped us, said you did not pay the account - in summary someone else has mixed it with .. In summary you will be disgusted with money, bribes and so onigandini vandalized by a gigantic place .. DO NOT GO !!!

A nice hotel to escape from the busy business tempo. I bought one of the spa packages and enjoyed it very much. The kitchen could be improved a bit. The service at the restaurant was very late. The hotel was very clean, the rooms were quite spacious and the beds were very comfortable.

Richmond Nua wellness-Spa is One of the best Hotels all over the world. It is a very well put place its location is overwhelming it is a very safe place to stay in the hotel rooms are with great areas gorgeous balconies. Housekeeping and Room service are great. When it comes to The Reception of the hotel there is One Person Whom I must admire BURCA ERKAYA. She was great Helpful, Humble with a Smiling face. I Congratulate you for having this Great Lady.

The service and comfort for a Spa hotel is insufficient, but if you manage to make an appointment, you will be satisfied with the massage service. Apart from that, the deficiencies of hotels that provide similar services are very high, but the prices are expensive. The location is beautiful. I don't think I will stay again. I will prefer a hotel where I will get much better service for the same price.

The resort is more than wonderful and is a good option for those who want to live in Spanga, the lake is a few minutes walk away, the views of the rooms are fantastic and the hotel's beach is more than wonderful ... The only negative point is the breakfast. It was bad.

This is a nice and nice place. Small rooms are fairly well treated but there is a difference in booking through the buknk and the on-site booking. Please be advised by the management about this area. Good place for newlyweds is quiet and enjoyable for weekends. The food is good but not compared to other places. In the end Turkey, especially the side overlooking the Mediterranean, is one of the most beautiful creations of God I advise everyone to visit

Marmart for its part and remembered 3 years ago I stayed it .. Raki and Jdda excellent and the beach is special for the hotel and you can travel around the outer shore

One of the places I can recommend if you want to stay single night and want to listen to a romantic or a head. A nice hotel according to the hotel concept. Meals were very successful, Spa and massage service was good, staff were very successful in a hotel. I stayed in Richmond this weekend and it was great ! This hotel fully met my expectations.
Room: very good, hotels provides with everything that you might need in a hotel room , also toothbrushes (which is surprisingly not every 5* hotel in Turkey provides). Bed is amazing and every room has a view on Sapanca lake , even side rooms . Also each room has balcony, which I consider a plus.
Spa: great service, next to every steam room there are clean and dry towels. I was in February, so the were not so many people in the spa and we managed to get to every room without any line. Visiting all the room does take around 3-3,5 hours and by the end of my spa tour i felt a new person. Btw I attended massage , which was also good.
Restaurant: there is a local cafe in the hotel with fresh juices and healthy foods. The prices surprised me in a good way, big portions delicious food at very reasonable price.
In general I had very good time there, I enjoyed the service a lot (probably one of best services I saw in Turkey so far) , staff is well trained and I think this hotel is solid 5* according to European standard. Highly recommend!
P.S: For me it is a big plus that spa area does not allow kids, which make the place calm and peaceful for those who just came to Richmond to take a break from the hustle and bustle.

A bit pricey but definitely worth the money! The spa is just incredible and huge. You will feel so relaxed after a day there. People are also very nice and helpful. We had free fruits and sparkling wine waiting for us in the room. The place is perfect for a couple getaway, very romantic. The food is also nice in the restaurant, surprinselingly not expensive. And there was live music there too. The breakfast is amazing, so many choice there. I vively recommend!
