I meet Dr. Richards yrs ago thru my daughter, she had a Breast Aug. She had a terrible time with the anesthesia and the pain meds his office staff and he were excellent even gave me his personal # along with his lovely assistance# as well. I've never heard of a medical office care as much as they do. Nor have I ever experienced that service. I've refered quit a few people to this office no one has ever had a bad experience. That being said I decide to have a breast reduction and lift I had a complication due to my original Breast Aug. He was very honest that I may have an issue and I did. He has been so kind and sincerely feels bad that he couldn't or wished it didn't happen. He is going to do whatever he can to make me feel comfortable and promises to try to make me HAPPY with the results. I've also have had injections with him and Trevor which can I say Trevor is as competent as Dr.Richards they did exactly what I wanted which was to look natural where people aren't going to ask me if I had injections. So that being said I thought I'd share my experience with this AMAZING office. I highly recommend them. I know this is a very long review but I'm not one to do reviews but I had to give a Big 5 to this AMAZING STAFF.

I couldn t be happier with my results. The staff is amazing and made me Feel So comfortable. Especially Cadia! My surgery day I was a little nervous but they are all so calming and make you laugh. My recovery was so smooth, I was back to normal two days later and I thank Dr Richards for great healing advise. Will recommend him to everyone

Dr Richards is doing extensive breast reconstructive surgery for me after my mastectomy. I have been very happy with the outcome of the surgery, which is still in progress. I like him as a person and feel very comfortable with him. He is very patient and also informative. I would recommend him to anyone needing the services of a cosmetic surgeon.

I had a couple interventions last week and I couldn't be more pleased with the results so far. Dr. Richards is extremely talented and all of his staff were extremely friendly and made me feel at ease during the whole process. I highly recommend this place and will definitely go back for anything else I might need in the future.

Wow 4 months just for a consult and quote. They literally told me January 2021. I called Plastic Surgery Vegas and got me in 2 days from now. I want to get these things done asap not in 6 months.

I can not express enough how professional Trevor is, if you want perfect lips he's your guy! He did my botox & lips. I've had these injections before & it was so painful. He was so gentle, I didnt feel anything & very precise on what he was doing. I will deffinetly be going back for more! May I add also the nicest guy ever!

I will be having my one month check up (breast Augmentation) Here Tuesday. I m just beyond words. I feel so beautiful! After two breast feeding daughters I just wasn t feeling great about myself especially living in a town that s so big on river days. Dr. Richards is new to our community of Lake Havasu City, AZ. I feel very fortunate to have him come into my life at this time. On November 7th we started breast reconstuction as I had a bi lateral mastectomy in May of this year.
Dr. Richards has taken time to explain the procedures to me. I understand it is a six month process and we have started the journey. Let the filling begin.

Lynette is a wonderful professional who exceeds in providing the highest standards in customer service, skin care knowledge, and overall professionalism. I ve suffered with acne scarring all my life on my face, both left and right cheeks. I was looking for treatments to minimize the scarring. During my first consult with Lynette, she immediately made me feel welcomed and comfortable. We discussed my many options and I was extremely impressed with her extensive knowledge of PRP facials and lasers.

Five treatments later, I couldn t be any more pleased! Lynette was very honest with me from the very beginning and kindly elaborated on the challenges and risks I would be facing. Through Lynette s guidance and highly skilled skin care knowledge, we ve been able to achieve dramatic and impressive results. I am extremely happy and so thankful I found Lynette!

I also give five stars to Dr. Richards. I initially met with him for a nose job, however in the end, I decided I no longer need one In addition, his team of professionals have always made me feel welcomed. They are all very polite and attentive to your needs. This practice is by far second to none.

Dr. Richards was called in on a Sunday evening to close several lacerations on my 24 month old's lip and inside of his mouth. As you can imagine, my son wasn't the most cooperative patient. Dr. Richards was fantastic through the whole procedure. When he could have treated this procedure as obnoxious and rudimentary, the time and attention given to us by Dr. Richards showed his high level of bedside manner. After putting my son, who can be very shy, at ease and helping him feel comfortable in the strange surroundings, Dr. Richards moved swiftly and skillfully in suturing my son's wounds closed. The wound has healed wonderfully and Dr. Richards has even reached out to us on multiple occasions after the procedure to follow up on my son's recovery.

In summary, Dr. Richards sacrificed part of his day off and showed excellent bedside manner all while proving to be an excellent surgeon. Our family would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Richards to anyone we know.

I have known Dr. Richards for over 6 years. He is a highly skilled and talented Plastic Surgeon. He has trained at some of the top programs in the country. His easygoing personality puts his patients at ease. I would highly recommend him for anyone considering plastic surgery.

I recently visited Dr. Richards for a consultation for a lip augmentation. After a lengthy and thorough visit with Dr. Richards, I went ahead with the procedure and I could not be any happier! I love my new lips. They are more even, fuller and Dr. Richards was even able to help fix the downturn at the corners of my mouth. The procedure was nearly pain free and I was able to go about my business that same day. I was very impressed with how much time Dr. Richards spent with me discussing the procedure. He was also very thoughtful and asked me multiple times if I was comfortable and to make sure I was not in any pain. So glad I made that appointment. I will be going back to Dr. Richards for sure!

Very friendly staff and top notch service. Everyone there is extremely knowledgeable and answers all your questions thoroughly so you understand exactly what they mean. Trevor is an elite injector and expert at his craft.

He did an outstanding job. There were several complications, some we are still dealing with, but in all fairness they were discussed in great detail prior to the surgery. It will be months before I am healed up and back to normal, but my body looks like everyone else's now. Does wonders for your self esteem. The office staff is great to.

This place is amazing. I was so nervous to get lip injections and filler but Trevor did a great job and was very thorough and transparent going over all my options and the risks before I proceeded. I m a nurse so I know a little bit more than the average person but Trevor was professional and very knowledgable and you can tell he is passionate about his job. Plus the end result is AMAZING! My lips look incredible without being over done and the xeomin took away all the fine lines on my forehead and around my eyes in two days time. He didn t try to sell me more than I came there for to which I really appreciated and the prices were so reasonable. I would highly recommend this place and Trevor specifically. Dr Richards is AMAZING! I researched him for over 3 years before I finally decided to have surgery. He was just as kind the first time I met with him (3 years ago) as he was the day i told him I was ready to have surgery and every time since. I recently had a breast augmentation with Dr. Richards and couldn't have been happier with the experience, customer service, and outcome of the surgery. I always felt very comfortable in the office and each meeting was very simple and easy to digest. Misty was amazing in guiding me through the entire process from picking a size to the end of recovery. She made the process much more comfortable and put my mind at ease.

The day of the surgery was super quick and easy. Everyone treated me very nicely and took any fears away. We were in and out of the office within 3 hours.

I couldn't be happier with the size, shape, and look. It has now been 8 weeks and I am back to exercising and wearing normal bras.

Very nice doctor and staff. Service was fast. Doctor was honest and knowledgeable and sincere in his approach with me. I do wish I had more time in the area but was a first time visitor, as I would have liked to have been seen again for some fine tuning, so to speak. I was visiting while on vacation and the doctor was aware of this. The prices were very good as well. Overall, I would definitely make another appointment and recommend him to my friends.

Dr. Richards did my surgery almost 2 years ago, and it was one of the best experiences I have every had, He was great Doctor start to finish. Very detailed and told me exactly how everything was going to be, if he didn't think it was going to look right he told me and changed it. Ladies, gentlemen if you want to have the best surgeon to do your makeover, Dr Richards is who you need to contact. I am pushing seventy and I look at least 20 years younger. His honesty, sincerity, and skills are why he has been rated as exceptional in his field. Top awards for 2018 again and I am positive he will be top for 2019. Diane did my Botox. I moved back to LV 2 yrs ago and have had problems finding someone who injected as well as my old provider, especially with the weird 50 or 100 unit rule evoked by the state of NV. She nailed it (!!!) and with only 50 units. The price was right, Diane was flawless and I am thrilled!!

Considering my "skin condition" I was extra nervous, about this & the treatment. Trevor made me feel comfortable & had contagious positivity. The office staff were friendly as well. Didn't hurt to get a discount either... :)

Trevor is AMAZING . It was my first time and made my lips look super plump which helped to balanced out my face. He went above and beyond what was asked. I was a first timer but his staff made me feel at ease. The doctor was friendly and didn't try to upsell me. He was straightforward about the product andbecause i needed more than 1 vial of Juvederm, he honored the Groupon price. He just seemed like a regular guy who knows his stuff! I will be back!

I had never had botox or anything of the sort before and wanted to try it for prevention of further wrinkles. I made an appointment and was actually able to see Trevor that day. He was awesome. The office is also very upfront about cost so there are no surprises and with my appointment, I even saved a little more money when he suggested a particular injectable that was better suited for my concerns.
